So happy that we chose Desert King Windows to replace our windows. Working them was a pleasure from beginning to the end. Our sale associate Koby was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If there was a question that he couldn't answer he would find out and get back to us immediately. There was no pressure EVER to buy windows from the company. When calling to talking to personnel at Desert King Windows everyone was very friendly and happy to answer questions. Kenny our installer was awesome! We had 6 windows replaced. He arrived at 8 a.m. and we're done around 2. Did a great job and left the area cleaner than it was before they came. Not a speck of dust was left. Highly recommend DKW!!!

OMG, I just received a quote from this company and we signed up on the spot. I've had the hard sell from Anderson Renewal and a quote from a big box store. Energy Shield ticked all the boxes. Professional on the phone setting the appointment, arrived on schedule, very personable representative, established local company and local manufacturer. The only downside is they are 14 weeks out but I can live with that.

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

Would highly recommend these two polite young men. They were right on time did a great job.

My window got broken in the middle of the night on Friday. I emailed several companies that claimed to be open 24 hours but Sunny State was the first to reply and set up an appointment. The rest replied on Monday. Thanks for the quick response....

K&J did a fabulous job updating our windows. The windows themselves were the Amsco middle range product, that we chose based on budget and quality - they are great. Clean lines, work well, beautiful design. I was concerned it would make the house darker because they have built in heat and light reflecting, but it made no change in the amount of light coming in, and actually made it brighter because we do not have to use sunscreens anymore. The installers were extremely professional, had over 10 years of experience in the industry, were on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fabulous job. We are thrilled with the change in our home after the windows were installed. It's like a new house! From initially working with the salesman (Tony), to the follow up questions and changes we made, to the installation, and follow up afterward, it was an incredibly smooth experience. And they quickly responded to my questions and changes I wanted to make from our initial bid. I would HIGHLY recommend K&J, I found them using on online search because I wanted to use a local small business, and am so glad I found them!

Greg is a top notch pro. He not only knows windows but housing construction. This was evident when he offered a creative solution to the installation of a large over the sink kitchen window. We replaced 11 windows and had a new patio door installed. Greg worked hand in hand with our general contractor on the door install which was a great help.
The install crew worked efficiently and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They showed up on time and were friendly.

I needed a broken window replaced right away and Superior Replacement Windows was able to quote me a wonderful price and replace it the same day.

I am so glad I found this local business to assist with my window installation! After not quite 10 years in my current home I found that about half my windows had become weather beaten from direct sun exposure, with seals failing between the pains, drafts and excessive heat in some of the rooms. Working with Krasiva was a terrific experience from start to finish. The team quickly responded to my request for a quote and they were able to schedule an in-home consultation with Steve on my schedule, at my convenience. I was surprised he would come so late in the evening. I enjoyed the professional presentation and the ability to compare and contrast various samples of windows. All my questions were answered and the estimate was more than reasonable for the amount of work requested. Even the installation crew started and finished on time and cleaned up the work area very well. They even hauled away an unwanted piece of furniture saving me time and trouble. After the installation the rooms immediately felt 10 degrees cooler! Hopefully I can save a few bucks for electricity as efficient as these windows appear. I was also very impressed by the responsiveness of Derrick, who I found out later was the general manager. Derrick kept me up to date on projected delivery schedule and was prompt to return my emails or phone calls. I appreciated how they could work with my house paining and maintenance schedule. Now, several weeks later and coat of paint, the windows look great! Should we keep this home, we are definitely calling on Krasiva to replace the other windows too.

I was very pleased with the service provided. They didn't try to add extra charges. The quote they gave me is what i paid. Very friendly,honest,and did a good job. Will be using them for future window repairs.

Jason and his team did incredible work on our home! We had our flimsy frames and windows replaced and we could not be happier. They were professional, helpful, affordable, and QUICK! Our AC doesn't need to kick on nearly as often and the noise pollution from outside has decreased significantly. I am glad to say we have found our window guy for as long as we are in Phoenix!

I had 8 windows replaced an Arcadia door and a security door for the front. I thought Tom was very straight forward and decided to go with him. I got several estimates and they where all over the place. I found that his windows were the best quality for the price. The install crew was very professional. I was worried because my housekeeper just came 2 days prior. After the installers left i couldn’t tell they where even there. All around solid experience. Thanks guys!
