Good overall experience. Koby my salesman did a great job explaining the process. The windows are great quality and came in early. Install was good even thou someone left their boot print on the screen of the window which is kinda annoying when I paid almost 10 grand for everything. I purchased a set of French doors and four windows pricing was fair.

I wanted quality windows and quality workmanship, I was willing to search for the best company. I did get 5 different quotes from 5 different company .Energy Shield was the 4th one. I knew immediately that their products and services hd to be far superior to everybody else. I got the best products, best service and the best price. I am 100% satisfied and I recommend them highly, every person I spoke with is a professional.

The crew was professional and efficient. The installation was flawless.

Ian & Matt were great They were professional and did high quality work. They were on scaffolding during wind and rain to get the job done as planned! They followed up with finish work and cleaned everything up. They even helped replace batteries in out blinds that operate on a remote. And the windows are awesome too! They are brighter, cooler and so easy to operate.

The owner is honest and fair. Would highly recommend anyone to use this business. My window had to be special ordered and he put in a spare piece as we waited. Over and above what was expected. Can't recommend enough!

My experience with Vision was top notch from start to finish. They really know how to take care of their customers. After comparing many other companies I went with Vision because they offered the best value. Product and installation were excellent and everyone was very professional. We had several window companies give us a quote, ranging from salesperson telling me about how bad their competition is to being quoted a product that was not a fit for our home, and then finally K & J talking about their company, what they do for their clients, not telling me about what their competition does wrong, and then offering a product (Simonton DayLight Max) that matched our project expectations. To help us with the final decision, we visited their showroom which was helpful in our decision process. After accepting the bid to do our windows, a date was set for the installation and they were right on time. The team that installed the windows was great, answered all our questions about the installation process, kept everything clean, and we felt took their time providing a solid installation. There was 1 piece of glass that had a few scratches from the manufacturer but they quickly ordered a replacement. I hated the thought about having to go through this process of getting new windows but it needed to be done to replace my 20+ year old windows and K&J was an excellent company and made the overall experience much better than we thought it would be.

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

I've reviewed Krasiva before when we had our windows replaced. But it was such a great experience we decided to get our doors done as well. The work was fantastic and the staff are great at communicating. GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSSINESS!

They did everything as promised during time promised and window seems to be working flawlessly. They offered a discount on 2nd window repair but after diagnostic, they said that window worked well. How refreshing, no un-needed upsale.

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

I am very disappointed with window world,The same technicians that are on the commercial are the same guys that did my installation.2 winters after the installation of 3 windows i found my rooms were colder than the previous years and utility bills higher.So i did some investigation and took the trim off my windows to find no insulation on the windows.When i called and they sent a repair tech he insulated 2 windows saying the 3rd was ok and not needing it. So i had to insulate it myself.The clicker in all this is that 4 YEARS LATER THE VINYL WINDOWS ARE TURNING A YELLOW HUE BECAUSE THEY CANT LAST IN THE ARIZONA HEAT.Never recieving an apology or a discount for my high utility bills I feel because we were speaking spanish at the time of the installation that we were hugely discriminated against a proper install and there fore a better review.thats right when you have to use the race card its a dam shame.But thats how it is with company that dont care about the extra added costs they made you have because of a unproper installation.Im glad i did not have them do my 7 other windows....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that’s exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window . I am in the new home construction buisiness in Wisconsin and I know when something is done right and these guys were true pros. Thank you so much for a great price and great job.
