Morris-Jenkins came out to do my semi annual service. The tech arrived on time. Introduced himself Cole was very thorough. He completely cleaned the unit, and upon inspection found that the fan motor was going bad. He showed me the grease from the bearings.Cole sourced a motor locally . Drove and picked it up and repaired it. Most other HVAC companies it would have been the next day or longer. Hats off to Morris-Jenkins. And ☆☆☆☆☆ to Cole very professional, knowledgeable and a all around nice guy !!Many Thx.

We had a major leak which required a backhoe to excavate more than 7 feet down. These guys came, dug, fixed and cleaned up. Worked under lights after sunset to make sure we could have water that night. Good work, a good value and nice people all around. Recommend without reservation and would call again in a heart beat. Thank you!

Also had a whole house filtration system installed, super pleased with Michael and his work, highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT service we received from Roby on our HVAC system. This was easily the most positive experience I think we could’ve had under the circumstances. It may seem easy and convenient to call one of the big, mainstream, open until midnight HVAC companies, but don't! They are at the high end of the cost spectrum and trained to scare you into thinking you need to do more work on your systems than you actually do. Instead, do yourself a favor and call Roby - you won’t regret it!

Overall, Jeremy and Anthony from Roby did a great job explaining what was going on with our system, what actually needed to be repaired (and what didn’t) and all of the factors impacting the cost of the repair. After calling one of the mainstream repair shops and being quoted what seemed an excessive amount for the repair we needed (fan motor replacement) and pushed to replace a very expensive part that wasn’t even broken, we passed on the repair and called Roby upon recommendation from a close friend. They treated us with respect, provided lots of information and education, and performed the repair for $235 less (more than 25% less) than what we were quoted by the bigger, well known shop. They even went above and beyond by calling the AC manufacturer to see if the part we needed was under parts warranty - something separate from a home warranty that we had never heard of and was never mentioned as an option by the first repair shop! While this part was not under warranty, Roby found out that other, more expensive parts on our unit ARE still under warranty, which we would’ve never known had we not called Roby! They did this despite knowing a part warranty would’ve decreased their take home pay on the repair!

Ultimately, I would recommend Roby Services to any friend or family member in need of HVAC or plumbing services. They are standup, trustworthy folks who approach your repairs the same they would their own family members - you won’t be viewed only as a paycheck!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Worked here for awhile(almost a year). Office staff was friendly and the work that we done was quality. This is a family ran business that can handle the big job. Hope to see nothing but growth in the future for these guys

This company came recommended to me I discovered a leaking toilet on a Friday evening. When reached they were willing to come that night but I had the water off and waited til the next morning. Austin came he was so professional, pleasant , made an excellent repair quickly and clean his whole area. Really helpful and flexible. Hooked up my sink, new faucet, and dealt with a disposal issue caused by the folks I had replace my counter-tops. Did it all while I was out of town having left a key for them. Very polite and professional as could be.

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.

I have used Hobbs Plumbing for years. They have installed fixtures, helped with a leak and took care of a clogged drain at my personal home. They have also helped out with a clogged drain at a rental property along with a leak at another rental property. The prices always seem to be in line and the response time has always been great. I recommend Hobbs without question.

John installed a tankless water heater a year ago for us. We spent over 6,000 on the unit and unfortunately started experiencing problems with the WiFi module about four months ago. We asked John repeatedly for assistance. He promised to come out and correct the problem, but never did. He eventually instructed us to contact the manufacturer for assistance. We did and learned the installation was not completed per the manufactures specs. Rinnai sent us a new module and we had to hire another company to install it because this company wouldn’t commit to returning to make the needed repair. We found John not to be dependable. We cannot recommend their services.

Adam came to our home on a Saturday and helped us tremendously. He, along with his supervisor Chad, helped us not only understand the issue, but how to fix it. Pricing was fair and Adam was awesome, proficient and courteous! We would definitely recommend.
