Really great professional people. EVERYONE associated with the project was terrific to deal with. Pacific's people did exactly what they said they would do! They told us the date and time of the installation, and they were there on time and ready to go! Took NO time for lunch or breaks! They worked for two days to get the job done...exactly what they said they would do! When they were finished, they cleaned up...it looked like they hadn't even been there...left the bathroom in better shape than when they started! Michelle Beltran kept us informed all along the way with updates on product deliveries, scheduling, etc. You get what you pay for and Pacific Bath and Kohler were well worth the money. The three-year guarantee was a big selling point as well! I can't say enough good things about Pacific Bath and the Kohler line of products!

They were very professional and prompt! Bryant Morrison was a class act as a salesman. Did not come across like a shark like other salesman do but i felt comfortable in what he was selling!Scott Whitmore was very responsive as a project manager. He was very easy going and pleasantly met our needs for this install as far as timing and questions. Nathan and Dylan were on time to install the shower and did a great job with clean up as well..It seemed like they werent even there my bathroom was so clean after!Just very good experience from start to finish!

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Replaced existing bathtub/shower with stand-up shower. Plumbing fixture installations as well. Best investment ever for me! They were very professional and had it done in no time! It was a bit pricey and had me second guessing but looking back now it was well worth it! Old shower was dangerous for my elderly mother and you cant put a price one safety! The workers were very pleasant to be around and most of all we all love the shower!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Will was my superintendent and he was very kind, professional and accommodating to my needs during the remodel. The remodel took longer than expected but I was expecting it would because of the pandemic. I appreciate the workers too ! They were all very kind and trustworthy!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. I'm not one that generally writes a review, but this company earned it! Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again.
