Came by this address to find that suite e119 doesn’t actually exist. There is a photo in their ad showing a storefront with their signage. Again E119 doesn’t exist. Locksmiths like this use fake addresses and mobile service to scam customers. How are you going to call yourselves a locksmith and post a physical address and then require that I call and schedule a mobile appointment to get a copy of a non-transponder car key made? Be honest with the public and remove the fake address used that you claim is your “training center.” Might as well use a PO Box address, at least then customers would know not to bother going to your location. ?
Caleb was so helpful in getting us inside our house within mins at 12 and reached our house within mins of requesting the service.

Avoid like a plague!
Our dog was locked in a room with the lock broken. We called this company and they quoted us 25 dollars service fee and $45 to break the lock. When their locksmith arrived, he said their fee was $199 for breaking the lock which took 30 seconds! When asked about the quote, he said that was just the minimum!
These guys are deceptive and con artists. Avoid them like a plague.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while I was out shopping, and what's worse I was taking care of my sister's 3 month old as well, so both of us were stuck outside in the hot sun. Luckily I found these guys on Google and Aaron arrived in 15 minutes to help me out. He was friendly, funny and super quick getting my door open. What's more, my niece started crying while this was going on. I was trying to quiet her down but she wouldn't stop. As soon as Aaron got the door open he came over and asked what was wrong. I said she was probably hungry or something. So, Aaron put down his tools, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breastfed her right there in the Target parking lot. Super chill guy, didn't make a big deal of it. Best locksmith I've ever had!

I visited Phoenix from Florida. I rented a car in Phoenix for 4 days. My third night about 8:45 I accidentally locked the keys in the car. I called this place and asked about how much it would be to unlock the vehicle, the lady said it’s a minimum of $64 and most vehicles are unlocked for under $80. I thought that was reasonable and asked them to come out. The guy got there about 9:32 looked at the car for about a minute and quoted me $397 to unlock it. Yes. $397. I told him all I could do was $80. After 10 minutes of negotiation he said he’d do it for $80 and told me to say that he left, if his company called me. It took him less that 2 minutes to open the door. The whole thing was super sketchy so I called the company back and told them what happened. The lady who answered laughed and told me he cut me a deal and it usually cost upwards of $300. Which is not what she told me initially. $397 is completely obsurd. This company 100% takes advantage of people.

These guys were awesome! They came out the same day within two hours of my first call and they did a great job. Kyle was very helpful and professional, and he didn’t mind my rambunctious toddler running around. I would definitely use them again in the future!

This company is overpriced w/ terrible customer service. My vehicle is a 2010 dodge charger w/ a minimal labor force entry. I’ve had this issue before in days past and was charged $65 minimum and $85 at most. The locksmith who arrived looked as if he’d just finished a joint before rolling out of bed prior to arriving to service me and had the unmitigated gall to have a rude demeanor and nasty attitude. He quoted me $140 dollars which i know to be extremely overpriced for the labor necessary to pop the door. When i requested that he contact his superiors to inquire about any flexibility he rudely walked away and said “why would I.” I believe he was overpricing the job in hopes of accumulating some side cash. (The oldest trick in the locksmith book.) It is my suggestion that this business imposes a secondary method of accessing the job as opposed to taking the workers word for it because it challenges the integrity of the company as a whole. I did call to make a formal complaint and there was very little concern shown in regards to the matter. This is why google review is our friend, read up guys!

He even explained the pricing before he started, and told me everything he would need to do. He then unlocked my car, which probably took only two or three minutes. Super fast professional service! I gave them 5 stars because I was treated like a top priority. The technician Phillip showed up on the same time as promised. He performed the work in a timely manner, and also made sure everything was done correctly before continuing to his next job. He explained the process clearly so I could understand what was going on, and charged me fairly for the work performed .Great job I would recommend them to anybody who needs a good locksmith!

Would have been nice to know that they offer no in person services. We were in a bind and needed keys made immediately went online and they were the closest to our location. No where on the website did it say mobile only.

I lost my car keys and was beyond lucky to have Philip there to help me. He showed up just on time and called me as soon as he arrived. Kyle was awesome!! unlocked my door to my home ,he was very professional, and got the job done quickly! My door was pick proof and he ended up having to drill & drilling is supposed to be very expensive but they still managed to help me with an affordable rate! Thank you!

AMAZING!!! When I say this locksmith company is there best I mean it!! Now I'm not gonna lie for some odd reason my keys seem to lock themselves in the car often.... With that being said, locksmith guru has been the best experience yet!! The guy who came out was amazing! He was funny and down to earth so it wasn't all awkward, he got there FAST!! And most of all he charged me a great price, I didn't feel ripped off like the other companies make you feel. Thank you!!!
We have reported this place to the better business bureau!!! This place has no professionalism at all. I pulled them up through google yesterday and contacted for assistance with a lock re-key. A technician contacted me back and said he could be here in a couple hours. It was 1:15pm and I said so you would be here around 3:30pm and he stated no it would be closer to 6pm. I then asked if I could just schedule for tomorrow morning and set up an appointment for 9am. I received a phone call at 8:15am and I called the number back since I had missed the call and it was the technician. He sounded half asleep and he told me he would be there at 9:30am. I said 9:30am ok bye. I received a call back a minute later with the technician asking if I hung up on him. I was baffled. I said no I confirmed the time and said ok bye. The call was then dropped. I called the office back inquiring if the technician was going to be there at 9:30 and explaining what just transpired. They apologized and said yes the tech would be there at 9:30. At 10am I contacted the office and I was put on hold before they got my name after I asked if the tech was still coming because my appointment was at 9:30. After being on hold for 5 minutes they disconnected the line. I called back multiple times even from a different number and received no answer. When I would select to call from google it kept auto populating random numbers with the same people. Do not trust these people. Something is not right with this company.

Philip came out on a late night, weekend call because my boyfriend likes to lock the keys in the truck! He was quick to arrive and quick to get the truck unlocked! Thanks for doing everything and more to get him in the truck! Now I'll be able to make it to church tomorrow!
do yourself a favor and find a better company! They charged me an arm and a leg to install a door handle on our door leading to our backyard and the door handle broke off the minute they left! I called the next day to tell them so they could come back and repair the door handle and the receptionist was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I explained the situation and she laughed at me for calling it a door handle and not a lock. There is not lock on the door hand and is it one sided so it is a door handle. Even if there was another name to describe the handle she shouldn't have laughed. She said she would call back after speaking with the locksmith and I never heard back. On top of that I have been calling the office to have them come back for the repair and either they blocked my phone number or they changed their number because I have not been able to get in touch with them since.

$180 to unlock a car? Absolutely ridiculous. They told me it would be as low as $45 over the phone but wouldn’t commit to a price. Don’t take their lies and fast availability over a longer wait for someone genuine who will do this work for less than half the price. Also apparently these people are unaware of social queues, when I repeatedly said I needed to be somewhere this man would not stop talking with me. It took over 20 minutes just to get a price on paper. I had places to be. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

This man literally saved my life. Without him I would’ve had many many more mental breakdowns and had been late to work. He was quick to get to me and out within less than five minutes, I never would’ve thought seeing my keys would bring me so much joy. I was in quite a predicament. My key had snapped in half and my car had come to a slow stop in the middle of a lane... in mid-day traffic. With absolutely no time to waste, Locksmith Guru was the first name that popped up in my search and they sent Philip out to the rescue.
Philip arrived in a timely manner, was very kind and sympathetic to my situation, set me in the shade with a water, umbrella and some AC. He got my key prepared and was able to send me off on my way in time for work. As one never forsees these things happening, I was not able to afford the full payment up front, but was very pleased when Philip was able to set me up with a payment plan. Called Pop a Lock first, complete jerks! Told me the wait would be 3-4 hours. Contacted Locksmith Guru spoke with tech Kyle came out within 25-30 min! I find it highly shady that all the reviewers of this company only have 1 or 2 reviews. I believe creating profiles to review your own company is against Google's policy.. They will take advantage of the situation your in so get ready to pay $$$
Spencer was pretty nice. Told me 13 minutes and took him an hour to get there. I guess that's pretty fast. Traffic was bad? Stopped for coffee? I'm not sure.
If you've got a ton of money to spend for very little work this place is the one for you. Took him 3 minutes to unlock my truck and it cost me 200$. Guess that's the price I pay for working a 10 hr day on no sleep because my newborn wouldnt let me. Thanks I guess.

Quick & Good Service, But Unexpected Price
We got locked out and gave them a call around 6pm—they said over the phone that lockouts started at $50 and that the rate went up after 7pm. They arrived quickly and the total process took 5-10 minutes which was great, and they finished before 7pm. It was just the basic lever lock on one door, no deadbolt. And just an unlock, no lock replacement or rekeying. The service itself was great and fast, but we were charged $280 which was much higher than the $50 that was estimated over the phone. We signed a consent form to allow the technician to start the service and did not notice a price listed on that paperwork—although they insist it was there before we signed it. I suppose it's possible we missed it, but we wish attention had been brought to the price by the technician verbally, or that a more realistic range had been provided over the phone.
We called them afterwards to discuss the price increase, and they said they couldn't give us specifics but that the rate depended on how many locks and the type of lock (we had a single, traditional lever lock) and that rates were double between 5-7pm. We wish they would have mentioned the rate increase in their initial estimate since we called them at 6pm. And even if the rate was doubled, we don't understand why we were charged $280 instead of $100.

Earlier today, I got locked out of my sisters house. I was literally standing outside with no shoes and a phone with 5% battery. I contacted a couple of locksmiths that were giving me over an hour wait. Locksmith guru were the only company that told me 30 minutes. They answered, quickly got a call from their tech Jeffy. Told him my issue and half an hour later he arrives. He broke down my options. I really appreciates that he had different suggestions on how to open the door. Jeffy was funny reliable and explained in detail what he was doing to the door. I’m really glad I went with locksmith guru. Literally saved me!

Ethan came to my rescue when my car bayy6died and I was locked out of my car. He was able to unlocked my car make me a new key so I wouldn't get locked out again and jump start it for me! Great service I highly recommend
We had a lock issue at 7pm on a Friday night. We found Locksmith Guru with a quick Google search. I don’t have the need for a locksmith very often, but if I do again or know a friend that does- I’m for sure recommending Kyle.
Kyle told us he’d be to our location in 40 mins. And he arrived right on time. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He explained all of our options and which would be most cost friendly.
The job was finished in less than 15 and it was an easy transaction.

Kyle from Locksmith Guru is the man! My friends and I accidentally locked our keys in our car. Kyle showed up quick and got the job done quick. We were in a hurry and he came through. Not only did he provide great service but he was super friendly. I know coming in on a Sunday night is not anyones pick for a fun time but he set that aside and helped us out with such a great attitude it felt like an old friend was helping us out! I'd give Kyle 10 stars if that was an option.

I was having a great night out. That is until I realized I had lost my keys. I was searching and searching but just couldn’t find them. I called locksmith guru, and Philip was able to help me out in the best way possible. He actually works really well with you. Philip does a great job in handling Unique situations. He is very courteous and caring and very happy with what he does. Philip deserves recognition for all the trouble he went through to get us back on the road.

Aiden was great. Called us in advance to make sure we were ready for him. Got there very quickly. Took care of the lock in no time at all. And I ended up getting a new door knob through him as I didn't want to get locked out of that room again. All in all a perfect one stop shopping experience. We will definitely call Aiden and his team again if needed.
Only use these guys if you need a key made. Other than that they're useless. My vehicle key would not turn and fire the vehicle up. They send two guys over, and all they did was sit there and google search what the problem was, just to tell me it needs a new ignition and quoted me 420 dollars. I looked it up myself and fixed it myself and it did not need a new ignition just 30 dollar part I found at AutoZone and was a 30 min fix. Some Gurus they are. Don't bother, save your self the 30 dollar call out fee they charged just to sit on there phone Google the issue. They are no more experienced than a guy with a web browser.

Kyle was AMAZING! I was locked out of my home after hours. He got there super fast and went above and beyond to help me get back into my home! He even had an identical lock with him that he was able to sell me, re-key it and install it!!! I would definitely use Locksmith guru again and Kyle is a huge part of that!

I was in a real tough spot this morning, I really didn’t know what to expect. I was locked out of my house in a hallway with no hope. I called the first company on the google search and I’m so glad I did. Kyle came about 20 minutes later and took care of the lock. Outrageous pricing. After closing the trunk to my rental with the keys inside and discovering there was no external trunk release I had to call a locksmith. I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I had to take the first available locksmith. Unfortunately, Locksmith Guru was the first available. They took advantage of my emergency situation and charged me $280 for all of 5 minutes of work. Yes, you read that correctly: two hundred and eighty dollars. That price was almost double the plane ticket itself. If I didn't have a friend with me who needed to get home that day I would have told these guys where to go. I guess I need to get in the locksmith business-from the time I called to the locksmith leaving took under an hour. That's $280/hour-never heard of something so ridiculous in my entire life. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
In response to the owner's response, I did call their management. All they told me was that $280 was a fair price and that sometimes they charge even more - in excess of $300 for some cases. Wow!

I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith. They ended up sending me these guys. The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.
They initially charged me $180 for a door that took 2 min to open. I was not told ahead of time what the price would be. They said the price depends on how complex the lock was... Initially Diamondback estimates it would be around $80.
Long story short, I ended up reaching out to their management for what I believed was an excessive charge. After several weeks they credited me back almost half back, which I think was fair and an appropriate way to handle it. Giving a much higher review than normal due to managements willingness to make it right.

It was early in the morning and i forgot my daughter socks in the house so I accidentally locked my keys in my car, I called Locksmith guru and they were quick to arrive and very helpful with opening my car. Would recomend to family and friends.

Embarrassingly, we got locked out of our house. (Garage door stopped working and deadbolt was broke too) we called and within 30 minutes Philip was here ( at almost 10:30 at night) and within 10-15 minutes had us back inside. I had dogs inside and couldn’t afford to leave them over night. Not to mention all my stuff for wok and my bed.. definitely came in clutch And would recommend him to anyone in need of a lock smith
