Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Absolutely horrible. I had three appointments. For the first two appointments, the technician called me nearly 4 hours after our initial appointment time to say he was late and on his way. My mistake for making a second and third (the manager Nick reassured me this wouldn’t happen again) but I spent a collective 9 hours waiting on technicians.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I strongly advise against using this company.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

Excellent next day service. Cheapest glass replacement for my rear window. I was quoted at least 350$ from other auto glass and angels auto glass was only 150$ !

It was ok, but the cost was way more than expected, security was a little weird, but all in all it was a great experience.

Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!
