Had gutter down spouts that were totally clogged beyond any imagination. They ran into under ground drains. William quoted the job and assured me all would work well. They went above and beyond and we discovered many broken lines etc. What could be fixed was fixed. I was very pleased with the communication, work , ethics of the company. Would recommend and use again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Rooter and their technician, Matthew, to clear my drains. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that both the company and Matthew displayed throughout the entire process. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my home, and they got the job done quickly and effectively. Matthew was particularly knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything that needed to be done, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have used a lot of plumbers this past year for my 50+ year old home. These guys were the best by far. Dustin told me what they would do in terms I understood and Antone was very respectful of my house and me!! I will definitely stick with this company for all of my plumbing needs!!

I had a break in my sewer line that required about 30' of pipe needing to be replaced. Not only did they have to dig up my yard but they also had to cut into my concrete driveway. Mr. Rooter was one of five quotes I received. The owner, William, came out and provided different quote options and talked through everything. I loved the up front pricing with no over quoting and offering to haggle down like a couple of the other places...just give me an honest quote and don't under nor overvalue the work! I also loved the generous warranty that they offered on the parts and labor. Shows they dtand by their work! They were able to schedule the service quickly and were awesome throughut the whole process. Between the office staff and the repairmen they were great about communicating evey step with me and answering any questions or concerns. I also loved that they were able to repair my concrete for me, in house, and I didn't have to find another contractor to handle the work. They were meticulous in replacing my sewer line and getting everything back as well as they could. My plumbing is working very well and the concrete patch looks great. So glad that I went with them! - I already referred my bf to them to look at getting some toilet work done!

This morning we are showering and enjoying the best water pressure we’ve had in 17 years! Last week we were without water.? Mr. Rooter acknowledged us and got help out to us immediately. We recently called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte to schedule a repair to an existing natural gas line leading from our crawl space to a gas log fireplace within our home, as the logs were not working properly. Technician Dustin Nichols was promptly dispatched to our home. It was clearly evident that Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about natural gas lines and the home appliances connected to the gas lines. During Dustin's initial inspection, he informed us that a different plumbing company we had originally used had failed to place a required regulator on the gas line leading to the gas logs. It was a cold, dark, and very wet evening when Dustin demonstrated his outstanding professionalism by immediately getting to work in our crawl space and strategically made the necessary safety repairs to our gas line. Dustin also went above and beyond by checking the functionality of our entire gas line system within the crawl space, which helped us feel safer. We highly recommend the services of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte and technician Dustin Nichols and will continue to request their services when needed!

We've been using Mr. Rooter for years, for everything from installing a garbage disposal to repairing a gas fireplace, and we've always been impressed with their work, responsiveness, and professionalism. They're one of the best home services companies we've found, period. They may not be the cheapest out there, but their prices are a bargain for the quality.

I was told to call mister router's plumbing by a family member after I had received an ungodly quote for an amount just shy of a brand new midsize sedan from morris jenkins I and all honesty I To give up hoping regards to the whole situation but I gave Mr. Radish a chance and not only did they completely deconfirm some things that just. Flat out were not true. They gave me the best rate that i've seen out of five different companies fast work good work and done by real people

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to handle any plumbing issues you might have! William sent me six (yes, 6!) options for fixing my water leak issue, and for each option he included a detailed work breakdown and associated costs. Very impressive! On the work day they arrived on time, William did a measurement again and discussed an alternative with me, which saved me $300. They used sand and gravel to backfill and a steel tamper to compact the backfill, making sure that there will be no settlement issues later on. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again!

Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.

I've used them at least 3 times now. Quick response, courteous, friendly, very professional, clean (when they arrive of course!) and I imagine they are in line with professional plumbing companies. Work or work options are explained in detail. I am very happy with their services and have bought a 3 year maintenance plan that offers a 15% discount and complementary services that probably would cost as much anyway. My go to plumber now.

Matthew Smith came to my house and diagnosed my problem almost instantly. He was very quick with the repair and I was back to my daily routine before you knew it. Very professional. I'd highly recommend.

Mr. Rooter of Charlotte did an excellent job installing our whole house filtration system and new kitchen faucet. Their customer service was superb as well - David Z. called us ahead of time to keep us updated on the arrival of the plumber and checked back with us afterward to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. They offer affordable pricing, flexible payment options and are very courteous to deal with.

Replacement of leaking shower valve, Replacement of clothes washer shutoff valves, and replaced valve for ice maker with new line. They replaced hot water heaters last year and flushed them while they were here.

Owner William did initial visit to estimate hot water heater removal and installation and spent 90 minutes. Within an hour he had emailed Good, Better, Best estimates for the job as well as a pressure regulator install he recommended to drop our pressure from 90 to below 70 psi. Email included detailed quotes and photos.

I got three more quotes, including one for 20% less from a one-man operation using a lesser brand and one from a big box retailer,. I went with Mr. Rooter because William seemed most solid. In fact, I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I bought their 3-year membership plan, which I rarely do.

Mr. Rooter had a crew at my house within 10 days. As promised, the crew called at the appointed hour on the appointed day to tell me they were on their way.

The lead plumber Ryan was exceptionally professional. He asked me to move my car so he could park in driveway to avoid trampling my grass and always donned booties before entering the house. He also introduced his assistant. A second tech showed up to install the regulator and William came by for a QA check. I really appreciated the high-touch professionalism.

Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the job, letting me know when he was leaving for supplies, for lunch and taking a break from the heat, and finally, that he had cleaned up after himself and would check to make sure the gates in the back yard were closed. He showed me each installation and how to shut off water if needed and informed me to call the city to replace their meter at the curb. Finally, the crew took care of two minor issues for me. They set a high bar for Great service.

The person who came and worked at my home did an excellent job he went beyond and above to complete his work and I would recommend You're confident to anyone Thank you for your business

Darrell came out from Mr Rooter to fix several issues with my property. He was very personable and thorough in his explanations of the issues and solutions. He took time not only to explain things, but to present several options and work with me to find the best solution for my situations. I really appreciated his taking the time to explain everything, and the work he did was exceptional. If any more plumbing issues crop up I am glad to know there is such a knowledgeable and helpful plumber in the area!

The technician, Dustin, was very professional and helpful. He seemed to value my time which I really appreciated. I was advised of the problem in terms and language I could understand. I was provided with options for resolving. I do intend to have the repair done by Mr Rooter.

Very responsive and polite! We had an urgent issue with the flow of water in our house. Within hours, a Mr. Rooter technician was at our home and diagnosed the problem.

I reached out to this company after hours to schedule service, and received a text the next morning saying that my appointment was scheduled for the previous business day. When I called their service line, they stated that the appointment was in fact this morning between 9-11. I then received another call a little after 11 stating that there were no appointments available for at least a week. This company’s customer service and internal communication is extremely lacking, and we’ll never attempt to use them again.

The water hose on my fridge started leaking....i discovered it when i squished in my front door! Matthew came out that day to access....then came back to find the leak!! after several hours, William and Matthew pinpointed it...it was a very elusive leak...kind of the perfect storm! Even gave me the name of a wonderful water restoration company! even let me cry on them! Talk about full service! Seriously, they are just the best. i am thankful and grateful. Mr. Rooter came out to service our tankless water heater. The technician was professional and extremely knowledgable, as well as polite and conscientious. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again when plumbing issues arise. I had contacted another plumber first, as I am still fairly new to the area, and they quoted me a much higher price. Mr. Rooter is reasonable and top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Reached out to David from Mr. Rooter after seeing a huge water leak hitting the street. He offered expertise and was extremely informative. He offered to send a technician out right away. He followed up and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

My appt. was scheduled for a window of 10-12. I got a text at 10:10 saying tech was still with prior customer, another text at 10:30 saying he was on the way, and a phone call at 10:45 from tech saying he was 15 minutes out. He arrived at 11. Just that degree of communication impressed me before he even got in the door. (I've had service calls before that kept me hanging for several hours, and then rescheduled for next day.) My tech was Matthew Rice. Friendly, professional, easy to work with. My house was built in 1958, this started out as issue with disposal and leak somewhere under the sink. Disposal is 18 years old, it was leaking from bottom. Also, leak from pipe fitting at wall on hot supply line. Matthew was super thorough and patient, great attention to detail. Took pictures throughout process to document everything. He ran into a couple of other issues that were also addressed. (No surprise there considering age of plumbing.) What we thought was going to be a 2 hour job morphed into 8 but every bit of it totally legit. Matthew worked hard the whole time, sweating , no lunch break, a total work horse. He gave me options, didn't try to upsell me. There was no service fee just for showing up. He gave me a written estimate before he started work, and had me sign off on each thing he found to agree on the additional work work. All in all he was great to work with and I'm very comfortable and confident in the quality of the work that was done. Virtually the ONLY issue I have has nothing to do with the tech or quality of service. I wish there was more transparency in pricing. At the end of the day, the sticker shock still hurt. Yes, he gave me amounts throughout the day as more issues arose. But nowhere during this process is there any breakdown parts vs. labor. Even allowing grossly inflated/ marked up prices on the disposal, sink flanges, pipe fittings etc. the remainder hourly rate for labor would be...stunning. It'd be much easier to swallow if one was told up front what to expect.
BTW, I had just gotten out of hospital for respiratory issues, or would have tackled the disposal myself. I've done a lot of routine plumbing repairs successfully myself over the years, so I'm familar with the costs for parts, and degree of difficulty of the repairs done yesterday. Matthew did a great job and I very much appreciated everything he did and how hard he worked. A little transparency in pricing (not just totals for each task but a breakdown on parts and labor) would be my only request. Thanks.

We basically had to redo a terrible job that a previously plumbing company did for us. New line, fix our grinder pump and etc. Mr. Rooter saved us from having to go through all that stress again and did it right the first time. The crew was fantastic and took care not to completely destroy our lawn and property like the previous company. Each night they left they made sure we had working plumbing so we didn’t have to move out this year. Amazing service and professional plumber who didn’t give up and fixed the problem! Dustin is THE BEST! After a YEAR of hot water issues and many many many plumbers in and out of our house supposedly fixing the issue or just adding this or that in attempts to quickly fix it, Dustin listened to the entire story, assessed everything and spent literally 7 hours here until he finally fixed the issue. He wouldn’t give up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am/ was impressed and am thankful to have finally found a qualified plumber!

Coming back from vacations we found out our main water line was leaking underground, and as first time homeowners weren’t sure of the severity so we found ourselves a little bit lost.  We called Mr. Rooter and Dustin showed up, took his time to properly inspect the whole situation, then he explained our options and walked us through the best solution considering codes and long-term benefits, and best of all he gave us a true all-in estimate. We felt confident with his proposal and made the decision right away.  Dustin came back two days later with Matthew to replace the main water line, both highly professionals, they made us feel confident the job was well done. Overall a great experience working with Dustin and Matthew, they didn’t leave until the job was completed and took special attention to all details and cleanup. We even got Mr. Rooters membership for a peace of mind in case of any future plumbing issues.

Great company to work with. William answered my call on Super Bowl Sunday and arrived at our home to review the situation since the hot water heater was leaking. Because of our situation, they moved the installation to Monday the next day which was Valentines Day. Dustin, the installer, worked all day to complete the installation. He stated he would not leave until we had water especially hot water. He finished around 7:30 pm. What a dedicated employee. The work that was needed was not simple and the entire team showed their skills, promptness, and professionalism at all times during the work. My technician, Dustin, tried everything he could to repair my existing tankless water heater in spite of it being 15 years old and having never been serviced. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix it but he was able to find a comparable new one and stayed until it was installed and we had hot water again. He was professional, cordial and a pleasure to have at my house. He cleaned up his mess and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Though it was a hefty expense I wasn’t planning on at this time, he was able to help me mitigate some of the cost of it while getting me on a maintenance program to help me prolong the life of my new tankless system. From the lady who called me back to set up the appointment (don’t recall her name) to Dustin that did all the work, I am very pleased with the outcome

We had a major drain that rusted out. We had several estimates & were not satisfied w/the companies that we interviewed with until Matthew from Mr Rooter gave us his estimate. He was an answer to prayer. It was a major job requiring a good portion of a 750 sq foot room on a concrete slab had to be jack hammered thru & lines replaced. We thought our home was going to be wrecked. Brad Graham and his co-worker John were awesome. Hard consistent workers. Very respectful of our family & our home. Those 2 did an excellent job and when they finished you could hardly tell that our home had been thru an extensive plumbing job. They put everything back together almost as good as when they started th job. Mr. Rooter’s prices r reasonable and they really do make pleasing the customer their priority. As first-time homeowners, our water main leaking was the first major plumbing issue we've run into. Dustin was professional, straight forward, and informative in explaining the problem and giving us our options. He stayed late to make sure it was fixed that day since we didn't have water, and helped us refill and relight our water heater that we had drained preemptively. IU cannot say enough great things about our experience and we will definitly reach out to Mr. Rooter agains hould we have any problems!

As new homeowners, we had no idea what to do when suddenly our downstairs toilet had overflowed all over the floor and into our kitchen (and on a Saturday morning of course). Mr Rooter fixed my fireplace gas logs. Dustin texted me on his way, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, clean (he wore booties) and most importantly did the job he came to do and asked if I needed him to look at anything else. The service was a little more expensive than I expected but I’m happy to pay more for good service I can trust.

My plumbing sucks in my home and I have had 5 incidents from 2017-2021. Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue every time. They do outstanding work. They are honest with the minimum to fix the problem vs extra that can be done to prevent future problems. They always make me feel valued as a loyal customer.

Ryan came and set the toilet perfectly. We just had our floors redone and the new floor was lower than the old so he had to very carefully cut out the old flange and replace it, if not very careful the concrete would have to be torn up and replaced to get it out. It took quite awhile as it’s not easy but he did a beautiful job along with changing out 3 shut off valves. Very professional and super neat.
The following week Darrell came out to install our pedestal sink with faucets. Again very professional and extremely neat. He measured everything so it was precise and it looks great. Thank you Mr. Rooter for doing such an excellent job!

We had a big water bill and a leak in the water line. We researched our options and went with Mr. Rooter to fix it. They were professional and diligent in all their work, and went well out of their way to make things right for us. And like so many service providers, they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me a mess. I highly recommend them.

Had them come out to install a tankless water heater for us. Their quote was fair and detailed and the tech did an amazing job laying out all of our options.
After we agreed to do business with them they even helped us find some manufacturers discounts that lowered the price for us. The install took about a day and a half and went fairly smooth.
2 days later we suddenly stopped getting hot water. We called them and they sent someone out right away (the electrical outlet they had to install was bad they swapped it out and we were good to go an hour later)
All throughout the process they were incredibly responsive. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

Matthew was an amazing tech. He came out very professionally and nice. Looked for the problem and explained everything that was going on with my plumbing along with pictures. After calling several plumbing companies that could send a repair person out that day I finally spoke to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Thankfully they were able to dispatch Matthew out within a few hours. The techs are always professional, thorough, and honest, showing where the problem is even if it is not a plumbing issue they can charge to fix. David, who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is the epitome of courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and communication. After taking down all relevant information, I will usually hear back within several minutes with all the details of the scheduled service call. The repairs are always thorough and the prices are fair. I will always refer Mr. Rooter to my clients.

It's never easy to pay for a unexpected home repair. However when it does hit your home I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter. William arrived on time located the leak in my water supply line explained every step in the process he was very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and took steps to clean all the areas he worked in . I was quite nervous because I had just bought my first house that was supposed to have all new plumbing, but things turned ugly the first time we tried to do a load of laundry. Although the plumbing was new it was installed incorrectly and technically illegally. Our gray water was emptying into a pit underground in our back yard. After having 3 different plumbers come look at the problem and assess, I quickly realized Chris with Mr. Rooter was the best choice. He investigated the situation thoroughly and was able to figure out the issue when the other plumbers assumed my cast iron pipe was the issue. To top it all off their team came and fixed the issue two days later on July 3rd of all days when no one else is open! They were also the cheapest option and courteous the entire time they were at my house. Chris and his team were in and out in less than a day and replaced all the drainage pipes under my house. They cleaned up once they were done and with the exceptions of the improvements you would never know they were here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. I know I will be calling them again in the future when I undoubtably will need a plumber again! Overall great service, value, and people at this company!

Very professional from start to finish. Chris found the source of the leaks quickly during the original visit and also answered other questions I had. Ryan and his assistant were able to come out earlier than planned. They did a thorough job and resolved other issues that came up during the process with ease. I already have additional work scheduled and plan to use them in the future.

We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

I had a break in my main water line and put it an online request on Saturday morning. They had a tech out to scope the job within 2 hours.

Of the four companies I had come out, they were the only one who measured and checked all the existing piping for the job. I felt this was an accurate way to assess the job and avoid surprises to my checkbook. They were very detailed and took pictures of everything.

They had me scheduled within 24 hours after agreement and the team was great. Very courteous, helpful and prompt. Did what they said they would and more. It was a big job and I loved that they patched the driveway concrete and backfilled my yard. I recommend this company for their professionalism, great work and highly competitive pricing.

Ryan and Mike did an excellent job replacing an old toilet I was having issues with. While onsite they also checked additional plumbing items to ensure there were no other issues I was unaware of. Lucky for me because I also had a leaking shut off valve I was unaware of. I couldn’t recommend Ryan and Mike enough. The owner William and his right hand man David are always a pleasure to work with. Thanks again guys, hopefully I won’t have to call again anytime soon but at least if I do I know it’ll be done right and at a more than fair price too.

Came to give me an estimate on landscape drainage repairs and did a thorough job with It! Afterwards, he used his laptop to prepare me several pages of report of the various parts of the work. I learned some new ideas about how to handle common drainage problems and found out about some of the new fiber optics technology used to probe buried drain pipes. I have more than enough to help me make the best choice for my repairs . Had a leak on our roman tub faucet. Ryan and William from Mr Rooter came out and surveyed the required work and provided a quote. They were back a couple of days later and fixed the leak. They had to cut out a ceramic tile to gain access to the bottom of the faucet and they replaced the tile when they were finished. They did such a good job you would never know they had taken the tile out! They also installed a new regulator as our water pressure was too high, and fixed other issues with the tub faucet as it had been installed by cowboys!
They were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was working and clean after they were finished. We are extremely happy with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate in calling Mr Rooter for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

After trying every home remedy that I know, I was referred by James Brown A/C and Heating to call Mr. Rooter. Technician Chris (Great young man) came out within two days of my call. He worked extensively to solve my problem (CLOG) and thought what he had done worked. Upon finding out in two days it hadn't, I called back and Matthew and Ryan show up on Sunday morning. I broke my own copper pipe trying to replace an outside spigot which had frozen threads. After 5pm on a Sunday I called Mr. Rooter because of the excellent ratings. I was not disappointed. The 24 hr call center rep was courteous and professional but the first available appt was the next day. She said they would send a tech earlier if possible. 15 mins later a representative called and said they had a tech who could be here in 10 mins. Laszlo Peters showed up on time, assessed the situation, we agreed on the course and cost including a service discount. 30 mins later he completed the work professionally and sent me a copy of the paid invoice along with pictures of the job. Well, my hot water heater went out, and a cold shower was not on the menu. I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment, they called early and asked is it alright if our tech comes early. Yes, after two days of cold showering (are you on the way)? Matthew showed up as stated with 25-30 min. Check my unit, did diagnostics, gave solid quotes, rechecked my unit, & fixed the issue. We have a large outdoor entertainment area we added to our backyard ( including 3 gas fed sources). Most of the work was done by us, but we hired Mr. Rooter to run all the gas lines and connect them once the project was completed. They came here multiple times during the phases of the project. I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. I recently had Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte in to upgrade my aging water heater to a new tankless system. The work was performed flawlessly. The technician (Laszlo) was great. We had some additional fixes taken care of as well. A new toilet, a new hose spigot, and a new pressure valve. All done with the same level of quality. David Z at the command center expertly coordinated all of this. Excellent .

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

Laszlo from Mr. Rooter came out twice. He did a fantastic job with excellent customer service. Many things were done to this older home. A new pressure relief valve was put in, the old one wasn't working, and the he also fixed a leak that was near the main water valve that the city didn't mention when they fixed the rusty main water valve. Laszlo spent two full days out here giving the home other upgrades such as replacing the water heater and corroded piping. It was quite cold on day two, but no complaints. Water pressure is now back to normal, and the water bill should be much better now that the leak is fixed.

This company is all about the upsell... had them look at a clogged toilet once and next thing I know they are quoting me on not only replacing that toilet but every toilet in the building. Next our water heater busted and they quoted $3000... yes 3K... I didn't add a zero. It was a 35 gallon electric water heater that only supplies 3 sinks in a warehouse. We just went and bought the $300 water heater and did it ourselves... the only thing this company wants to help is their bottom line.

Matthew is a very hard-working plumber with lots of experience, very kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor. If there was a 6 star option I definitely would’ve given it to him.

I used William Iliev and his team from Mr. Rooter over the past few years on two separate occasions. The first was when our sewer line from our house to the street had become clogged from tree roots growing inside our sewer line. Mr Iliev & his crew were on it the next day after i called & completed the work the same day.
On the other occasion, we had them hook up our new gas stove, replacing our drop-in electric stove. They connected to an existing gas line from our laundry room to our kitchen. When we needed an outlet to plug in our stove behind the counter, they did that even though electrical is not their primary business. The part they went over and above on, was our new stove was less than an inch wider & they cut our counter top to fit exactly. They worked with the city to come out, inspect and pass their completed work, which included installing a new carbon dioxide meter. They are professional, expedient & quoted the best price on the 3 companies we had give us quotes. I highly recommend using them for future projects or issues.

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

David handled our emergency situation here at our restaurant in a friendly and professional way. He was so courteous! His guys were here on the spot, even though they were busy elsewhere. They made it a point to help us get our problem solved so that we could open our doors for business and not lose any revenue. Would highly recommend. We'll be using them all the time. These guys were life savers. We had a major repair that was caused from our foundation settling. It cracked our sewage pipe, and had was leaking from the exterior, and starting to get in the basement. They were very understanding of urgency (and cost) and had it fixed that same day! They dug a 4 foot hole, jack hammered out my current connection, and had it fixed and repaired by the end of the day (around 7 pm). They sent out extra resources just to make sure it was completed on time.

They are also one of the few companies who will come out without an initial charge. I've had them come out before and they were upfront and honest about what I could do myself to save a few bucks.

We had a clogged sewer line that Rayan cleared using his rotating snake. After which he used a camera to video inspect the pipe. This was on a Saturday morning and he was prompt, on time and didn’t stop until the job was done.. thank you Rayan.

I had several problems with my old toilets. My house was built in 1960, so you can imagine the problems. The technicians that came were very professional . I had a water heater rupture at my business, Mr. Rooter responded immediately and made what could have been a major headache a non-event. His team was courteous and effective. Mr. Rooter is the best!

I am sure most of these reviews are fake, who is giving them 5 stars. I had a pipe spraying water under my house on Sunday. They mentioned that there would be extra charge of $69 for weekend and I said ok. The guy just showed up without confirming and wouldn't even look at issue. He then said there would be and additional $169 diagnostic fee on top of the $69 weekend charge and repairs/parts. So just to start the process $238 before any works is done. Luckily I also called Varo Plumbing and the guy said no extra charges and went right under house. He showed me a quote of $199 and went to work. Tech was great and Varo probably ended up 60-70% less in cost.

Mr Rooter installed a new gas line to retrofit an existing electric range into a new gas cooktop.They also installed the new appliance. They were very organized around the project and completed the work very timely.

You arrived when you said you would, you performed the basic analysis of the problem, you called to discuss the options and explained the process you would be going through, presented an estimate by email immediately after we decided on the preferred process, performed the work in a timely fashion, and satisfied both myself and my renters on-site. The only reason I did not give you a 10 was because I know so few people in the Charlotte area thus it would be unlikely that I would get a recommendation request!

These guys are so great! They are quick and its super easy to make an appointment - they totally worked with my schedule! So happy with the service and my new sink!

Matthew was incredible. Showed up on time and stuck around to make sure everything was perfect. They weren’t the cheapest, but it is all done flawlessly. Very happy with the service.

Came out and told me it would cost 500.00 to fix a broken coper line and 250.00 to fix a broken pvc pipe!! Told them to hit the road. Called another plumber they charged 170.00 to fix everything. Don't get robbed by these guys!
