Best Window Installation Services in Arizona

I called around to multiple glass companies to replace one pane that was shot by a bb, (kids!!) anyway, this company had the best customer service, they came out quick, measured, got me my quote, which beat others by a landslide, and had the glass ordered & replaced within 2 weeks. I never write reviews, but this was one I felt should be shared! Thanks guys!

On the day of the scheduled work, he showed up on time and completed the project as stated. I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

The windows it self are amazing. I love the windows which is why it is not a 1 star. The customer service however is absolutely atrocious! I had Universal come out to get a quote. The deal I accepted was not the terms they gave me. After fighting for everything I was promised they said they fixed it and when I get the bill it clearly wasn't. They gave me a promotional deal no interest for the first year. I was told it starts the day of instalation. But it ended up starting the day the contract was signed. 5 months of the windows being delayed gives me 7 months to pay it off before the interest from last year all thrown in to the total. Overall experience, windows not worth the headach of the lack of customer service

OMG there nuts, I asked for an estimate for a window screen and not a large window just a regular window and I was quoted $400 for the screen and installation, RUN AWAY!!!

We had received a bid from this company but have now been told the company closed on March 13. 2020.

Phil and his team were just amazing. My shower enclosures look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Stellar Glass Works without ANY hesitation to all my friends and family. Great job Phil and team!

My car's window was damaged and eventually broke, so I needed a new one. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to do this one. I reached a lot of different businesses, others quoted me a price I couldn't afford. I eventually phoned Phoenix Mobile Car Glass at that point, and they not only returned my call but also came to my house the very next day with the component at such a low price. My ? glass repairs were completed within a few hours after they washed and cleaned my vehicle and replaced the shattered component. I had a great time working with them.
