Terrible customer service. Was there to get a quote, quoted me for a single panel glass 5’ x 5’ $550.00. When In the past they did it for Way less. Never will used them again ??. Found some other place more affordable only payed $200.00. Had it done same day.

Phoenix Windows & Doors replaced two sliding glass doors for us a week ago with Amerimax glass doors. We're extremely happy with our experience from the initial quote all the way through installation!

When we originally called Phoenix Windows & Doors we thought we needed several windows replaced along with the doors. They came to our home to provide an estimate and after looking at the windows, he told us he didn't think they needed to be replaced at all. He quickly spotted the issue that we needed to resolve instead which saved us thousands of dollars! Their honesty and integrity were integral in our decision to choose Phoenix Windows & Doors to replace the sliding glass doors. He and the installer, Brent, were a breath of fresh air during the entire process! When we do end up needing window replacement, we won't hesitate to call Phoenix Windows & Doors to take care of it for us. I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. They made what I thought would have been a headache a quick and painless process!

I called them, made an appointment, they never came. They start calling an hour after the scheduled time. The next day Randy calls me and starts telling me that he called several times and no one answered which is just lies, don't recommend this, it's UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Everything they said would happen, did. From them calling me the day before with a time frame to the morning of when en route. They showed up, walked me through what to expect and 2 hours later, they were done. The guy was professional, nice and maintained 6 ft (I also wore a mask).My insurance company uses them and I would refer them to do anyone's window.

Unfriendly staff, probably one of the most cold people I've worked with. The environment was toxic and uncomfortable. Avanti windows is better, they stand by their product, they care, and the install about 90% of the valleys new build windows. XO windows is not good. Had builders tell me so and they switched over to Avanti. If you're looking for a window company I can tell you XO is not the place to call. They won't return phone calls the managers and women in customer service are unfriendly and unorganized, everything is paper and a lot gets lost. That's a fact.

I was looking for a windshield repair when I was referred to phoenix Mobile auto glass by my neighbor. He used them to replace his window last weekend and he said they were great. I had 2 small cracks and they fixed them and saved me from replacing the whole thing.
