Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

My gas logs would no longer work. Tony and Jay came out, identified the problem (controller had gone bad), and showed me how I could use the logs manually until they could get a new controller. Then they came back, cleaned everything, and installed the new controller. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave even a speck of dust! Even cleaned the inside glass for me before they put things back (difficult to reach with everything installed).
Everyone I dealt with at Bliss Plumbing was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Tony just left our house and I have to say - he was AMAZING! Solved our problems effectively and efficiently. I can't tell you how many different plumbers had looked at our shower issue without fixing it. He was so friendly, well informed, and a pleasure to have around for some not so fun homeowner/plumbing related issues. I recommend Bliss and, especially Tony! 10/10!

Tony came out promptly on time to replace an outside water spigot. We couldn't shut the water off. He explained to me most likely cause of the problem, leaving water hose hooked up in winter causing freezing in the spigot. He replaced our spigot and gave us some tips for later on.

One especially good tip was telling us to buy and inexpensive water guage to make sure we weren't running more than 60psi in our house, because we have some older brittle water lines that too high a psi can cause leaks in our house. When he showed me the water guage in action, our house was at 90psi. Tony explained in great detail what we needed to have replaced, and said when we get our email receipt there will be a quote (he gave me a ballpark estimate on the spot) for the next thing to do to keep our house safe.

Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. This problem may have been a blessing in disguise to help us fend off a bigger problem in the future.

Second time we've used Bliss Plumbing. We will be using them again.

Tony and Jay came out to inspect our tankless hot water heater that was leaking from the recent freezing weather. They contacted Rinnai directly to talk through what options exist to repair or replace, and unfortunately Rinnai did not offer any option to repair under the warranty. We did have to replace the unit, which was done incredibly quickly and with no issues. Both were very friendly and empathetic of our situation. We were without hot water for less than a day thanks to their help. Absolutely recommend their service.

Toby Williams was the technician handling our request. Extremely professional, patient, and made sure we understood everything before beginning and once the work was completed.

Been customer of Joel's for probably 15 years. He is a great christian and plumber. But Linda & I most value him as our friend. We could get another plumber - but nobody like Joel. Tony - one of his tech's was in our crawlspace earlier and did a great job. If you need quality plumbing do yourself a favor and call Biss plumbing.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Tony Williams was timely and efficient! He fixed the plumbing issues in our neighborhood's pool house restroom, and the office staff took care of billing the HOA according to it's policy.

Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

I have used Bliss plumbing for multiple years and always had a good experience. The biggest thing I like about them is that they charge a fair amount and don’t try and scare you into doing 10 other things you really don’t need. I had Jessie most recently and he was great. Knew his stuff, worked quickly, and explained everything before he did it.

Bliss Plumbing was so professional, and easy to work with! From the first call to the end of the visit, everything was exceptional. They were very thorough in their explanation of what to expect, good communicators, and didn’t try to force a repair that really wasn’t necessary. We will call them again for large jobs after that experience!

Michael was excellent from Bliss Plumbing. I went through Lowe's and bought a garbage disposal and the installation. He installed my garbage disposal and unclogged my sink. I did have to pay an extra 135.00 for the clog in my sink filled with water on both sides. I got a family member to help me at first but he didn't know what he was doing. But at least I don't have this problem with my sink. I have a new garbage disposal installed and now I can wash my dishes.

I recently purchased an installed dishwasher from Lowes and they provided the installer. Bliss plumbing sent a man named Tony to my house to install and haul away my old dishwasher. Tony really knew what he was doing and was extremely professional as he went about doing good quality work. He cleaned up and left everything like it was prior to his visit. As a young man in the 1950's, I was a plumber and am qualified to make this statement...........I was never as good as he is.

I have used Bliss plumbing on the past. They have quick response, GREAT customer service. My tankless water heater had stopped working. I was told, I needed a remote and possible a part. Joel came out and simply plugged it in. Ran my water for 30 minutes and everything was normal. He did advise me it needs to be cleaned. Yet the tankless water heater was fine. I appreciate honesty, patience for going up and down my attic. Overall great customer service.

These guys were sent out by Lowe's Installation service. I have to say that the service and price was fantastic. Corey, the tech with Bliss, dis a great job and I am glad that he was able to get my issue fixed in a timely manner.

Had no previous knowledge of or experience with this company. Like most other reviewers, Bliss plumbing was the hand I was dealt via Lowe's. Guys seemed competent, but unfortunately when they installed the new dishwasher they couldn't figure out how to get the dishwasher to power on. After telling me that it was a non-functioning dishwasher they volunteered to call Lowe's and have a new one sent out. When asking about timeline, they told us to work with the store. It appeared the workers felt this concluded things, but I asked them to reinstall the old dishwasher. After attempting to reinstall the old dishwasher, it too no longer worked. Disappointing to say the least since they're trusted to be the experts.

Ultimately, I was able to get the old dishwasher operating again. We'll seek another party to handle our install going forward.

Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

Just wanted to take this moment and express how happy we are with Bliss Plumbing and Michael Todd. Michael was here yesterday and installed our appliances in a new kitchen remodel. Not only is Michael professional and confident in what he is doing, he takes time to think outside the box to make any issues go away for the customer. Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

Brandon was right on time for the estimate and Jason was the same for install. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making what was a chaotic, at best, and dangerous at worse, gas and water situation for a condo hot water tank efficient and professional. Jason worked tirelessly the entire time he was here.
