Steve initially scoped and quoted work to install new garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucets and master bath shower head and faucet. He took time to provide his expertise and recommendations for the type and style of fixtures that would work best. He also recommended options where I might shop for best quality product and service. Steve immediately provided me the quote that helped me move my project forward.I followed Steve’s recommendations and purchased the necessary fixtures and when everything arrived I called ER. Steve came back on-site and was surprised that everything he recommended was in place and ready for the install.All three pieces went very smoothly and took about 2 hours from start to finish. Steve communicated extremely well throughout the whole project, stopping periodically during the installation to inform me of minor things that came up that required my decision. He double checked everything he touched to insure nothing was leaking, nothing was still on and that the water was turned back on.He took all boxes and packing and left the areas clean and very tidy. Truly a professional job and I have and will use ER Plumbing in the future and highly recommend Steve for all your plumbing needs.

Of course with the freezing temperatures our area experienced today we ended up with a pipe breaking. We called ER plumbing and they were able to set us up with an appointment on short notice even on a very busy Christmas Eve!!!! The technician they sent (Mike S.) was nothing short of amazing! He was able to identify the issue and correct it in no time! We know this time of year is so busy but we really appreciate the work that was done. I called ER Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic maintenance needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly.Mac was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, fast and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. Garrett and John arrived and immediately went to work to determine what was causing my drainage problem. They tried the simplest things first before going on to the harder, more expensive things.Once they identified the problem and got my approval to repair, they got it done quickly and efficiently. I recently purchased a new home with a tankless water heat. The temperature in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me and the setting wouldn’t let me go above 120. I called ER Plumbing and they were able to send someone within 2 days to come to the house and override the setting. I received a notice when they were 30 minutes away. The plumber was very professional and handled the job quickly. Only cost me $95. Best money I spent to have steamy showers!

Great service and people. My basement Septic Pump issue was resolved within 6 hours of my first contact.Initially, I used my home warranty and I wasn’t confident in what that company said. I had no hot water, and Jon and Davion arrived to look at my hot water heater. I received a phone call from their office telling me the techs were on the way. There was something out of the norm about the prior hot water heater installation, and both took the time to go into my attic to check it out and explain to me. Instead of just saying the heater needed to be replaced, Jon took the time to diagnose the problem and quoted me a price to repair the heater. Since it was 12 years old, I opted to replace the heater. The techs stayed at my home, called the office, and a new heater was promptly delivered. The installation took about 1.5 hours. I was impressed with the professionalism of the techs and very impressed that the first option was to try repair the heater and not to sell me a new hot water heater (unlike other contractors).

Nick arrived, and before I had made it to the door to let him in, he had already begun to work, looking for water spots in the yard, checking meters, and all the usual suspects. When he came in he knew almost instantly what the issue was and went to work rectifying it. If you’re like me, unsure of what’s causing your water bill to fluctuate, and don’t want to damage anything, call this company. $90 is a small price to pay for peace of mind, and that peace of mind comes from the excellent personnel they employ. From the phone operator to the plumbers, I was treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. Will be using them for as long as I’m here.

Had ER come to our house to inspect why the sewer pump wasn’t working.The technician said it was burnt out and needed to buy a new one to have it replaced. Quoted me for over $2,600.I was a little shocked as we had another plumber clean it out a few weeks ago and it was working just fine. Mind you this pump is still under manufacture warranty so I decided to check myself before going forward. I took the pump to the store where it was purchased and plugged it there and to my surprise it’s working perfectly!!! This is unethical and unprofessional to try and steal money from clients that have no knowledge on the problem.Be careful and and always ask for a second opinion. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company!

Our experience could not have been better! We got very quick service, a wonderful plumber who assessed things quickly and explained exactly what was needed. He answered questions, including a few ‘what-if’s’. He began the work almost immediately and had everything he needed with him. First things first, company and technicians did everything correctly and efficiently. Scheduling was in a timely manner, technicians were polite and professional, and the job was completed flawlessly. My only issue was the price. To replace a toilet flange taking about 45 mins = $700? I don't know the plumbing market. I don't know if plumbers are in high demand and will only work for outrageous salaries. But I was taken back at the price tag.

If you're in a pinch and need service right away and money is no object then I can highly recommend E.R. plumbing services. If you are not in a hurry call your regular plumber it will probably save you money. I had New countertops installed and had to have the sink and garbage disposal hooked up. I provided the faucet and disposal they reconnected the existing plumbing and added a drain cover no that will be $792.00 please. Kind of expensive but I needed it done and my regular plumber was booked until April.

They installed my HVAC units (2) about one year ago. I had some questions about the thermostats (2) and the AC units outside. He changed a setting on the thermostats from Cold or Hot to Auto. The termostats automatically switche between Cool and Heat to maintain a preset temperature. I asked about the noise the AC units make on start. They use a hard start kit. I was interested in a soft start kit like Micro-Air Easy Start. He contacted his manager and he is going to check with the manufacturer if it voids the warranty. If OK he will quote me a price for installation.

We just recently had a leak from the main waterline to the house. After talking with friends regarding which company to call, it became apparent that we should try E.R. Plumbing. Ricky Ferland showed up promptly, was easy to talk to, assessed what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. He then gave us an estimate of the cost which he stated could go up or down depending on the problem/s encountered if any. The explanations of what they were going to do was simple, understandable, and given confidently. They did a good job, finished on the time frame mentioned, and left the job site clean.He also adjusted the final cost lower as agreed upon if no unforeseen problem was encountered. Very pleased with quick response and fast service we received. TJ located and fixed a rusted pipe under our kitchen sink. He also gave us a price to come back to replace more of the rusted galvanized pipe that runs up the wall that has to be torn out. Also as a courtesy he adjusted the floats in 2 toilets that wouldn’t shut off after tank was filled. Repair was a little pricey, but what plumbing problem isn’t ? We live in a house that was previously owned by a long line of DIY-ers; so a lot of the issues we encounter are very unique / peculiar situations. ER Plumbing was our 3rd opinion on an ongoing plumbing issue and they were great. They suggested the least expensive solution first and then we worked our way up until we found the solution that got the job done, but they never suggested the more advanced (costly) treatments until we knew it was necessary.Leonard did a fantastic job, answering all my questions. During his last visit, they had started cleaning up, packing up, and showing me the outcome of their work. I had a few questions and was pleased but not thrilled - Leonard saw this and took the equipment back off the truck and continued to strive for a solution that I was thrilled about. (it was finally slowly draining but he worked until it wasn't just unclogged, it was working as expected)To fix our issue, one company suggested we jackhammer our living room floor to lay new pipes for ONLY $11,000. Leonard was able to fix the same issue because he was diligent and didn't jump to a solution that would only benefit his company. I'd rather pay $800 than $11,000 any day of the week.Thank you again ER Plumbing, and specifically, thank you Leonard.

Brennan was very thorough and friendly. Gave us a quote to repair the leaking spot or replace the main line, and discussed pros and cons of each. While working, he noticed a root ball in the sewer line that developed because of a missing cap and he fixed that without adding to the budget. He dug some big ol' holes in the yard, but that was part of the plan and was agreed beforehand then he offered to put down grass seed after. I would definitely hire him again, but hoping I don't have to for 25+ years.

Unfortunately, my husband and I learned we had a leak in our house late at night. We attempted to call another 24 hour plumbing service company and they were rude and dismissive regarding our issue. E.R. Plumbing Services were kind and able to fit us in the next day. Bryan came out and was able to locate were the leak was coming from pretty quickly. Due to it being related to HVAC work we had completed the day before, he suggested and even waited until we had approval it would be financially covered by the other company. He picked up the materials he needed to complete the job (since this was HVAC-related, I'm guessing they don't normally stock this stuff on their trucks/vans) and completed the job. Bryan kept us updated every leg of the process, he insured the space he was working in was protected and cleaned up everything well, too. We are very satisfied with the overall work.

Last year when I replaced my 17-yr-old gas water heater, E.R.Plumbing Took care of everything smoothly and quickly. When I called them yesterday after my pilot light would not stay lit the Office staff was very helpful and encouraging to provide the best service for my needs. They were very upfront about an issue that was brought to their attention about some brands of gas water heaters having this issue. They got me on the books right away and though my service warranty had just expired, they extended it for me so I could get this repair done without cost to me. Our water heater was not operating properly as it was leaking and there was a huge amount of water on the garage floor, again!!Knowing it had to be replaced, we contacted ER Plumbing whom we had done business with previously. One of their very senior technicians, Mike, came out, inspected our existing water heater and determined exactly what was needed to get the job done correctly. He obtained the new water heater, etc.and got right to work. Mike was great!! He quickly and efficiently removed the old tank and without having to make phone calls or run to store for this or that, installed our brand new water heater!! Our hot water heater went out on July 3rd so after reading some reviews for ER, we gave them a call. Very informative call and had a tech scheduled the next day on a holiday (July 4th). Josh was on time and very professional. He wasn't sure if they could get the installation done that day due to it being a holiday but said he would try. I came home Friday afternoon to discover that there was no hot water coming from the shower. After researching several companies, I called ER Plumbing Services. I spoke with Melissa, Customer Service rep, who was very pleasant and understanding to my situation. She scheduled me for an appointment the next day and informed me that another rep, Michelle, will be following up in the morning. Michelle called to confirm the appointment and told me that Josh Krueger, the technician, will be arriving soon and that I would be receiving an alert to show a photo of the technician to arrive. I received an email showing this information as she had mentioned. Josh Krueger arrived on time. Josh was professional, personable, and great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained the possible causes to the issues with the water heater. Josh was able to diagnose the problem and eventually repair the water heater. Everyone at E.R. Plumbing was professional, competent and friendly. That's the best qualities any business can have, in my opinion. Taylor was all of those things and went the extra mile to figure out the kitchen pipes' draining problem in my older home. He even made sure his manager came out to brainstorm with him for solutions. Update:I've adjusted my previous rating because the owner read my post and called me to apologize and is refunding the entire costs of what I paid as an act of good faith and integrity. He believes that the error is likely the result of the technician being new and unsure if he/they could make the repairs without removing the tub. He called this a failure on their part and was very apologetic as this is not reflective of the service they normally provide and refunded me everything I paid. I was not posting this for any compensation so I am very appreciative of their dedication to make this right and for that I believe they are a reputable company worthy of the 5 stars previously earned.Previous Post:I do not know how this company got 5 stars--I would not recommend them to anyone. We had water leaking through the ceiling after my husband took a shower so I called ER plumbing (because of their google review rating). I had to work in the office so I wasn't home when the plumber came (my 19 year old was). I spoke with the plumber over the phone and gave him permission to cut the ceiling open and to cut a hole in my closet (near the bathroom). The plumber identified the leak but said they would have to remove my garden tub in order to access and fix it. He said he would cap the lines to stop the leaking then send me a quote the next day on what it would cost yo remove the tub and repair the line. He said the work he did would be $235 so I expected to be billed $335 (235 + the dispatch fee) they charged me $498 so I had to call and speak to the service manager. They adjust my bill and sent me the estimate for the repair---the estimate showed a cost of $789 which seemed like an extremely good deal until I expanded the part that was hidden from the normal view and saw the fine print that said it would cost another $1000 to remove the tub AND they are not responsible for any tiles that get broken in the process. I don't know why the tub removal cost wasn't included in the quote since the plumber said it had to be removed in order to be fixed! I also noticed that the plumber wrote that there was a lot of water damage and a restoration company would be needed but that was not true. I've had water damage that required a restoration company before and this was not the same! I decided to call another company (Southend plumbing) and their plumber Larry came out FOR FREE but he couldn't determine what the issue was since The ER plumber capped the lines. Southend plumbing had to remove the capped line by replacing it with a shutoff valve in order to determine where the leak was. Turns out that I did NOT need to have the tub removed. Larry from Southend plumbing was able to repair the line the same day through the same hole ER plumbing cut, and it only costs $600. I wish I had gone with them from the beginning. ER plumbing is over priced and looking for potential insurance claims so they can inflate the issue and charge more money. Stay away from this company!!!!

They sent out a plumber knowing they couldn't address the problem and charged me $90 anyway for an assessment despite not being able to provide me an assessment. I’ve used ER multiple times and consistently pleased with their response time, professionalism and quality of work. Services performed today included unclogging a bathtub drain and investigating a variety of other minor (irritating but not urgent) issues such as shower/faucet drips, an aging garbage disposal issue, and a toilet handle repair issue. Garrett, the technician, also diagnosed a ceiling water leak which he confirmed was a non-plumbing issue. Garrett carefully listened to each of my concerns and was very thorough in explaining each individual issue and offering options for resolution. I appreciate his patience and his willingness to do the job right. I didn’t at any point feel that he was “cutting corners”, “rushing”, or trying to “upsell me” to move on to the next job.

I called to make an appointment to check a water cut off that was leaking on a dental unit in our office. The tech showed up, asked several questions that I helped with. He told me that he could see the leak. He then packed up and said he had to go get the part. He never returned and I received an emailed invoice for payment of a dispatch fee. His note said there was no leak in the cut off but was coming from the small box above it and it was a part he was not going to mess with! Why didn't he say that before he left to get a part but never to return? Not very professional! Not good customer service!

I called ER Plumbing on 9/22/22 at 8:30PM because my hot water would not work. They have 24-7 service for emergencies. They set me up an appointment first thing on 9/23/22.Bryan did a phenomenal job repairing my tankless water heater. He was professional and explained the work being completed. Had an issue with kitchen drain backing up into our bar sink. I thought the repair would involve changing pipe structure under the house and we talked about that possibility. After thorough inspection under the house, Taylor determined that if he cleaned out both drain pipes the situation should work fine and gave me a product to put down the drains periodically to keeps the pipes clear especially since this a 70’s house with cast iron pipes. Price was very reasonable so I had him fix 2 other things while he was here. Excellent work and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this company.

E.R. Plumbing and Nick were FANTASTIC! We had a serious plumbing emergency with water free flowing through our house for about 15 minutes because of a burst pipe. Josh is so good and professional in his ways. We called ER plumbing to come look at the water heater they installed a few months ago, as it suddenly stopped working. Taylor was our technician and he was great - very professional and helpful. Turns out, the pilot light went out and was an easy fix. He said it would take about an hour for it to come back to the full hot water temp and said that if we used any hot water before then that it would take longer for it to fully heat. I appreciate that tip as we’re all looking forward to taking a hot shower sooner than later!

10/21/2022Josh is a most competent, courteous, and pleasant person. He arrived on time for annual inspection and maintenance of Rinnai tankless water heater. He explained in plain language what he would do and how long it would take, went straight to work, did it, took before and after photos, debriefed my wife, and went on to his next appointment. A relatively new employee, he has absorbed and displays the competent customer-focus and work ethic of every ER technician we've encountered. Expensive! They charged us $444 to service our tankless water heater, which is a lot more than I expected based on the work that was done. I think it's important for others to know before they call. Other than that the guy was professional and courteous. It's going to be a while to know if the issue was resolved, but he did provide some good information regarding the issue and how to maintain the unit.

Jeff the Tech was great. There wasn't much he could do about my issue because the clean out drain was hidden somewhere that he was unable to find. Probably buried under ground. He tried to find the darn thing, but couldn't. The estimate for me to take care of it myself was well out of my price range. He was fair and honest and I appreciated this more than anything. He's a good guy. Would call him again for any other plumbing problems. Just wish the cost for the visit wasn't so high.

Nick H. was my technician. He didn’t try to sell what I didn’t need and advised me appropriately. Although I was thinking it was one thing, he discovered it was something smaller and repairable. Mr Garrett from ER plumbing came to house on a Sunday morning after finding my 20 year old hot water heater die. The whole process was smooth and efficient. This was after I quickly scanned Yelp and other online places with not good reviews for the area of Charlotte. Cost seemed high but it was emergent on a Sunday morning and temps outside freezing. Garrett was super efficient and very knowledgeable. Quickly placed new tank and replaced plumbing and the pressure valve. Looks a hundred times better and quality was greatly appreciated. Especially after I have had horrendous work done by box stores. Thank you ER plumbing and Mr. Garrett. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing and will recommend to fellow nurses I work alongside.

We had a pretty serious water leak in our front yard. Our grass was a swamp and we were having big puddles in our lawn, driveway and street. Leonard came out to do an estimate and gave us several options. He was also very honest about what obstacles may come up during the repair process depending on digging and sewer lines. Leonard and another colleague returned 2 days later and removed our old pipe, replaced with new equipment, re-seeded the area and cleaned up two hours faster than promised. Our final price didn't change from the original estimate. We can see the results in our yard 48 hours later and we are grateful to find plumbers we can trust!

Taylor came to my home on a Saturday due to us having no hot water. He was very professional and honest about the possibilites of fixing my 15 year old heater or installing a new one. We then also talked about installing a Tank Less water heater. He was able to answer all of my questions and made it easy for me to decide what was best for our water usage level. We decided that day and scheduled to have a new tank installed on Monday. Taylor came with Austin and they both were again very professional and pleasant to work with. The job was done with flawless effort. I need to add that our water heater is on the second floor of our house. So they had to carry the empty tank down stairs and did not drip any water, then carry the new unit upstairs. Great guys and I would recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work. Also, their dispatcher was a wonderful help in answering questions for my wife he is a very detailed person. We are very happy with their work.

Nick was absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and as a first time home buyer with little experience in how anything works in my home he made me feel comfortable in what was going on and how they were going to remedy the situation. After trying a bit of DIY sub flooring repair, I hit the water line supplying our washer. Leonard came out and went right to work. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. Tony and Brian from Restoration came out and advised on how I could quickly and easily make sure I seal everything up nicely - no major restoration needed! These guys were GREAT! Up front about cost, but didn’t tug at my wallet unless they thought it was necessary. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

They came promptly on same day (a Sunday) and inspected the issue. As we had to shut off the water, they tried to accommodate the job for the next day and were able to.Upon arriving, we discussed again the job details and given that there could be potential for the solution to not work, the technicians listened again and were able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak and cut a small section on the driveway and there was the leak. They replaced the piece of the pipe that was slit and solved the problem quickly.

My kitchen sink became clogged from food scraps I put down the garbage disposal. I was able to take apart the “u” shaped part of the plumbing and clear the clog. However, I was unable to get the pieces to go back together without leaking. Based on many positive reviews, I called E.R. Services and made an appointment to have it fixed. I received both a call and a text (with the technician’s photo) to let me know the tech, Nick, was in his way. Once he arrived I explained the issue, told him I was sure he would know how to fix it in 2 minutes, which was pretty accurate, and he got to work. He was nice enough to show me how to fix it properly if I find myself in this situation again. All in, it was a very positive experience and we even discussed me having them come back out to replace my water heater here in the near future.

Leonard did a great job with our plumbing! We needed a new hot water heater and it was easy to schedule a time that would work well. We liked their service so much, we decided to have a new kitchen faucet and kids bathroom shower kit installed as well. Prompt, courteous (Leonard is also super cool) and everything was very upfront. Allied to have a replacement natural gas cooktop replaced with a new one of same size. Turned out the new 30” cooktop required 1/4” more length. The technician said they don’t cut or grind granite. So I had to buy a diamond blade for my circular saw and cut the hole longer. Then the tech came back to hook up the gas and complete the installation.I contacted E.R. Plumbing because I didn’t want to do this installation. Had they told me this when I called them I would have called someone else or done the job myself.

Reggie was very professional, quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs without any upselling. Travis did an amazing job. They cam out to Indian Land, SC for me. Very professional and was quick and efficient. He even gave us some good tips to remember for the future! Price was definitely reasonable! I will definitely recommend them and try and use them in the future. I only wish i had found them sooner! . It was an emergency Saturday call, he was able to come a couple of hours after I called. He diagnosed the problem quickly-a pipe in the wall behind my water heater had burst. He had to remove the water heater to fix it. Luckily the water shot thru the wall instead of inside of it. All was taken care of efficiently. He did his job and was very nice about it, Thanks!

Many thanks to Brennan Berry of ER Plumbing Service! We arrived home Saturday afternoon following a 9 hour drive to find no hot water. Made a call to ER Plumbing and talked to an employee of the company. (Not an answering service). The technician was dispatched at the time promised. Brennan was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let us know he was going to inspect incoming power, both top and bottom thermostats and both heating elements. Problem was determined to be the bottom thermostat. Since the top thermostat was the same age as the bottom Brennan recommended changing both. He provided a quotation for my acceptance before performing the work. I appreciated the fact that the parts were available on his truck. The price was reasonable since the work was done after hours on a Saturday and since the water heater was located in a crawl space under the house. If possible I would give Brennan a rating of 12 out of 10!

Taylor arrived on time. Prior to his arrival, I received a courtesy call from the office and an email, which included Taylor’s current photo and brief bio. I called after the contractor my Home Warranty sent out left without doing anything more than collected a payment for a service call. Taylor was very diligent to try to not only diagnose but also troubleshoot the reason for our issue. He’s a teacher dropping knowledge that enables you to look up how to troubleshoot future issues on your own. Taylor never made me feel like he was upselling me or overpricing the product. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet. Joe Small is just amazing - honest, knowledgeable, great attitude, and went above and beyond to save us on Thanksgiving day even though it was his day off. We had a sewer main line clog the night before Thanksgiving and Joe showed up within an hour to assess the issue. Btw, my wife is 8 months pregnant - enough said. He gave me options and unfortunately I had to use my home warranty company so he left - but he gave his cell phone number and told me that he would be willing to come help on Thanksgiving day, even though he is off, if the home warranty company does not help. The crook sent by the home warranty company tried to rip me off big time and I frantically contacted Joe while he was with his family. He kept his promise and came fix our problem. He installed a clean out and unclogged the main line. Trustworthy guy, top quality work, and amazing price.

Upon returning to work after Covid-19, we quickly found out that we had a blockage in our water/sewer line. We had overflow into our basement and it was an absolute mess. Within HOURS of calling, 19-year veteran plumber Leonard shows up. He quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem which was way bigger than we anticipated. Excellent Service. I called with a big leak under the house, and ER Plumbing arrived within 20 minutes. They immediately checked the problem out, showed me the charges up front, and got me fixed. Joe also identified the root of the leak (too much pressure) and recommended a valve to prevent more blowouts.Joe and his partner ( I didn't catch his name unfortunately) were super professional, friendly, and upfront about their services. My hot water heater went out yesterday morning so I researched plumbing companies in my area and noticed that ER Plumbing had some good reviews. I called them at about 9 AM and the representative was very professional and helpful. She said she would get someone to visit to assess the situation by early afternoon.Garrett arrived just after noon and assessed my situation and announced he could fix the problem but would need help. Within 30 minutes, Leonard arrived with a new water heater and to help. Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very fast. They kept me advised along the way and had the new heater installed by 3 PM.I was very impressed with this company and their employees. Leonard and Garrett were both very professional and really knew what they were doing. Even though I thought the price was a bit high, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to others!

They did a great job determining the problem. This was their 2nd visit to repair a clogged drain. The clogged drain for the 1st service call turned out to be a major clogged. So we reschedule for another day so they could go through the roof to unclog. This was going to be an long extensive repair. But thank God the service tech took the time to snake it again. Yes it was unclogged.!? Thanks for taking the extra time to reevaluate the problem and saving us thousands of dollars.

Jeff did a great job at removing an old water heater and installing a new one. He noticed a minor drip at the end of installation and came back the next day to replace a pipe. We didn’t even notice the drip, so it was very kind of him to fix an unseen problem. We will use ER Services in the future.

I had a sewage smell in my house and called ER plumbing to find out where it came from. They sent Jeff Malone and he said it was a challenge but assured me he would be able to find the source and fix it. He came back and did smoke tests and determined it was coming from under the slab. He came back and found the source and repaired it. His work entailed many smoke tests, digging up the slab and repairing the pipes. He was very methodical in determining where the smell was coming from, testing many times and narrowing it down. It was not an easy job finding the source of the smell. He and his partner, Steve worked so hard the 2 times they came out and were so pleasant and reassuring and put me at ease about the work. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. I am happy that I called ER Plumbing and that Jeff and Steve did the work on my house. Thank You.

He is a really good explainer and helped me see how the materials and design of the plumbing have created the relatively slow drainage in that sink for years. From the call to their reception person at 10 o'clock at night to when Travis left the next morning I was very happy with the way this company handled everything. They scheduled a person to be at the house between 8 and 8:30 am and they showed up on time. Travis had even anticipated what would be needed to replace a blown out old water heater so he had everything he needed when he arrived. The price was a bit of a shocker but if the new unit is as good as the one it replaced I can live with it. Definitely will use E.R. Services in the future when needed.

Had to make the dreaded Sunday emergency call and feel so fortunate that ER sent Mike to us. He was great and explained the needed repairs thoroughly. We were extremely pleased with ER plumbing. As with most who need a plumber, ours was an unexpected loss of both hot water heaters at the same time. I called katelyn at 8:30 am and by 9:30pm the same day we had two new hot water heaters installed. Katelyn answered all of my questions and eased my mind explaining how they would work and get this done for us. Nick and Will were excellent. Nick arrived at our home and assessed what needed to be done, not only in regards to the new heaters but also paying close attention to how to remove the old heaters. Will arrived with the new heaters and the two of them went to work. They were so knowledgeable and courteous. Never a complaint that they were spending their Friday night with us. Referred by Duke Energy for water heater and main house water valve replacement. Appt was easy, Josh (technician} arrived on time and provided excellent, professional assessment and suggestions to fix my problems. He was very thorough and helpful. Provided detailed estimate for all work and explained it well. Their pricing was much higher than some other quotes I got {for comparable work) but in line with another large local plumbing contractor. I will probably use another contractor for this project, but would definitely consider ER Services if the need arises in the future.

We hired E.R. Services to replace an old water heater. I compared their estimate to a general Lowe's estimate, and the work was a good deal cheaper with E.R., which was my preference anyway as I'd prefer to work directly with the plumbing company. Josh is a true professional and an excellent plumber. Our sewage ejector pump and board basically shut down on Friday night. After running out of patience, we called ER Plumbing Sunday morning. If you have a pump issue or any complex plumbing issue, Josh is your man. He walked me through all of his diagnostics, from running the camera to troubleshooting and finally replacing the ejector pump. He never tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, he encouraged me to not replace the pump once we got the line unclogged and got it working again. It was only after we determined the float was bad that we decided to replace it. The new Liberty pump has a grinder in it, which I wanted. I felt like it was the best alternative to trying to rig the existing pump, and to potentially deal with continued problems over the coming months or possibly years. As we were replacing the pump, Travis with ER was in the area and stopped by to help. I couldn't have been more impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of these two. We were back in business with a new pump and clean lines by early afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend ER Plumbing. They operate with precision, speed and excellent customer service.

We had a leaking main water line in our front yard. Travis came out to give us an estimate, and took the time to poke around the yard, explain the issue, and what exactly they would do to fix it. The price was comparable to the other plumbers we called, but we liked how detailed and friendly Travis was. Ricky Ferland came to our house to check out a water leak near our front curb next to our driveway. Water was flowing out of the city's meter box and had been for a couple of days. We called Charlotte Water, and they would not come out unless we had property damage caused by the leak. Upon investigating, Ricky found that the meter was spraying water at both sides due to damage in the meter/yoke. He turned off the water to prevent further leakage, and advised us to call Charlotte Water tomorrow to have them come out to make needed repairs. Ricky explained everything very thoroughly and we were pleased with his work.

We had a leak in our house, I had tried to find it myself but I had to call ER Plumbing Services. This was our first time using them, Richard arrived on time and was a true professional. The spot the leak was in was in a very strange place. His recommendation was to get a restoration company to come out and find the leak to save from punching unnecessary holes in the ceiling and wall. He said he would come back the same day and fix the leak once it was found. True to his word Richard came back after I called and showed up quickly. He fixed the damaged water line and made his fix so that stress was relieved from the pipe. He showed me everything he had done. There was no mess, he did excellent work, and he was a really great guy to talk to, a real down to earth fella. I asked him some questions about tankless water heaters and he explained everything to me very well.If I have any other plumbing needs I will be sure to call them again. I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as after lunch with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all.Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the why behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner.In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour.A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future.

I highly recommend ER plumbing service. I woke up early one morning to the sound of water spraying, seemingly through a wall. ( I immediately shutoff the main water ) I contacted ER plumbing and they immediately dispatched a service tech, Jeff Malone. While performing a construction job at a homeowners drowsy the main water supply pipe was damaged. It was 6:30p. After putting in a call shortly after I totally expected a several hour wait to get someone out. But within an hour Will pulled up. He was very friendly, almost strangely happy to be digging out a ditch to repair this broken pipe on a chilly evening under his headlights. He assessed the problem and went right to work. I understand the repair was in a vulnerable spot and the repair wasn’t cheap but the homeowner was there and was greatly satisfied with the repair and as the business man who caused the issue, I was pleased as well. Will did not rush but worked with diligence and caution all the while making small talk to keep us engaged. I would highly recommend ER plumbing and no doubt, Will as well.

Jeff was amazing. Came fast, explained everything upfront. Needed a new water heater. System was 16 years old was time anyway. Found ER through Chamber of Commerce website so knew I wouldn't have any issues. Told me price, went to get parts came back within an hour as he said he would. Nick did a great job. He was covering for the original scheduled plumber who was out sick. Nick was unaware he needed to bring a new sprayer to fixed a leak in the laundry room. He immediately called the warehouse to bring the part. They did not have it but went out and found it. The part was delivered just as Nick was finishing up installing a new bathroom faucet. Nick quickly installed.the sprayer. He did not waste any time while here and cleaned everything up before leaving. Nick's efforts made me a very satisfied customer.

This is an incredibly great company. I say that because I had what seemed like a very simple job to unstick and reattach a drain plug and every other company I contacted either couldnt do it or failed to show up when scheduled. ER SERVICES was able to set my appt within 2 days (pretty great for a non-urgent problem), call to confirm I was available within the original appt window (2 hrs), show up and fix the problem within one hour. They were professional, helpful and even took a quick look at another project we are considering and give a first impression of it.

ER Plumbing is an incredible plumbing/gas company. The first time I used them a few years ago, our sewage line backed up in the middle of a freezing cold night in December. I messaged them on Sunday night, and they were out there first thing Monday morning (at like 7AM) and the problem was fixed immediately.I came back to them for the most recent work I needed done based on that experience. This work involved replacing a hot water heater, moving my water shutoff main, capping a some gas lines, and a few other minor items. My technician was Mike Esteves, and he was beyond fantastic. I can't say enough about Mike's professional, honest, straightforward manner and extremely high-quality work.I had initially contacted ER for some help with my gas lines, but Mike checked everything as part of the initial review of my home and noticed that my hot water heater was about to die a very catastrophic death. He probably saved me a few grand in repair bills.The entire experience with ER Plumbing was once again phenomenal top to bottom at all parts of the process. Thanks for great service!!

My review is based largely on the level of E.R. Plumbing's customer service.My water heater was leaking badly from the top of the tank and I was able to figure out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and my water supply was punctured. I could've done the repair myself using a $40 replacement tank from a big box store, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to overlook anything.A technician was able to come out that afternoon. I explained my issue and that I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did end up purchasing one myself) and also inspect the system in case there were other problems. I was told that there was a minimum fee of $110, even though it was probably going to take only 20 minutes. I cared more about the peace of mind though, and I was thankful they were willing to use the tank I bought — after tax and the service call fee, I'd end up paying over $200 for labor.By the end of the visit, I felt like the service didn't measure up to the price. I wrote a review about it here and the owner (Dave Parker) replied right away. I went for the afternoon but by the time I got back, I had a couple of emails and missed calls too. I emailed back and forth with Dave throughout the next day and he went way above my expectations to make things right again.I chose to remove my original review because I believe my experience was uncharacteristic of the service that the company wants to provide. They might not always hit the mark on the first try, but they're willing to hear genuine feedback and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you can rely on them again.

ER Plumbing Services came through when needed for my main sewer line back up. My service tech, actually service pro, was Robin. He was very knowledgeable in his work and very professional. Late day/evening on a Saturday I thought that I would not have much luck getting someone out to address my issue. I was wrong. When I called ER I scheduled a tech to come out they said no problem, we'll be there. They called ahead to let me know he was close. Robin showed up with a fully stocked van and had no problems clearing my drain line. Hope I don't need the service again but if I do ER Plumbing Service will be my 1st and only call.

I called in the morning after noticing a slight leak at the pressure reducing valve in my garage. Ricky arrived promptly after I requested service. He quickly replaced the valve. After he had finished that service I was discussing replacing our current water heater with a tankless unit. While looking at the existing unit we noticed a leak at a shutoff valve. Ricky gave me my options of dealing with the issue. My plumbing was all backed up so I couldn’t even run the water or use a toilet. They came out last night to assess the problem but since he needed two people to do what he needed to do which was go up on the roof and snake the drains they came back first thing this morning. They had my drains cleared and all of my plumbing back in working condition within two hours. Very professional and nice to deal with.I also appreciated the fact that they do a Covid screening of customers and that the plumbers all wear masks.I highly recommend this company

I had a terrific experience with ER Plumbing. After getting stood up by another local Charlotte plumber - I called ER at 10:30pm last night - requesting a next day appointment. I was called promptly at 8:30am this morning. We scheduled an appointment for 11-1pm. I got a call back minutes later - asking to if we could do it earlier? Sweet. Jeff was amazing!!! During his first visit a few weeks ago I shared all what had been happening with my toilet. He recommended we do a smoke test to check and see if there was a sewer gas leak. He was patient and kind and answered all of my crazy questions. He did a smoke test today and unfortunately it was not good news. Utilized ER Services for the first time. Leonard arrived as I was advised he would, advised me of the associated cost for the work, quickly assessed the situation and took care of a clogged drain. My only issue was with the final charges for the total project. I am 99% sure he quoted $129 to snake a drain, however I was charged $229.00 after it was done. It would not have changed my actions to utilize ER Services, and I did not address it with Leonard. He took care of business and in a short period of time.

We had an issue with our toilet not filling up properly so I called ER Plumbing. They sent Joe out, who was able to provide a solution in about 5 minutes. He said that this was likely the issue but if we continued having further issues with the toilet not filling up properly that we likely would need to buy a new toilet due to the bowl being cracked. I appreciated that he tried the least expensive / time consuming option first. Within a few hours I could tell that the solution was not working and needed to have Joe come out and replace our toilet. I called customer service who scheduled me for mid the following week (they had to order the toilet and it was Friday when I made the phone call). Joe came out the following week and had the toilet replaced within an hour and a half. I appreciated how fast, courteous, and professional the entire ER Plumbing company was!!

I've used E.R. Plumbing Services twice in the past year. First time they replaced my pressure reducing valve that was made of cheap plastic with a quality metal one. The plumber took his time and made sure it was set to the proper pressure that was satisfactory to everyone (especially my wife who kept complaining about the shower pressure on the far side of the house).The second time I had a small gas leak coming from my water heater valve in the garage. The previous owners apparently fixed it when our inspector found the leak after 3 attempts, but the plumber they hired cracked the valve by overtightening it on the last go. This time E.R. sent out another professional who took his time and replaced the valve. The plumber showed me where my gas shutoff was hidden (buried) and how to operate it. He even reinforced the line that was too loose for no charge.The company does seem to have prices that are on the high side, but their quality and customer service are first rate. I imagine they are great in an emergency as well. Highly recommend!

Good service but I ding them two stars for cost. There’s a $79 “dispatch” fee on top of providing the service. It covers the cost of them driving out if you choose not to have them do the job. A lot of service firms waive that fee if you choose to have them do the work. He unclogged two toilets and was here less than 30 minutes and it cost me $330. In contrast I had a microwave and dryer repaired last week, which included parts and two trips (because parts had to be ordered) for about $280. That was a much better value.

The were quick and courteous on all communications and gave me a quote via e-mail when I sent a picture of my existing water heater. I am not a person to leave reviews but couldn't not write one regarding my recent experience with ER Plumbing. I discovered my garage full of water at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night. I googled emergency plumbing and called ER Plumbing. Allison answered on the first call and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Garrett Showed up at 9:30 pm, diagnosed my need for a new water heater, cut off the water, and said he would work me in as soon as possible to get a new water heater. He and Alex were scheduled to come on Tuesday between 11-1. Allison called me 11:06 am and told me that Garrett and Alex were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes, which they were. Within two hours, they had my old water heater out, the new one installed, new parts, and testing complete. Every individual I have worked with (Allison, Garrett, and Alex) were genuinely nice, courteous, and prompt. I hope to not have any more plumbing emergencies, but if i do, I will not hesitate to call these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ricky did everything we asked and more. We'd repaired a leaking dishwasher ourselves, but the water shutoff valves wouldn't work. E.R. Services already has replaced a couple other shutoff valves for us, so we'd asked if Ricky could replace the three under our sink. I happened to mention that our main shutoff valve hasn't been working for several years. Ricky offered to do that, and it required crawling under our house, in the crawlspace, several times. Might I add that it was pretty cold. He did it all, quickly, and we were up and running. The dishwasher is working, and Ricky provided some tips on watching that in the future too. And if all that isn't enough, he disposed of a copperhead he discovered in the main water meter box. That truly was above and beyond the call!

We had a sewer sump pump that quick working. I called ER Plumbing based on reviews on Angie's LIst. They said they would send someone out the next morning. The service technician (Jason H.) arrived on time (actually early) as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went and obtained parts, and fixed it that day. He also suggested installing a cover over the pump, which I agreed to since he had to dig through the mud to fix the existing pump. Jason came back when the cover came in and installed it. Throughout the process, Jason was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since it was such a messy job! Everything looks great now and if there is a next time, the repair will be easier.

My 11 year old State water heater was on its last legs, so I contacted E.R. Plumbing Services, as they service & install that brand. The quoted price was comparable to others that I had received and the multitude of 5 star reviews persuaded me to hire them.Reggie installed my new water heater and expansion tank, replacing all of the water and gas connections from the wall in the process. He went out of his way to do a great job and I am pleased with the results.My only complaint is that E.R. didn't have a State model in stock and installed a Rheem model instead, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

As usual, their technician was on time, courteous, and professional. We were notified in advance with a reminder call the day before, and a text the day of. The weather here in NC is unusually cold this winter. The piping is not as insulated as up North. With that said our outside faucet froze and water was flooding from the siding. We shut of the water to the house and started making numerous calls to local plumbers . Non were available to come the same day or did not answer. Finally called ER Plumbing services. We called at approx. 2pm and they were here in an hour just like they said they would be. Joe ( our tech) was knowledgeable, courteous and just a really nice guy. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. We were so grateful with the prompt service and great price for the emergency call. Would not hesitate to use or recommend them.

I submitted a request for quotes (via Yelp) to multiple services in the area. E R Plumbing was the first to reply and were completely in line with the other, eventual quotes I received (or lower in some cases). The owner of the company, David, remained in contact with me via Yelp message until I could speak to someone in the office. It was after hours so I was unsure what our options were but they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, and our water back on. Unfortunately, as the evening wouldn't work for us, we asked what they could do the next day. At first the earliest available time was 1-3 but Deborah worked with the schedule and made an appointment for 8:00-8:30am because she knew we were without water.Reggie arrived right on time and got to work quickly. We had our water back on in 30-minutes and all was once again right with the world. He was pleasant and personable and went over everything to make sure we were satisfied.This situation has been incredibly stressful but the service we received from E R Plumbing made things so much better. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs we may have!

Joe came on time and gave me estimates and an explanation for the three jobs I requested (toilet flange and wax ring replacement due to a wobbly toilet, replacement main water line pressure relief valve to correct a leak, and replacement outdoor faucet valves to correct failed back pressure valves). Joe completed the work to my 100% satisfaction and cleaned up after himself. I’m very happy with the quality of the work. ER is not the cheapest plumber in Charlotte, but it is my hope the work completed today will stand the test of time.

I called in this morning and Joe was there by 2pm. He quickly checked my drain pipe access and had the roots snaked out within an hour. He was very courteous and explained that what he was able to do was a temporary fix as I had roots in the pipes. Our main water supply line cracked after the meter and all plumbers gave at least three days wait before they could show up. I’m editing my review from what I previously wrote. E.R was having a bad day on Tuesday do to weather and other problems. They sent a tech out on Tuesday that wasn’t able to help, but this tech did everything he could to insure me that they would have someone out today to help with my plumbing issue. Not only did a tech that could figure out what was going on come out but the owner came as well. He was the nicest man I have had the privilege of speaking with. I have used E.R. for one emergency broken pipe issue and once for an inconvenient hot water issue. Both times they sent very professional and friendly plumbers and they showed up when they said they would be there. The emergency pipe issue took several days and trips, but they worked through it with me and made it easy to file the insurance claim and provide all the necessary documentation. The most resent visit was for my water heater that broke on Christmas. I called on Christmas and spoke to a knowledgeable person on call and did some troubleshooting. I called back the next day and they had someone to my house by 2pm. Fixed my water heater and charged me a fair price for the time and material. Definitely would recommend them for regular work and always my number one call for any emergency plumbing issues.

The technician, Jeff M, arrived on the early side of the window they gave me and I even received a phone call to let me know he was stuck in traffic but on the way. He was polite, knowledgeable, and able to complete the work in a short time. Through the experience I found that this issue is somewhat common in the building where I live so E.R. Plumbing now keeps the special order parts needed for this repair in stock just in case. I was extremely pleased with the work and service and would recommend Jeff M and E.R. Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Joe S. came out to our house to help with an emergency call due to stoppage that caused our downstairs kitchen to be flooded.He was able to diagnose the issue right away and talked to me the entire time explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.He showed me total cost for everything before getting started and did an outstanding job. Terry Straite did an outstanding job!!! His knowledge and expertise save me money which only cost me half the cost as the original/previous plumber I had for a year. We had a sewer smell and couldn't find the source. ER Services showed up on time and our tech found an drain line that was not vented correctly. He fixed it, also repaired the water valve for a toilet and provided us with some very good maintenance suggestions. 2nd time we've used this company and will certainly call them again. I had an old hot water heater that sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Garrett quoted me a reasonable price for the water heater. Another plumber fixed the leak in the meantime but didn't think a standard water heater would fit my attic space.Garrett and another plumber were able to remove the old water heater and replace it with a standard one without issue. Garrett was professional and answered any questions I had.

ER Plumbing were called to help troubleshoot a Rinnai Tankless WH problem that had been ongoing for sometime and with several plumbers. Mike went to great lengths to listen and understand my problem and concerns. He identified a number of possible issues to correct and was comfortable that our problems would be eliminated. Also was quick to offer that if this was not the final solution, that he would come back and work further to find the solution and correct it. Mike and his assistant were professional, helpful and made every attempt to make sure that we understood what they did and how that might help resolve be the original problems we were having.Update 1/13: ER Plumbing is still working diligently with Rinnai to solve the problem we’re keep having. Josh K. Has filled in for Mike and also done a great job. I think that with multiple Rinnai parts replaced under warranty, we may be close to the final solution. I do recommend ER Plumbing Services, if you want a professional operation with great team members.

Was lucky enough to call ER Plumbing after having the company my home warranty service dispatched basically do nothing, communicate nothing, and charge me $500. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, talked through options, the likely issues, and options with me. He also stayed with me multiple hours (on his own time) to make sure the previous plumber would return to reset a toilet so I wouldn't have sewage spilling into my house. Scheduling was easy, I was sent a picture with my technician Terry ahead of time. Terry arrived on time and was professional and certainly knowledgable about the needs of my home's network of natural gas lines. We received a quote the next day, which unfortunately was the most expensive out of 2 other quotes (well 3 others were scheduled, but 1 company no showed!). Price and quotes can be complicated so I don't hold the difference in rate against the company and it doesn't diminish the professionalism of my experience. It's worth noting that, ER was also the only company of the 3 to charge a fee for a quote. It's their business, they can charge what they wish, just noting this for review readers.

I would highly recommend E.R. plumbing for your next plumbing need. We had Mike and a coworker install a water filtration system into our home. We had issues with the public-water system it had e-coli in it. We called E.R. Plumbing to see what we could do, they share to get a full house water filtration system with a UV light system we stop these and many other forms of bacteria in the water. They did a great job installing and cleaning up after the job. I feel better knowing the water for my family will be safe drinking water, now and years to come. Don't need to buy bottled water now. Kitchen drain was clogged. I received service the same day I called. Robin H was very professional and friendly. He cleared the pipes and after additional research he discovered the problem was a defective Studder valve. The whole service call was quite expensive ($320). I was satisfied with the service and the technician. You just have to pay for their skills & knowledge

The 1st plumbing company I called sent two technicians out who actually said they don't locate leaks, they only fix them. I called E. R. Plumbing Services in Mint Hill. The technician they sent replaced the leaking pressure reducing valve next to the water meter in our front yard, and that has greatly reduced our sky high water bills.

And the fee would not go towards the overall cost of the water heater installation. The company did refer me to coupons on their website for water heater installation, but I'm not going to pay you money just to give me a quote on services that I may not hire you to complete.
