All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. Highly recommend and will be using them anytime we have a plumbing issue as we feel they are respectful with honest prices.

Brett and Erich provided extremely prompt responses to my inquiries prior to the installation. The installation was swiftly and efficiently done at a reasonable price. It was also a pleasure not being subjected to any of the usual contractor cross selling pressures. I highly recommend without reservation.

Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

I will have these guys as a contact in my phone - I would say speed dial, but that would make me sound old! Extremely responsive. Johnny was so thorough for a problem I had before. He made sure that I knew what the issue was and he resolved it. He went above and beyond on a Friday night and I appreciated his kindness and respect of my property. He took his shoes off and really wanted to help me. If you are looking for a plumber to help you with issues, call them! Another company helped me with the same issue in the past and never let me know what the issue was - just that they fixed it. All Hours Plumbing not only fixed it, but let me know what the problem was. Stand up guys and company!

We had a water heater that failed and flooded our garage. I called All Hours Plumbing and Brett was able to quote me over the phone and fit me in the same day. His team was professional and did a wonderful job. When they left, the new water heater and set up looked better than the original one installed by the builder. Would highly recommend!

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them!

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. Brett and Eric did an amazing job. Our water heater kicked the bucket at 8pm on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Brett was fast to respond and give a quote. They did a great job, a beautiful installation, very professional, and had me up and running in an hour and a half on black friday. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. The guys were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!

We recently moved to Charlotte and needed a plumber to help with various plumbing jobs around our new home. I had an excellent experience with All Hours Plumbing. Brett was very helpful and flexible with my scheduling needs. Eric and Ricky showed up on time, walked through the plumbing projects with me, and gave me a quote before the work ever started. Eric was so incredibly helpful with explaining my plumbing questions about my new home. They completed the work efficiently for a fair price, left their shoes at the door, and were just overall nice guys. We will use All Hours Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

All Hours Plumbing will be my go to company from now on! Fast service, quick diagnosis, and fast, efficient, reasonably priced work. My garbage disposal was leaking and Johnny was in and out in about 30 minutes. Weeks later my hot water heater wasn't working. I received the same great service.

While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out. They were fine, they gave me options and didnt really push anything on me, but they promised to email me quotes which they never did, and their price was almost a GRAND more than what All Hours quoted me for the same job. All Hours didn't charge anything to come out either, and Brett was really professional, prompt, and honest. He was able to get his crew out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely have a customer for life.

All experiences with All Hour's Plumbing have been very good. They are responsive, timely, polite, and knowledgeable. Cory does a fantastic job of explaining the need-to-know details and is very efficient. RJ is also very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend both men and AHP! All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

I cannot possibly recommend All Hours Plumbing any higher. Brett did exactly as he said in a timely manner for a great price. I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous. He kept my renters happy by getting the job done right and well. I am in the military and 400 miles away and I don't need the stress of worrying whether or not plumbing will get fixed correctly. Brett has now eased any stress that could come up as a result of managing a rental property from so far away. Talking to another trusted plumber(that is too far away to do the work), Brett met all the qualifications and the price range for the job and I couldn't be happier. He is my permanent plumber for any future work that I need done.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

I had a minor but time sensitive issue with the fridge water line. After calling several plumbers, came across All Hours Plumbing via a Google search. The person I spoke with actually solved the issue over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. I had to write a review anyway because he was friendly, helpful, honest, and saved me time and headache. Would recommend giving All Hours Plumbing a try.

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews—Highest recommendation to this plumber!

While the service man was polite, they caused a leak and flooding to my house during the repair of a toilette without a leak. The owner hired flood medics to dry out the house, repaint and redo my bathroom floor. Approx a year later, the work isn't completed and it has been months since the Owner of the plumbing company has called or the owner of flood medics has called to ensure that the work has been completed. I need to have my home appraised now and my vinyl floor was put down crooked and they ran out of product so the entire floor couldn't even be finished poorly in the interim.
I don't have disposable income to correct this error and trusted them to correct the flood caused by their careless plumber. I will post pictures. I waited nearly a year to voice a complaint or express frustration with the lack of follow through and customer service.
I wouldn't trust either company to do, even the smallest job.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

I had a spigot on a rental property pop off and needed it fixed quickly for my tenants. Called All Hours Plumbing and someone was there in about an hour and did a good job fixing it, for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.
