I lost my car key at approximately 9:00 p.m.. After contacting four other locksmiths who claims to be 24 hour service, I received a call back from mendell who was able to give me the lowest best price and he assured me he would be at my location within 20 minutes. he arrive in 15 minutes he was polite, courteous, and had my key done with in 5 minutes. Definitely knows What hes doing, excellent customer service. Will highly recommend to all of my friends and family hes truly amazing!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I have dealt with alot of locksmiths and I always knew I would end up paying a crazy amount but I had to do it. This company is very affordable respectful and helpful even going out of their way to assist your situation. I was in a situation where my ex wouldn't give me back my keys so I didn't have the vehicle. He was willing to come out at midnight to help me get my vehicle back. In the end he did all this for a very affordable price. Thank you and this will be the only locksmith I will recommend and go to.

Mendel was incredibly thorough and helpful. The last locksmith I contacted for a replacement key fob sold me a junk quality fob and did not cut the backup/physical key, they left it blank.

Jeff has excelling customer service!! Amiably responsive to ALL my inquiries prior to hiring his services, scheduling with him was EASY because he had full disposition to my schedule and even when I had to reschedule (super understanding), less than 10 minutes programmed my Challenger key, quality and sleek new key. I didn't mention but I had checked 3 other spots, spoken to locksmiths prior to Jeff, and he beat all with his pricing and attentiveness. Made the perfect decision!!!
