Came here for a piece of custom glass for a media center that cracked. They were able to replicate the piece for a reasonable price. Drop off and pick up was a courteous experience, and I got the impression that they knew what they were doing. The turn around time was great, and the new piece looks good. I'd come here again.

on 3/19/20 Phillip handled my daughters Honda Fit with a windshield replacement and window tinting. She has been extremely happy with the job that was done and is happier knowing her passengers will not be getting as hot in the back seat. on 03/20/2020 Jake and Jordan came to our home to handle the windshield replacement in my Jeep Wrangler. They were very professional and explained what to do and not do for the first 24 hours very clearly.

Installed damaged windows, tried to repair, doesn't return phone calls and when they do they tell you it will be 3-4 weeks minimum for any service. Six months in a new house and still have damaged windows that they installed and knew the trim had been warped and heat damaged. Run from this company

I called Apodaca for glass replacement. I have 3 broken windows from golf balls. I spoke with a woman on phone on 11-07-22 she said she would have someone out on 11-08-22 between 10-1. I called at 4pm on 11-08-22 she put Oscar on phone he said he be there at 5:15pm no one showed are called this company can’t even get a estimate done so moving on to another company bad customer service

“Windshield Magician” and he literally made my chip and crack Disappear!! ?? It was an inch crack on both sides of the chip and I couldn’t even see it when he finished ! Wow..omg..were my remarks!! Ordered and paid for a window. Provided the exact measurements for both the daylight side as well as the maximum size, very important considering there was no refund for bad measurements. Also chose a specific tint... 2 months later I finally had to call to see what was taking so long. The receptionist said oh... well we usually wait to order a window until we get half the money upfront. I explained I already paid for the whole thing and then Mario the gm said he was waiting to see if the temp window I order fit or not. Then he tried to claim it was my fault for not calling in sooner. I'm thinking they lost my measurements because they had to have a tech come out and remeasure Then they finally placed the order without discussing size or tint with me. Then they chose the tinting on their own just hoping I'd be happy with it. To be fair the window was cheap.

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me
