I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

I have used several plumbers over the years and this time I tried Klein Heating and cooling. They were professional and courteous, and very safe by wearing masks and cleaning the work areas afterwards. Their office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were clear about the issue and what the costs would be. They made sure it was fixed right and didn't cut corners. I would use again and definitely recommend.

I strongly recommend Heraldo and technician Kevin. I was told by a different company that my AC system need to be replaced as it was not repairable. I called sun devils for second opinion. Kevin did the inspection and within 15 mins, identified the problem. Its the thermostat that is faulty not the AC system. At the end of the hour, we got our AC back. This happened this week when the temperature in the valley hit 118 degrees. I would reach Heraldo if i ever have issues with my HVAC in the future.
