Water heater went out late Friday and I received a response Friday night. Water heater installed that weekend. Very impressed by the professionalism and service. Will use them again.

I had a water leak from the line that runs from the toilet to the shut off valve. It took Jonathan not even 10 minutes to fix the issue and he also explained the problem. I will continue to use E. A Plumbing. They are professional and fair priced.

The owners provide excellent customer service. They are truly concerned about your issues and work hard to try and resolve them. Jonathan came out quickly and was friendly & professional. A huge help to get us hot water fast.

Urgently called this business at 4:45pm on a Friday and was greeted by the most lovely lady named Joyce. They were about to shut down for the evening but she was nice enough to contact the owner who called right away. Without going into great detail, I had broken a pipe and had water leaking through my ceiling . It was a mess but Mr. Jones took care of everything! The job took several hours but he stayed until everything was done perfectly! So lucky I found them! Couldn't have asked for better service! He actually ended up calling us back on Sunday morning just to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy! Thanks again!!!

There was a major anchoring problem of the shower plumbing due to inadequate interior wall support. Eric fixed the problem permanently and now my shower is problem free.

Eric Jones of EA Jones Plumbing recently came out to repair a leak in the wall of my bathroom. He carefully examined the issue to determine the best way to repair it. Before doing anything he explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was successful in repairing my leak issue with minimal damage to my sheetrock and concrete slab. He's very knowledgeable and professional and definitely takes pride in his work. Their prices are definitely reasonable. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this family owned and operated business!! I recommend giving this company a call for any plumbing issues.
