I called Johnny Phoenix Locksmith extrordiare at 7am on Sunday, July 24th, 2022. I was locked out of my residence within 15 minutes of his offices. I realize that the world doesn't revolve around me. I was told by the lady on the phone that he would call me in 15 minutes. I called back an hour later and she said he was close by and that he'd be there within another 15 minutes. By that time it was hot. I was professional and patient. Waited until 10am. Called at 10am. She said he was running behind. I called another locksmith who appeared in 15 minute. Problem solved. I will never ever call Johnny locksmit. I manager 2 mid-rise office building, each white over 350 locks. I'll never call Johnny again.

So I called many locksmith after I lost my car keys , I was reading online and Iunderstood that there is many scammers at this business, I called to couple locksmiths business in the area to take a quote and they all was way more expensive and after I saw the reviews of this company I decided to take a quote from them.At that time I used to live in Phoenix I called them and Johnny to owner was speaking with me , he was really friendly and honest and the most important things he gave me half price than the others wantedAfter I told him that I need the key ASAP he was super helpful and came right away !After 20 minutes I had the keys in my hand,I couldn’t believe he did it so fast !!!!maybe it was over a year ago but I still remember how happy I was with this service so thank you very much Johnny locksmith I really appreciate you honesty and your fair prices !!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND about him since that to all of my friends that need a new key or just lockout of their house!!!!

Johnny is AMAZING! We had three other companies come out(including the Mercedes dealership) and none of them could figure out how to open the car, as the battery is dead and the keys were locked in the trunk. He opened the car in 15 minutes- and he was super reasonable. He will be the first person I call if I ever need a locksmith. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Offered 100$ to get my keys out my car & when he got here , he changed the price to 300$ Because i have an old base model dodge charger which to him classified as a sports car. felt like he was trying to scam me. It should never cost 300$ to get your keys out! Many other services out there thatll do it for less than half that price. Watch out for this guy.
Gabriel from the company came over to unlock our house door. He showed up really quick and did the work really fast and efficient way. I also asked his opinion to rekey a smart lock. He is very knowledgeable and hands on. I will definitely use the service again if needed.

Answered my call immediately. They happened to be close so they were at my house in 10 minutes. Really did a great job explaining options and pricing. The tech was there for less than 30 minutes and I had a new mailbox lock and two new keys. Easy peasy! I’d def recommend this company to anyone in need.

These guys are great!!! I lost my car keys and called this company and they came over as scheduled( right on time). Within twenty to thirty minutes they were done and gave me a new key for my car. Price wise, you can't beat their price, as for courtesy, they were polite and courteous. I recommend them immensely!!!!!
Great service. We were locked out of our semi, called this place up and they has someone at my truck within 30 minutes and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes.
The office was a bit disorganized, but they were very helpful! Worked with me to fix my problem by providing a part for free. They were responsive and informative.

Called for replacement of key fob. Yes they could do it and would call back with estimate. After having to change appt. several times and having to order parts, never called, showed up, or call with estimate. Still dont have a new fob and have to start all over again with someone else! Not reliable.

Lost my key and was stressed. Called This place and was willing to beat the price I was quoted with another company. Johnny Locksmith provided excellent service at my new home! He has great attention to detail and walked me through my lock choices in a manner that was easy to understand. He thoroughly tested my new lock and answered any questions I had. I was so impressed with his work that I contacted my realtor and requested that he should be referred to their new clients.
I needed a new locking handle for my back sliding door but unfortunately purchased a handle that needed to be custom fitted. Avi and Jonathan did a wonderful job with this great task. I highly recommend them. They will go the extra mile to solve the issue.

Awesome service! They came out and helped with a BMW when nobody else could! It was late Sunday night and all the close locksmiths- even the ones who advertised BMW owners as their primary customers- said it would have to be taken to a dealer. These guys came to us and fixed the mixed key fob signal and saved me a ton of money! !
I was stranded outside of a post office when my key lock to my door decided to not want to work, it took me about 2 hours to give in and ask for help and this company was very fast, helpful and was able to assist me, they were able to send out gabe who was able to aide me in about 10 minutes in which also led me to their location to meet up with the rest of his team. They were able to make me a new key and a ton for my car for a fair price! (I never received the actual master key for my car) nice folks, reliable and great service!.

This guy is a lock God!!!! By far the best and friendliest lock smith I've ever used. I had an issue with the lock on my Honda Fit, key not working in door. Long story short we had to reach through the window and set the after market alarm off causing my car to lock up completely and also causing my battery to die from the alarm going off. I brought it to Honda and they told me they couldn't figure out the issue because it was an after market alarm. I mentioned them making me a key to just open my doors and they said it would cost me 550$ to replace. I decided I'd figure something else out.Unfortunately my friend needed a lock smith today for her car, this guy came out and I mentioned my car situation. He literally fixed my fob, and made a key for my door in under 5 minutes. This guy is a lock magician!!!!!!Thank ls again, guys better than any dealership you'd go to.

I greatly appreciated the high level service provided. Nathan promptly replaced my key after 3 days with no solution from a well known dealership. These guys I kind, solution focused, inexpensive and timely. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
He gave me a quote on the phone, AND IT ACTUALLY STAYED THAT WAY!! he said it was going to be 2 hours and it was way less than 2 hours, and he was very nice and did a great job with the keys.If I lose my car keys again, I'll keep him in contact.

I am very impressed with this company. They were able to come to my house the same day I made the appointment and Reprogrammed a new key in less then 30 minutes. Ilan was on time and professional. Anytime I am having key or lock issues I’m going nowhere else.
I returned back late to Phoenix from the Christmas holidays and realized I was missing the keys to my condo. I searched for after hours locksmith service and saw the good reviews for Johnny locksmith and decided to give them a try. I'm definitely glad I did. I called them from the airport and they met me at my condo within the next hour. They were able to open my door and rekey my lock with a new set of keys in less than 5 minutes. Not only were they super fast, their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Avi and the rest of the team here are awesome! After my own after hours maintenance and insurance plus AAA couldn't help, they saved my day! Today turned out to close awesome .my van blew the head gasket and a few other issues happened to it but the great thing that worked out well is we contacted Johnny locksmith to make a transponder ignition key for my girl friends explorer . the gentle man that came out to do the job was nice intellegant and completed the job quickly my family will always call on him for all our key and lock needs thank you sir for a job well done (oh and the price was very affordable actually the best)

Woke up for work in the morning. Hadn't even had my coffee yet. Couldnt find my keys so the normal panicking set in. So after 2 hours of searching o called these guys and they got here in a fast manner got my replacement keys set up in under 20 min. Decent price and friendly to work with. Johnny is heaven sent!!!!! I called 2 mechanics and one locksmith to come fix my faulty theft system on our SUV only for all them to tell me that I had to go to the dealership to get fixed. I have a Dodge caliber that my car key was stolen. I was stuck for 6 hours, called several companies. Johnny was the inly service to cone and made a remote key 20 mins or less. I highly recommend his service to any Arizona. Thanks a million!!!!!!

Great service! I have a Nissan pathfinder. The key wouldn't turn in my ignition. Thought I'd need to replace the entire ignition switch and lock. Fortunately this guy had some good intuition, it wasn't the ignition, rather my key was worn out. Replaced that instead, hooked me up with a spare, saved me a good deal of money. Would recommend!

Awsome! I was quoted 400.00 from the Dodge Dealership to install and program a wireless ignition module plus two new keys on a 09 Dodge Challenger. Called Johnny Locksmith. They came to my place after 7pm, found that the dealer was lying about the module being bad. They programed both keys a saved me over 200 dollars! It took less than 20 minutes time!

I have an issue with my Honda Lock and key. Not only was Johnny close by , he was down here in five minutes. He assessed the issue and told me what I was facing. He was honest but very fair. Within an hour or so I had a remote key which I prefer to a manual. His assistant came by to help. It was a very pleasant experience for a stressful situation. I would use Johnny Locksmith again if I had to. I highly recommend Johnny Locksmith!
Lost car keys for 2014 Honda civic. Almost no one had the key in stock but this guy did! Came in the middle of the night. Was able to work with a breathalyzer. Had to replace my key after it broke off on my Hyundai tiburon and called many other places who quoted me ridiculous amounts around 200$ to 300$ for replacements. My ignition has been horrible over the past month and finally stopped turning yesterday. I called Johnny and set up an appointment for today. Johnny was on time and was efficient in replacing my ignition and cutting 2 new keys. Great experience! Just moved into a new home and had missing keys, mismatched keys, broken locks and a hodgepodge of issues. Gabe came out right away and did fantastic work re-keying and picking. Lost my 2003 bmw key, they came that afternoon with a working key. Reasonable price, and going through the dealership would have taken a week. They were able to get me a key within 30 min. Was worried i wouldn't make out to work, but instead had over an hour to kill before i had to clock in.

Turn on my car (Push to start), put the A/C on, put my 1 year old In his car seat give him my keys that he plays with close his door go to open my door, and right when I reach to go open the door handle he locks the car... Been opening my door from the passenger side due to some alarm issues for months now.. I called Johnny and he said no problem he would help me out. Came straight out of work and boom, car is opening with no issues and I even got a remote now as well, great and fast service!!

I really needed help with my 1993 Mercedes, my key was in my door for over a week. I’d call several other unreliable locksmiths, but Jonathan was the only one that kept his word and came promptly. He was reasonable within pricing and I’ll call him again for sure.

tried to get them to remove a keypad lock at our business and they could not figure it out, so what was quoted to be a $55 service call + $50 to remove the old lock turned into grinding the lock off the door for a total of $205. I feel taken advantage of.

Not only was an excellent locksmith able to come out on short notice to help make me a key it was cheap and efficient. I had lost my registration which made the process difficult and ended up looking for an extended period of time. Luis, the key master himself was very patient and i felt very sure that we would resolve the issue at hand. Today Louis came to help me out when I was desperate to get in after licking myself out. He was a very nice and helpful young man who despite complication of the job due to and upside down lock. Was able to resolve it. Very professional. I recommend Luis and the Johnny Locksmith highly.
He came out to where my car was stuck because the ignition was broken and the key would not turn and he rebuilt the cylinder so that we could use the keys that we had. We had a little problem with it 9 months later and he came out and fixed it under warranty for us.

My car key had worn away to the point where it only worked on one door, but I didn't realize it- I thought something was wrong with one of the locks. Another locksmith was no help. Johnny figured out what was going on right away and made me a new key from the VIN. I'd definitely go back to him again.
Avi came and 1.5 hours working on my BMW trying to get it unlocked. I had given up hope went inside to take a break and Avii somehow got it opened. He is the best locksmith ever everybody should call him when they have a locksmith issue.

I asked to have locks changed in my new house changed so one key will Fit all the locks and one month later the key doesn’t work on one of the locks and they are telling me that it will cost more money to fix it. That it’s my lock and not their responsibility. One month later !!!

Called Friday 11 am to get help, the guy said a tech will call me back in five minutes, at 5pm I again called back and they told me the tech will call me in five minutes, I told them they were fired.
