Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! Although repairs have not begun yet, I'm completely confident in the work they will do. Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience. By the time he left, we knew we had finally found a trustworthy plumbing company with technicians you can't help but to trust. John arrived promptly at designated time. Gave me a quote and went to work. He worked diligently for about two hours. Toilet tank as good as new and components guaranteed for five years and labor for a year.

Diyan Mitev and his assistant were professional, thorough and courteous. They explained the process required for a washing machine faucet replacement very well, and answered all questions. They also tested the incoming water pressure, examined and tested the hot water heater for water or gas leaks. Additionally, Diyan reviewed the main interior plumbing pressure valve, and explained the process for having that replaced. A good experience. This appointment was for an estimate only, but I am confident in what I saw and heard, and will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters to complete the job.

Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12” rough in toilets with more appropriate 10” rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

DiJan Mitev and trainee looked at my shower drain issue and cleaned the pipe underneath. Water flowing easily now. The other sink drain issue was just the sink drain cover . He recommended faucet flow to be

Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

This is my second time using Charlotte Plumbing Masters, and John was the plumber both times. On a previous occasion he installed tank parts for two toilets. He was very fast and did the job right. This time he fixed a leaky faucet. John gave some advice about taking care of our other plumbing fixtures and was very friendly. He arrived early and did a fantastic job. I will call back for any repairs or renovations we need in the future.

The Technician came right away when our hot water heater began leaking suddenly. This was our second quote and they were more reasonably priced than some other companies. The technician did a great job, our new water heater looks great, he left the area nice and tidy! We really appreciate the quick and efficient service!

The two gentlemen that arrived were very professional and completed my repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend their services.

Hired them to check my gas lines and do a pressure test. They didn’t do either and still wanted to be paid. Said they only work on lines that they install. What a rip off!!

My review is based on initial inspection and estimate. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. Maybe I'm out of touch with pricing these days but I had laminate flooring put in and needed my pedestal sink raised ½inch to fit the pedestal or a vanity at that same sink also I had problem with a bad cartridge in a shower preventing me from getting hot water after years of use. I was quoted $1300 to raise sink to fit pedestal or $1500 to install vanity and almost $500 to fix bad cartridge in shower... well it pays to get 2nd opinion or estimate because I found another company to do for lil over $800.. it took 6 hours total for one worker which included a ½ lunch that I gratefully paid for and a 40 minute store run by this same worker to Lowes to buy the right cartrige for shower...so 5- 5½ hours worth of work for $800+ instead of $2000.

John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. All this was done while he was sweet and professional with the whole household. We'll be contacting him again if something comes up. Thank you for your wonderful service!

These guys are awesome. I needed a fire pit kit installed on an outdoor natural gas fire pit. Short notice and a somewhat unusual ask so, needless to say, I had a hard time finding someone who would do it. I was lucky to find Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John called me an hour before he arrived and showed up exactly an hour later. We briefly discussed what needed to be done and he went straight to work. He figured out all of the issues and got it done very fast. The results are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I will be using them again.

John was super professional and helpful in changing out our garbage disposal. Our new model is a huge improvement over the builder grade option we had for the last two years that always sounded like it was broken. Great communication, cleaned up after himself and took time to show me how to trouble shoot the new diposal should anything ever get in there than shouldn't have. Will call again.

I used Charlotte Plumbing Masters to install a dedicated gas line for my grill on my back deck which required running the pipe in the crawl space, through the foundation, and then under and up through the deck. Everyone at the company I interacted with, from the office workers to the technicians, were professional and respectful. They completed the work in 2 days, including the inspection, and did an incredible job. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how well it was done and how nice it looks. I would not hesitate to use their services for any plumbing issues in the future.

Diyan did exceptional work! Came out initially to do backflow testing. As we talked I brought up other issues I was having. He found the problem for one and was able to do a fix for the other. Very satisfied!

John was very knowledgeable and does the job right! He did two jobs for me, the first of which was installing a garbage disposal. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks. With John, I had my valve ordered and replaced within the week, no mess required. Thanks, Charlotte Plumbing Masters!

He was a very friendly individual that, explained the whole process and why it was needed, offered suggestions on how to avoid serious problems later, installed the equipment in a way that was superior to the original installation, and cleaned up the work area in a professional manner. I have a toilet bowl clogging issue and I called them. They performed a basic check with an auger for couple of minutes and it got cleared. Just for this effort, they charged $200+ bucks. For the next level of inspection to reset the toilet, he quoted an additional $440. But I’m lucky enough not to go that level. They are on time, professional, responsive and resolved the issue. But their prices look astronomical to me.

I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

Rand was the technician that came out to install a hot water heater I purchased from lowes. He explained EVERY step of what need to be done from removal of original unit, bring everything up to current code (house was built in 2002 & copper pipes), & install of new unit & how the price(s) of copper has gone up. VERY VERY professional work & VERY VERY pleased. Looks better than the original work that was done. Rand is VERY VERY professional & polite. My daughter LOVED him & is is 1 TOUGH cookie at 6. I was very impressed with Charlotte plumbing masters when I booked my appointment and the communication leading up to their arrival, it was professional. However as soon as the two gentlemen arrived they looked at the area for 5-10 minutes and came back to my house with a quote for $1,100. I was surprised because we were told one part needed repaired. When I said I would need to talk to my husband but we’d probably move forward he explained the service fee wouldn’t be waived if the decision/service wasn’t immediate. I felt he was condescending. We had two other plumbers come out, 1/2 and 1/4 the price. Our job has been completed. I would not recommend Charlotte plumbing masters based on my experience.

we needed our gas dryer hooked up as the delivery guys could not install it since you need a gas license to handle gas appliances. they were professional and knowledgeable. offered several options and provided the best solution. i did call around the charlotte area to several plumbing companies and not many people work on gas dryers. strange since manufacturers make them. very pleased with service.

They were responsive and helpful, which was great since I couldn't use my kitchen sink! They helped replace leaking pipes and educate me on best practices going forward. Everyone was professional, courteous, and timely. Will definitely use again!

These guys are absolutely fantastic, we can’t say enough about them! We ended up on the bad end of nightmare plumbing situation as new homeowners. Our home warranty company worked with Charlotte Plumbing Masters, so they were the first on the scene immediately once we started having issues. Our tech Michael was prompt, friendly, informative and just an all around genuine and honest guy; we felt completely comfortable having him on the property if one of us had to run down the street or his work time overlapped with us leaving for work. Once we found out the gravity of the situation (the entire system needed to be dug up and replaced from under the crawl space across the yard and to the city portion) we were dealing with, Tim worked with us to find a cost effective solution that would allow us to use our plumbing without breaking the bank. We were able to find a temporary fix and handle payment in segments. We had a wonderful experience working with Tim, Diyon and the crew at Charlotte Plumbing Masters. We had an entire pipe and plumbing renovation done, so it was quite a big job. They were extremely responsive and worked overtime on our more difficult than expected project. We even had a manufacturer malfunction with our sewer pump and they came out and fixed it at no additional charge. We would definitely recommend!

Really good experience to work with plumb masters: initial assessment of the issue at my place was very detailed which led to a fair price. Quality of the work was good and execution was organized and kept the order. After job was done, closing was really good too. They left the area clean and organized.

I am very disappointed in the quality of care that I received from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. I booked an appointment a week ago and was told not to use my shower until the technician was able to come back with the parts for the repair. I had to wait an entire week to not use my shower. I called the day before to confirm my appointment for the following day. The appointment was scheduled for the technician to arrive between 11am-1pm the following day. They called me on the day of the appointment at 12 pm to say that the technician was unable to get the parts on time even though he had an entire week to do so. She then told me to reschedule for Monday and I have not used my shower for an entire week and she wanted to reschedule for another day which would be a total of 9 days without a shower. This is very unprofessional and I just thought that you guys should know about my experience with this company before choosing Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

This was a pleasant ending to a nightmare of a day! Jordan appeared on the scene, identified our problem and solved it in very short time. This was AFTER we had another plumber from a well known NATIONWIDE company work on our issue and DID NOTHING to help us get one working bathroom (out of 3) and charged us more than DOUBLE what Jordan and Charlotte Pluming Masters charged to do the same thing, this time with success! We have had John Raymond out for two different services: installing a new sump pump, and enlarging our washing machine drain pipe from 2 to 3 to accommodate a HE washing machine. I utilized their services to install a natural gas hook up for my grill. Diyan was my service tech on a job that required 3 total days. This 3 day timeframe included their office coordinating a county inspection. When you have a county inspector saying they did clean work, you know they did. The line was established, air pressure tested with a gauge, evacuated, and activated. They hooked up my grill and tested it to make sure it was fully functioning without issue. Four days later they called back to make sure everything was still perfect. Quality service. Expectations were set, and met. ZERO issues. I'll be sure to call them in the event I have any other plumbing or gas line work needed.

These guys were great. I had an older water heater that needed to be replaced and the second they could they were at my house fixing it - even during a thunderstorm! Only took a couple hours and it looks and works great. Very happy to be able to take hot showers again thanks to them!

Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I had a plumbing situation in which a pipe in my home was badly stopped up. The plumber from Charlotte Plumbing Masters was very conscientious and not only able to fix the issue in a short time. but also offered suggestions to prevent future plumbing issues. I would absolutely use them again with no hesitation.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters employee, Mike, was scheduled to be here at 2PM but to my surprise he called and wanted to know if it would be okay to show up early. When Mike arrived, I spoke to him about my shower head leaking and mentioned that I had the same problem 5 years ago. Mike evaluated the problem and found that my water pressure setting was too high (going into the house), causing my water cartridge in my shower to wear out too quickly. He also mentioned, that my warranty company may pay for the repairs, which was a surprise to me. Unfortunately, after contacting the warranty provider (Total Home Protection) they stated they would not cover anything (poor choice of a warranty company by me). Mike then went to work on fixing the problem and was finished bringing my water system up to code. I would gladly have Mike back again as the was very friendly but professional and did a great job !!

I live in an older home and have gone from cast iron pipes to pvc. Lately, I had a major blockage in the outside main pipe that goes to city sewage that caused no operating bathrooms (3) inside my home. After calling a High End Corporate Plumbing Service, and them trying to sell me over on a 4K mainline replacement, and still no working bathrooms.... I went with a second opinion with Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Starting with the initial contact, they declared my situation as an “emergency”. They dispatched a plumber by the name of Jordon. After initial contact, Jordon was on my property promptly. He found the problem outside, fixed it, and made sure all pipes/drains were unclogged and water was exiting my home to the city lines with no other problems. All 3 bathroom tubs and sink drains are working great without the $4000 bill!! Thank you Charlotte Plumbing Masters & thank you, Jordon! We will refer and use this company again.

Mike and his partner did an amazing job! I called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t give me an answer, including one that stormed out because we questioned him. I called CPM and Mike figured out the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed within 20! The price was very reasonable. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. We have a leak on an outdoor pipe on our Rinnai water system. Through our warranty company, Charlotte Plumbing Masters was sent to our home. At hello, one of their plumbers was asking for the deductible. Within moments, the plumbers were calling for a gas leak(gas exhaust port), and criticizing the work of the Rinnai install. A plumber was soon on the phone with the warranty company griping about the complexity of the fix. The warranty company declined the repair...
The men never actually approached the pipe itself and examined the issue. It seems clear they did not come to do the work. They were on our property long enough to secure their fee, grovel, and then run off. It seems as if they do warranty business contractually, but not in spirit. They took our hard earned $100 and split. It is a legal way to steal.
I spoke with the with the office manager who endorsed their thievery.

I really like this plumbing company because they give you honest information on what you need to fix and what is ok. The guy that came out took pictures of my pipes under my house and explained what each pipe was so that I would understand why there was a problem. The manager Tim is also very nice and easy to reach by phone. He is extremely professional and takes his time explaining everything as well. I appreciate the amount of detail these guys go into because I am not a plumber and have no clue what stuff is.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters replaced a main water line that had broken on my side of the city water meter. They were very professional during the entire repair. I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!
