I woke up this morning to discover that one of my outdoor hose bibs burst and
was spewing water. I called AAA Plumbing and they were able to get Shannon out here in about 2 hours even though they’ve been swamped with calls due to the extremely low temperature over the last several days. He was immediately able to identify a solution and quickly completed the repair. Highly recommend AAA. This is my second time using them and they are fast, reliable, and professional.

We had AAA City plumbing out to check & repair our water heater. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Brian & Richard did an excellent job. Also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Kerry & Parrish in the office. They were both very kind and responsive to my urgent request for hot water, they had Brian here in an hour! This is at least the 3rd time we have used AAA and would highly recommend them.

Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

I had called because I was experiencing a sewer gas smell coming from my bathroom and it was nasty. Eric came out to my house and he was earlier than expected, he explained things to me and what he was going to do, he was friendly and professional. He was able to fix the problem and now i can finally breathe again (figuratively and literally). I have used AAA twice now, and as a new homeowner, I feel really at ease and confident that they’ll get the job done and not jerk me around. Highly recommend them! Eric was so nice! Tankless water heater (just 1 year old) decided to quit working properly. Shane Murray from AAA City Plumbing took great care of us by quickly getting the unit back up and running. Finding a company committed to customer care and service is a rarity these days. AAA City Plumbing provides it.

Woke up to water pouring all over the floor from under our kitchen sink--what a headache!! Called AAA Plumbing and they had someone out here in about 30 minutes and Eric was quick with a diagnosis, repair and he answered all my questions ahead of time and was clean in his work. Thank you!

Just another company that charges you an insane amount for a fix, but doesn't tell you the reason for the problem until you have to call them out 20 days later for the same reason. No warranties, no guarantees. I paid them $750 the first time, and 20 days later they wanted $2000. Why not quote me for a $2000 fix the first time so I wouldn't have to call back? Office manager seemed to speak more than she listened. Was told two different things over the phone, with an obvious miscommunication between the CS rep and office manager. Would not recommend at all.

I have been using and getting good septic tank pumping service from AAA Plumbing for many years.

Tyler did a fabulous job. He was here all afternoon and change the hot water heater and fix the plumbing leaks and I did a really good job at 5 star.

Hot & cold stems in our 3-valve were worn out and not closing properly. Was given an estimate quickly and the work was done promptly. Franklin installed and cleaned up the valves within 1 hour and was very polite and professional.

The entire team at AAA+ City was very responsive! Customer service was incredible. I had a sewer backup problem, and they came out on a Saturday to help me! The team addressed the situation very professionally, although they did have to come back to use a camera to see if I had a break in my sewer line. They quickly assessed the situation and helped me decide that I could wait to address it if I needed to financially, Since I plan to rebuild on my lot! I’ve used larger companies in the past, but would recommend to everybody that you use this firm for all your plumbing needs in the future! They were well priced and honest which is a big plus!

Of course while selling our house on the day of the inspection I wake up to clogged plumbing, so I needed a quick response to get my drains moving before the inspectors show up, I called them as soon as they opened, they came out immediately pumped out my septic and removed the clogs and got everything perfect for me. From the time I called till the time the work was done was right around two hours. Great company for septic and plumbing needs.

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I called on a Saturday with an emergency need. Not only did they pick up the phone promptly, the technician, Franklin, called right away after that. Franklin came and even gave phone help. AAA city plumbing did a great job on reinstalling my water and sewer lines. Their response time was excellent and were able to complete the job much sooner than I expected.

Issue - Garbage Disposal Leaking - I contacted AAA City Plumbing for assistance. John F. arrived on time. He checked out the issue and informed me the unit was in need of replacement due to Rusting out. He was prepared and had one in his van. John replaced the unit.
When completed he took the time to show me the issuers with to old one confirming his finding were correct.
This is a quality company you can count on.

I had a good experience with AAA plumbing. Portia was great in helping send someone out to help same day. Stephan and Ian arrived quickly, were nice, professional, and very helpful in replacing the pilot assembly on my water heater. Will definitely use this company again.

Franklin and Brett were professional, timely and performed quality work. They uninstalled an entire messed up lift station set and installed a brand new working one. I have water and life is back to normal in a couple of days. Thank you guys so much along with Shane and the entire AAA City Plumbing team!

Joe K and Ian They checked recent water pipe leaks and found my home has durapex pipes and brass fittings. This will lead to more leaks and damage so they advised us to replace all pipes in the house to avoid more costly repairs and the quality of our water. As the job progressed, they found corroded fittings and evidence of more bad pipes. As I had questions, Joe shared his vast knowledge in a way that I could understand. They took care of moving items in cabinets, closets, etc. to make it easier for us. We knew what to expect each day which relieved us of stress. So quick! Been using AAA for 10 years and they have never disappointed me.

I dealt with three different plumbing companies before finding AAA City Plumbing. They were all a nightmare and I have never been more thankful to have found them and that I gave them a call. We had a leak under the slab and kept getting the run around from everyone else that we contacted and had come out to look at the problem. AAA City Plumbing scheduled the initial estimate visit quickly, showed up on time, presented us with several options of how to repair the problem and then were out within two days to make the repair. They are the best and I will call them any time I need plumbing services in the future!

Our technician Stephan was very professional and efficient. Many years of experience enabled him to replace an entire bathtub drain pipe/overflow system (original brass system from house built in 1960) in much less time than estimated. I am satisfied with the quality of service and would choose AAA City Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

I love my AAA City Plumbing of Rock Hill, SC. Joe F arrived on time on 9/16/21 to install a new toilet. He offered to try to repair the toilet to save me money but I wanted it replaced because it's a 50 year old toilet. Not only did Joe F do a great job but he replaced my toilet seat covering too! I just found that so thoughtful and above and beyond! I also had them back to repair a leaky outside faucet on 9/17/21. Again Joe F was my plumber and not only did he fix this in a timely manner, I asked him about another outside faucet that was not leaking but had a broken wheel valve. Joe F did not attempt to bilk me out of money, stating that I could find a replacement wheel at most home outfitter stores and the fix would just entail removing a screw. I asked him about other services and learned they could install a garbage disposal which my mother had removed and they also perform detailed home inspections. I love this company and it's true...they ARE my plumbers for life!

Technician Chris came out and was very polite and explained all that had to be done. I certainly hope that if someone calls this Plumbing service that it's Chris that they get to do any repairs or installation.

AAA city plumping did a great job. Joe Keever came out repiped our whole house that had poly and dura pex. Minimal cuts in the dry wall, cleaned everything up and pulled out our old hot water heaters and installed a new tank less. Even fixed up our dishwasher line and pulled out what looked like an old well/pump that was in the house. Shane did a great job overseeing everything was done correctly and communicating with us along the way with regular status updates. I would definitely suggest these guys for any plumbing needs.

Toshi did a great job repairing the pump for my lift station. He explained what he was going to do with an estimate that was accurate.
He worked quickly and did a great job.

I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling come from the bathroom. I called AAA City Plumbing in the afternoon on a Monday and they sent Stephan out first thing on a Tuesday morning. They called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. The repair was fixed quickly and efficiently. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I said I was okay with him taking it off). I never felt that I was being ripped off and lied to like I have with other plumbers. I immediately googled the price range for the repair I needed and their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA City plumbing and will use them in the future if needed!

We called AAA in desperation the Saturday pm before Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out the next day. The job was not done as professionally as should have been originally. However when I spoke with Shawn Duncan the service manager he showed authentic concern about our experience and personally scheduled a site visit to review the employees work. Shawn and the AAA office team listened, made it clear to me that our experience was important to them and they would resolve any issue we had. Shawn came out & reviewed the completed work. He acknowledged my concerns, fixed the problem and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Shawn later called to let me know he was able to help with the cost of the repairs since they had not been completed upto AAA standards originally. I feel valued, heard and safe with AAA plumbing due to Shawn's immediate response and taking ownership of the problem. I expected to argue and fight, that never happened. Both calling the office an working with Shawn directly the most important thing to AAA was to ensure the job had been done to the quality they expect, that I was happy and that I knew how important my business was to them. Finding a trustworthy plumber is a nightmare, not anymore. I now have a top notch, honest, talented and real plumber to call on. Thank you you Shawn, I hope we do not have to work together soon but I am SO glad to know I can count on you!!!!! Keep up the good work and integrity!

I had a small leak in a pipe that was dripping water into a closet. Joe Freeman found the location of a tiny pinhole leak in record time and was able to repair the issue with minimum inconvenience to my day. I would highly recommend him and AAA City Plumbing to friends and family.

These guys are TRULY wonderful. I was having an issue with gnats in my drains and they came out immediately and helped me out. They were incredibly professional (as always) and felt as though they had my best interest in mind to help me. I am a single female so sometimes it is tough to not understand what I need in the blue collar world and these guys are always there to help and save me! I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and quick work. The manager, David, was a doll and the owner Dean even helped me out! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

This is a great, dependable company! They did a major pipe replacement in our 60 year old house last year and their prices were very reasonable compared to competitors. The guys working in our house were friendly and helpful. We also just had them out to fix a clogged sink. Waide was our plumber and he was very friendly and professional. They were also able to come out SAME DAY even though it wasn't a total emergency. Highly recommend!

They were very flexible with my schedule. The technician showed up on time and called while they were on their way. They did the job, accurately, and cleaned up after themselves. I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.

My tankless water heater broke this morning and I called AAA City Plumbing because they were in the neighboring town. They had a technician at my house in 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and an approval for warranty replacement in about an hour. The technician (Stephen Dierking) was fantastic and was very friendly and kind. It was very obvious that he loved his work and it was clear that he loved helping people. Having no hot water is never a good thing, but I did get to meet Stephen and that was a good thing.

I appreciated the speed of response to my service call. The employee was super professional and described the work that needed to be done in great detail. However, the estimate was astronomical for our budget. We were quickly told about available financing. We looked for an estimate from another company who did the work and saved us over $2000 from the AAA estimate and completed the work.

AAA City Plumbing did a great job. I called in the AM and a tech was out by the afternoon. The technician, Shane diagnosed the problem and gave me my options and estimates. He was very courteous and efficient. The work was completed the next day. I am very pleased with the company and Shane did an excellent job!

Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Should I have any septic problems in the future, I will definitely call AAA City Plumbing.

Septic tank clogged and backed up into our house. On Easter Sunday. I called the number listed for emergencies but that only applies to normal plumbing issues, not opening a septic tank. The person on the line suggested I call back on Monday morning at 7:30am to be scheduled.

I called at 7:30, dealt with a very professional lady who took my info and told me she had an afternoon opening and the the service technician would call me back when he was about to come over. She estimated it would be after 2pm. In fact, the technician called around 1, said he’d be at my house in about 10 minutes.

Jake M, the technician, was absolutely the best ever. Very polite, very professional and very good at his job. He found my tank, dug down to the hatch, fixed the clog, pumped the tank, inspected and tested the tank and was finished in around an hour. He offered suggestions to prevent a recurrence, took my payment and was on his way. No muss, no fuss, and he cleaned up before he left. I was totally amazed, having dealt with a different company concerning a previous septic problem in Western NC. That was a nightmare. Jake and AAA City Plumbing were other extreme; competent, friendly and professional. Reasonably priced and easily scheduled.

If I have reason to call a full service plumbing company, it will be AAA City Plumbing, and if it involves septic issues or maintenance, I’ll ask for Jake.

I used AAA city plumbing for a quote on running a gas line for gas logs. The person that came out to do the estimate was friendly, clean cut and professional. They were upfront that they charge for an estimate but if you elect to do the work you get that back as a credit and I was fine with that. Based on reviews I saw I had confidence the estimate was going to be competitive.

Well, the person that came out looked over the job then had to call the office to get the estimate. He came back in and told us the job was going to be over $3,000. We were amazed since it appeared to be a straight forward job. We are on a crawl space and already have gas appliances. When we asked why it was so expensive he could not tell us. He even said the materials were minimal cost and it was at most a 3/4 day job. So I questioned him again that if the job was going to take 3/4 of a day and the materials were minimal was their labor charge $200-$300 an hour? He laughed and said apparently the commercials they run must be expensive because he is not getting that much money.

We have since gotten 3 additional estimates all from licensed and insured plumbers that range from 600 to 875. If AAA city plumbing did not want to do the job I would have rather them tell me that versus taking my money for the estimate and giving me a ridiculous quote that nobody in their right mind would accept.

Based on the reviews here my experience was not a normal one for this company and I hope other people have better luck than I did.

Update after hearing from the Owner (see below): The owner of the company has reached out to me and we discussed my experience. He was extremely apologetic and explained what happened and the steps he has taken to ensure this does not happen again. He additionally offered to refund my money. Based on this experience I have revised my rating and will be happy to give this company another chance if I need plumbing services in the future.

I purchased a dishwasher from HOME DEPOT. The HD installers could not do the job so they called AAA City Plumbing and Carrie sent someone right out to complete the install. After waiting 2 weeks for my DW, HD was going to make me wait another few days to send someone out. Carrie and AAA came to my rescue immediately and I was able to start washing the dirty dishes that had stacked up right away.
They have the quickest response time I have ever seen. I told Carrie they should change their name to FLASH PLUMBING, because you call and they come in a flash!

I recently called AAA City Plumbing to address a clog in my kitchen sink. Their tech visited my home and advised he wanted to hydro jet my pipes and that it would cost $1800-$2000 to do this. I told him that he must be mistaken and he advised that he would write up the quote for me. When I started googling comparable prices for the service I could not validate the quote so I called another plumber and confirmed that the price was outrageous. I called AAA City Plumbing to complain and they admitted they made a error in the quote. It should have cost $325 for the service not $1800. I then requested my service visit fee back and they pushed back but agreed to refund the fee. Then they cashed the check anyway.
I would be very cautious if you choose to do business with this company. My husband posted a review of this experience and google allowed the company to remove the original review even though it was fair and accurate.

Brian replaced our garbage disposal. His diagnosis and replacement work was both timely and professional.
In addition, his demeanor was also most affable and professional.
Rating is a 4 due to pricing.

Steven was the plumber that came out to repair our leak. He was very professional and communicative. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what he assessed. We will definitely use AAA again!

They came out inside of 22 hours or so. After the repair they had our septic pumped out the next day. Super nice and professional

I called AAA City Plumbing early on Saturday morning because of a water leak at a shopping center my mother in law owns in Pineville N.C. Joe came out immediately and fixed the problem fast. The tennants were very pleased. Parrish took my call and followed thrPugh exceptionally well and professional.

Dave is absolutely the best. I wasn't expecting anyone to come out on a Saturday without charging me an arm and a leg. I had scheduled Friday evening as my kitchen sink started to back up and then was completely clogged. This morning John from AAA City Plumbing called me to see if I still needed someone to fix my sink. I was away from home so I told him I would call back when I get back home. Later I called John who said He was going to send the person on call. Anyway, to cut a long story short, when Dave arrived, he went straight to the kitchen ran some water through the two sinks and immediately knew what the problem was. He then did some magic and wallah the drain opened up. Dave didn't even charge me what he had quoted me over the phone prior to his arrival. He charged me less than half of that amount as he said he didn't have to run a snake through the drain. I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. Dave is a very lively and friendly person which makes you feel like you are being taken care of by a good friend. I would recommend AA City Plumbing to anyone who may be having a plumbing issue.

AAA City Plumbing responded quickly and corrected a previous repair. They removed a tree, installed a new sewer pipe and two clean outs. Jason and George came out again to reseed my lawn when grass had not started to grow. Very pleased with their service and friendliness!

Had an immediate need with septic tank. First they sent 2 technicians (George)to access and determine the problem. They accessed, and immediately called their office to schedule the proper techs to perform the repairs. the 2nd crew (Chris & Ian) arrived later and immediately got to work. ALthough during these 1st 2 visits, they were unable to fix the problem, plans were made and everything was explained for what needed to be done. Everyone was very attentive and professional. I ask alot of questions - and they didn't hesitate to answer all of them Thanks!!!

One morning I turned on my shower & it wouldn't turn off. I was able to shut off the water so it wasn't strictly an emergency, but I had a houseguest & was in a hurry for running water to be restored. I called AAA Plumbing & had it repaired within about 2 & 1/2 hours. The gentleman they sent was friendly & courteous & did a good job. I'm not going to say it was a bargain price because all plumbing is expensive to me. But I have used AAA once before, and you do get prompt, quality work for your money.

Shane was very knowledgeable about my water heater and what needed to be done to replace it. He came out the next day to replace it and entertained my questions :) When he was done, they cleaned up any mess they made and made sure I was happy with the service. While this is my first experience with AAA City Plumbing, I can't think of a reason I wouldn't use them in the future.

Had a minor leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to request repairs online and book an appointment for first thing the next day. Porsche explained the pricing structure very well on the telephone. Richard arrived on time and quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. Very pleased.

Matt was polite and prompt. My issue was that AAA City plumbing quoted about $240 more for the unit than would have cost me if i went and purchased it myself from the same store they purchase from. The benefit that they add for that additional cost was...a 90 warranty. Definitely not worth it. (I originally left a 2 star review)

Service tech Walter and Amber in dispatch are amazing!! Thanksgiving night we came home to water pouring down thru our ceiling. I called first thing the next day and Amber made sure someone came right out. She kept me updated on his arrival and was very pleasant. When Walter arrived and saw that I was panicking he calmed me down and surveyed not only where the leak appeared to be coming from but all the areas that looked to be damaged. I explained to him that a restoration team would also be coming out. Once the restoration team arrived he helped to advise them of the areas of concern. Walter quickly found the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done. He was very honest and transparent with everything. This is the first time we have had an issue of this magnitude, but Walter took his time and made sure that I understood everything. He is very personable and absolutely amazing!! I have used AAA City Plumbing on several occasions. They give the best service at a fair price .Very professional and courteous! Explanations are given if a service needs updating, and they show you exactly needs to be done before moving forward. I am a very happy customer. The two technicians who came and gave me back my toilets were professional, courteous, informative, and expediently efficient. They went right to work and were finished in no time. Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

Joe Freeman came out on a Sat night and took the time to diagnose completely a couple different issues and get everything back to working. Total pro. And very considerate of my children trying to get to bed and just being a great guy.

There are not enough good things to say about these guys. It was raining from my den ceiling late Saturday evening. I called two of the bigger companies first, neither of whom would come out until Sunday morning some time and neither were responsive. Then I called AAA and Dave, the GM, immediately called me back and since his technician was on a job an hour from my house, he jumped in his truck and headed right over after he heard the desperation in my voice. He was incredible. Then his technician, David H came out and he was outstanding....so kind + professional and wasn't going to leave until he got our house taken care of. I will never use another plumber and would highly recommend that you use these guys. We are SO grateful.

For a few weeks I had been trying to get someone to pump out my septic tank; but everyone was booked or did not have enough hose on there trucks. All of the sudden, I had sewage backing up into my shower and tub, and no toilets were not usable, and I had 6 people in the home, and now it was the WEEKEND! Because of all the rain I needed a truck that had EXTRA HOSE so they could reach my tank without going onto the yard! Also, I did not know it yet, but I was going to need a plumber. In a happy mistake, I called a company that put in Septic tanks (Alternative Septic Services), and the owner of that company highly recommended AAA City Plumbing. AAA was able to take care of it all on the same day; which was a weekend, at a very good price and with excellent customer service. First, I dealt with Alexandria on the phone, who was not only professional, but was kind and understanding about how stressful of a
situation I was dealing with. She was able to get someone to come that very day and pump out my septic tank. Next, was Kyle the pump operator, who was not only polite, but did a quick and thorough job of taking care of the septic. Kyle had to inform me that something was preventing sewage from entering the tank, so the house was still backed up. So last,Ted, the plumber on call from AAA, came out to my house that very night. He worked non-stop from about 11:30PM to 3:30AM, but he finally had to do a temporary fix to make it usable for us until he could come back. When he came back he was here from about 3:00PM to after 10;30PM. He is beyond hard working! He does not give up! He was professional, answered all my questions and was very calm. I cannot say enough great things about Ted!

Woke up to no hot water; warranty company sent AAA. That Is when I met Richard one of their techs. Not only did Richard work with my late work schedule coming out after 7 PM. The next day after I found out the warranty didn’t cover replacement of my water heater AAA (Dean) worked with me to ensure that I got a new water heater tonight. To my surprise Richard returned and did an outstanding excellent job in replacing my hot water heater. He didn’t just stop there he made sure I understood what he was doing, what each piece was, and what to look out for to avoid the problem happened again. It is this type of customer service and knowledge that Richard gave that WILL NOW make me continue to use AAA city plumbing. I recommend if you need anything ask for Richard he is absolutely outstanding and I am very happy with this work. Richard and AAA made a stressful situation tolerable. I can’t thank them enough!

I was having an issue with the drain on my tub and also that was affecting one of the toilets nearby. I called AAA City Plumbing and they had someone at my house within the hour. Ted Stewart was the plumber on site and he was amazing. He took his time to explain options and answer any questions I had. He ended up having to go under the house through a tiny crawl space to snake out the clog. Ted could not have done a better job. He was very thorough and professional. I would definitely hire these guys again for any future plumbing needs.

I just have to say that Shawn P is awesome. He helped diagnose and unclog a drain that we have been having a problem with for a while. We had another company come out previously to fix it and they only angered the toilet and said we were good to go. Shawn knew right off the bat that the auger wasn’t going to work. Our home is part of a development built in 2013 that isn’t exactly composed of quality materials, and he scratched his head at our plumbing system. Even though our system is totally backwards, Shawn knew exactly what to look for, where to find it, and how to fix it. On top of that, he was so nice, and super helpful and explanative. He had a huge heart for our dog as well, which we love! Shawn also would not come into our house unless he had the shoe booties on, which is so awesome and thoughtful. AND he offered to clean up the very small amount of water that came out of the toilet during the process. He really is super awesome all around. Posted my repair on Home Advisor. Call came in very quickly. Technician was at my house within an hour to provide me a quote. Staff on the phone and on site were extremely friendly. Only downside was the price. It was almost twice the price of the independent person I called myself.

The best plumbing company I've ever seen. We had AAA out after another company came out and seemed more interested in selling me stuff than fixing my leaky toilet. Dave from AAA Plumbing arrived same day, went right to the leaky toilet, said got a bad flapper, quoted it and fixed it. I think in about 30 minutes. Dave is highly professional, and clearly takes pride in his work and the company he represents. I highly recommend this company and Dave!

Dave and AAA City were great. This was our second time using AAA City, and both times have been 5 star. Dave promptly discovered and fixed the leak in our basement wall as needed, and all was completed at a fair price. Dispatch person (forgot her name) was also super helpful and friendly, and got a plumber to us ASAP.

AAA City Pumbing was able to get a technician to my house within an hour when I had a shower that would not turn off. My house is over 100 years old and does not have a shut off for the whole house. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained wheat was wrong and what needed to be done. He had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service!

As a follow up to my review dated 7-18-16, which is when they came to my house, a manager or the owner has never returned my call and as of today, I have not received the $25.00 refund they promised.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and I called AAA City Plumbing on the morning of 7-18-16. They were professional and set up an appointment for 4:00pm that afternoon. Robin arrived at 4:15pm and snaked out the kitchen drain which took 35 minutes. The charge was $319.00. I had a $25.00 coupon which he took but then charged my credit card for the full amount and said it was a mistake and the office would call me the next morning and refund the $25.00. They call the next morning and said it would take 2 weeks to either send me a check or credit my credit card. Sounded fishy to me. I called 2 other drain cleaner companies and for the exact same job the price was $99.00. They also gave me a quote of $450.00 to replace the garbage disposal. Cost of new disposal is $125.00 and time to install is one hour. WOW!!! $350.00 per hour. They also quoted $169.00 to replace the inside of a toilet. Cost of new inside at Home Depot is $19.00 and time to install is 30 minutes. WOW!!! $300.00 per hour.
On the $25.00 refund. I requested that the owner, Dan, or the manager give me a call with a resolution by close of business that day or I would dispute the credit card charge. They never called and I have disputed the charge.
Way overpriced!!!

Frankie and Joseph M. helped with a sewer issue. They diagnosed the problem and explained the fix needed. They answered all my questions and completed the repairs quickly. I recommend them highly.

Joe K and Ian came out to run a new water line. They got all the big work done in a day to leave us with water turned back on, very professional, easy to work with, clear communication, answered questions, etc. I will use AAA plumbing again in the future!

My husband called AAA City Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Shane came out to check the problem and was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing to identify the leak. He quickly discovered that the frost proof pipe had frozen and burst. He was quick and efficient with repairing the faucet. I would definitely recommend AAA City Plumbing!

Had a septic emergency. I called and had them out the same day. They sent out John whom quickly assessed the issue and got to work. Unfortunately he had to come back the next day to bring a backhoe. John was very professional and proficient in his demeanor the entire time. Poor guy is a germophobe and got #2 on him but handled it like a champ. 10/10 would have John come back out again. As a new homeowner I would not hesitate to contact AAA City Plumbing should I have any further issues.

The receptionist was very prompt and the tech, Wade, they sent out was great! He explained what he anticipated was going on with the issues and also the possible costs. He was able to resolve everything very quickly! So pleased!

Update: So I talked with the owner, and another one of his employees about the snake being stuck in the drainage pipe. They were able to get the snake loose thank goodness. The owner is a nice guy and so is his employees. I'm now well aware of the issues that is plagueging the pipes down below our house.

I appreciate his time and effort and helping me out. He also notified me that there was other issues with the pipes. Such as previous individuals trying to fix them. Which only made the problem worse over time. I'm relieved to know that him, and his other employees spotted the problem in time.

if I were to refer someone that actually knows how to do the job right it would be AAA plumbing. Response time is impeccable, and all the employees, any the owner is very courteous.

Dave gave me a more than fair estimate on a new water heater and stayed late to get to us after finishing his regular day!

Absolutely amazing service, I live in the Columbia SC area and Toshi was the professional that came to my house to unclog my toilet, which ended up being much more of a hassle due to the fact that my main water line was what was causing all the issues. Toshi walked me through step by step what was wrong and how he would go about fixing it. He is highly professional and was very patient with all my questions. He also went above and beyond with his service by doing things that he was not required to do such as cleaning up the overflow that was outside and also informing me of other things going on that he believed would eventually cause my house issues later on. He is just a really nice guy and very personable I sat outside and talked with him about all sorts of things we had in common while he worked and after he had finished. I can not stress enough just how professional and kind Toshi was. If you need any sort of plumbing issues resolved and live in the Columbia area call this company and request Toshi even if you have to wait for him to be available, it will be worth it. I will be referring everyone that needs services to Toshi and this company.

Dean, the service technician, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and professional. He located the leak in our kitchen wall and had to crawl into a cramped space to tear out the wall to replaced a cracked tee. We were extremely happy that he found the source of the leak so quickly and was able to repair it. We did not know where the leak originated.

AAA City Plumbing also put us in touch with EPX to repair the extensive water damage caused by the hidden leak. Repairs begins tomorrow morning. Thank you City Plumbing for your highly professional service. We also appreciated the follow-up call after the work was done.

Mr. George Lopez #67# was the technician that serviced my plumbing needs on Tuesday March 29, - March 31. My sewage line was broken by tree roots. I called Rotor Rooter first because I didn't know of AAA City Plumbing. Rotor Rooter was going to repair only one spot for an astronomical amount of money. Mr. Lopez replaced the entire line and put an access line so if something happens in the future a plumber will not have to come inside your home and charge you $500.00 to pull your toilet and snake from inside. He was very professional, thorough, trustworthy and got the job done beyond my expectations. I just want to say thank you very much. They repaired the line for a fraction of what Rotor Rooter was trying to charge. They were more than reasonable. I am very pleased with this company. They are a blessing. I wish I could give more that 5 stars. Kudos to Mr. George Lopez, because he knows what he is doing and represents your company well.

I used to do all my own plumbing repairs, but I've gotten too old to crawl under the house, so I threw a dart at my google screen and called AAA City Plumbing. Matt (and Bobby) were quick to find the problem with my water heater. It only needed to have a breaker reset inside the heater. I talked a bit with Matt and he was very informative about what might be going on to cause the problem. I am fairly knowledgeable about plumbing and thought he gave excellent advice. We also talked about what would be required to replace the 8 year old heater should the problem recur. Great guys!

Waide R is an excellent professional, kind and courteous and did a great job for me. AAA City Plumbing is TOO expensive, they stick it to you with their labor charges. The labor alone on a pressure regulator valve replacement was $249 for a $65 valve. Absolutely ridiculous and I did not pay that rate. Just terrible.
This is no reflection on Waide, a very nice, friendly and qualified professional It's AAA City Plumbing's labor rate that sticks it to you.

Called the office to complain, GM called back very quickly admitted it was an error in pricing. I had to push to get my service fee refunded.

Maybe this was truly a mistake, maybe they were trying to take advantage, but really there is no way to know what they would have done had I accepted their original quote.

Great experience really reliable work, i will work with them again and again. My plumber was Joe K. Joe repaird kitchen sink that was properly done correctly. It looks amazing now.

I have used AAA CITY plumbing on 3 occasions. One to repair a garage disposal and fix a water heater leak. 2nd was to install a new Garbage disposal and also A new faucet in the kitchen. The last time we called them out to extend the flange for the toilet to sit properly after new flooring. Every time they were prompt. Gave you a definitive price before they start and always tell you to check online for discounts to apply before the work is completed.

I called to have someone come just check out hat was going on with my low water pressure. Jackie came out and was able to know that it was the pressure release valve and fix it on the spot. I was very impressed with his professional personality and so Thankful the problem was fixed on the very same day!
I will refer other to use your company and will use it myself if I should need anything.

would recommend AAA City to anyone looking for superb customer service from the reps making the appointments to the actual service technician coming out to pump my septic tank and diagnose a plumbing issue. They even went a step further and honored the price a i paid for my septic pumping from 2018 as the price to pump currently was higher. Going to use them again if i have any further septic or plumbing issues.

I was under the gun to get the plumbing replaced at my listing. We had a short closing time frame and had to have the appraisal completed but the house had no water. Thank goodness for AAA City Plumbing and Dave who jumped into action and resolved the situation in my timeframe. I am so grateful!

**UPDATE 1/7/17** I was contacted by the owner of the company who confirmed that I was charged too much for the amount of work done. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and advised me that the recently hired plumber sent to the house made a mistake on the charge. He gave me a refund of $350.00. I have updated my review and have given them three stars because it shows that at least the owner cares enough about his business to rectify a mistake.

**UNREASONABLE PRICING**. I was charged $729 for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drain. Work that I found out the next day should of cost at most $450.00

I called AAA City plumbing based on good reviews. I had an emergency plumbing issue with my rental property on New Years day. Over the phone I was quoted at $139 for a plumber to come out and assess the issue. Upon arriving and assessing the issue I was then quoted at $769.00 to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter. Unfortunately, because of the $139 assessment fee I thought I would lose if I didn't take care of the issue right then and there, and because this was my rental property which required more immediate attention I hesitantly agreed to what seemed to an unreasonably high price for the amount of work to be done. The technician was at my rental for approximately 45 minutes at most. Thinking I had been charged to much, I decided to call a few other plumbing companies in the area to check comparisons on the work done and get a price range for this type of work. I was quoted between $200-$450 by three different companies. The most expensive estimate was based on what the plumber told me was worst case scenario. I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be either a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the holiday. They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide me with an itemized bill of the work that was done.

We use AAA for all of our septic and plumbing needs and refer them to our clients. They always do a good job, come to the site with what's needed, and provide good service! It's worth the extra money to not have the call backs!

Mixed feelings. A job well done but with limited transparency which doesn't give me the confidence I'd like for my next needs and recommendations.

I needed an outside gas line re-terminated to accommodate a natural gas grill quickconnect plug. The total weekend fee was $250 for the call ($129) and service which consisted of the installation of a new right angle joint and nipple... <$10 in hardware.

The price doesn't seem completely unreasonable in itself to have a licensed/insured person do the work for me, but when I pressed for the breakdown in pricing the tech was unable to answer me. Just simply said over and over again that it would be $250 total. I'd have a lot more peace of mind knowing how that $121 was itemized instead of seemingly arbitrarily, and possibly to my disadvantage.

Responsive, on time, and fixed the problem. Wade was the individual that helped us and he was extremely professional. We loved working with him!

Called them about a clogged shower drain. They would not give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Looking back That should have been a red flag. Said they they would send someone out to assess the repair and that person would give cost. The trip charge $39 would be applied to the cost of work. So they came promptly and said it would cost $297. I declined their service but of course had to pay the trip charge.

Someone was able to come out the evening that a pipe busted and fix everything same day! Super responsive, polite, and thorough! While I hope to never need them again, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Arrived 3 hours late. Not upfront about minimum charge. Told me I would not have to pay the service charge if I had the work done. I had a tub hot water faucet tightened they still charged me the service fee, and it's already loose again.
Update: they came back out and replaced both handles at no charge, thank you for resolving the issue.

I would like to send a shout out to Toshi at AAA City Plumbing. I was at lowes carrying a toilet when without asking, Toshi offered to help. While helping never pressed me about business. All though I did not use them for service yet, I definitely will real soon. First impressions are lasting!!!

A negative star would be more accurate for this company, not only are they overpriced but they are very unprofessional. They have a commercial advertising clean professional plumbers but when the guy showed up at my house first thing in the morning he looked like he rolled out of a ditch and smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. He then quoted me $2,300 to replace an electric water heater which I priced online and the unit only cost $450. I ended up calling Morris Jenkins which you would think they would be more expensive and I got the job done for half price with a better warranty.

The team that showed up to replace my hot water tank and other related issues were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable in performing the task at hand. They went over and beyond what was expected. Good job guys!

David H is my hero. 8pm on a Friday he fixed a valve connection that was missed by the earlier plumber. Both technicians arrived within 45 minutes of initial call and helped diagnose and repair two leaks that had suddenly developed.

This is probably one of the worst plumbing companies around. The manager David Bruton is a real piece of work with threats and their prices are astronomically high the technicians left the old water in my home and there was leakage Their employees are strictly commission and they are told to sell the customer something whether they need it or not. I would never call this plumbing company for any problem I ever had. It was a very poor experience. I would not recommend them.

Responded the same day. The technician was courteous and took time to explain everything. Our HVAC person had recommended them and we were very pleased. Definitely will call them again.

AAA CITY PLUMBING has been very responsive. Had a problem over Thanksgiving and they came right away. Last week they were here to finish a job that another plumber walked away from, again they were very responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend them!

Do not use this company! They are a rip-off! I had read some of the reviews about them being overpriced but they were the only people that could come out around lunch when called at 8:00. I needed to have a faucet replaced in my shower as it would not turn off. They came out to the house and quoted me $250 to fix the part. I agreed because I had gone home to to meet the guy and had no other option other than to pay the ridiculous $39 fee just to have him look at it and leave. I was shocked when the plumber walked out 12 minutes after arrival and said he was all done. How does someone charge $250 for 12 minutes of work???? Do yourself a favor and pick someone else!

Within the first couple of minutes the man walked into the bathroom and fell through the opening in the floor and through the ceiling . Even before they came in I told them about it. I was told they dont do drywall really?
they patched it up but looks horrible so I will have to get someone to fix it
then they installed the hinges on sliding glass door upside down and I was told it would grind that way Supervisor had to be brought out to point it out and fix it. I asked them to clean a floor drain and they left dirty water splattering all over the wall floor and cabinents which I had to clean up. All in all I was not happy with the quality of work

My wife notice water on our wall in the garage around 9am and I called AAACity plumbing immediately, they were there by 1:30 that day, Saturday.
Fixed the problem gave some advice and were gone. Thank you very much!

This company claims that they are in the Salisbury, nc area when I called them. They are even under Google advertising this. They gave me an appointment between 10 am-12 pm the next day. Great! However no one showed up! When I called after 12pm to make sure someone was coming, they said my appointment was cancelled because no one serves the area... even though they advertise they do! And NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS?! They don't know what they are doing there! UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE.

They left trenches throughout my property and a sunken hole where the esptic tank used to be. Terrible sewer line joints that are leaking and had to be repaired only a couple months after their work.

Requested service on line with no response. Chatted with their support on line who who did not understand the issue but directed me to call the office. Spoke with agent who said they would have someone out at the end of the week. The tech did not show, no call from the company, completely ignored.
