Nate was amazing and worth every penny! I reached out to him as a first time home owner who honestly had neglected some plumbing issues and needed a lot done. He was so kind in discussing what I would need and helping me prepare to make sure everything would go smoothly. He arrived on time, stayed until everything was done, and definitely made my life so much easier. Already working on getting him back to help with a new hot water heater install. Would request his services time and time again!

Jeremy and Jenny are a dynamic due. We first hired them to do some electrical work. It requires making holes in the dry way which they repaired and sanded down beautifully. Our next job was a tile job for a kitchen backsplash. Again, a beautiful job. Next we will have them redo our kitchen cupboards. We love these folks.

Wonderful experience with Radico. Our kitchen pipe was clogged and after trying my own snake and baking soda and vinegar, I had a friend refer us to them. My wife was the one who called and they were prompt and sent out their technician, Danah. He was professional, polite, and got the job done! He cleaned up after himself and the drain was cleared!

Highly recommend them for your tough residential plumbing jobs that you can't handle on your own and will call them again if we ever need additional work.

Horrible service. They came out, but didn't clear the drains properly. They came back out and then charge the full price AGAIN plus additional service fee! Just to finish the little bit of work they didn't do the first time. Then I speak to their office, they sais that's mistake, so I pay them, and now months later I receive aetter demanding additional payment.

I reached out to multiple plumbers for a sewer line issue in my yard. Bill came exactly when he said he would and was thorough, professional, personal, and friendly. The quote he provided was comparable to the other quotes I received, but I chose Queen City Plumbing because they seemed more trustworthy. The work was scheduled and completed within a week by Paul and Donald. They were patient with my questions, took pictures to show what was done, and took care to cover the disturbed areas of my lawn once the work was completed. Bill even came back out when I had remaining questions to inspect the work and show an area that the city needs to fix. I recommend QCP!

Very hesitant about calling a national chain plumbing company. My fears were relieved because they got a plumber to me within 30 minutes! What a lifesaver when your outdoor hose bib connection fails inside the wall. Eric was great! Offered several options for repair and was very friendly. Finished the job quickly and honored an online promotion, no fuss. It was probably a little more expensive than the local neighborhood plumber, but less damage to my home due to the quick response. Worth every penny.

Josh seems to be really proud of his skills and he knows what he’s doing. He was doing the proper precautions for COVID-19 by wearing a mask and social distancing which was a plus. His job was very well done!

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
