Anderson Lock & Safe - Phoenix Locksmith

I had an old gun safe and stupidly lost the combination while it was in storage. Anderson sent 2 locksmiths to my home and they were able to set a new combination.

They were very competent, worked quickly and saved me a ton of money over buying a new safe.

I really recommend them.

David was extremely professional and took the time to make my lock work so much better than when I first bought my home. I couldn't be happier. David completed the job excellently and was even able to come within hours of my call. Anderson Lock & Safe is my go to for any future needs.

Tony did a great job! Showed up on time, Installed the gate latch, and told us other services that they provided. Will recommend Anderson Lock & Safe to all of our Clients!

Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

These guys are awesome! They have a lot of cool stuff down there, safes, thanks for your safe and so much knowledge and experience it's unbelievable. I drove 30 miles each way down there because I remembered them from a past business I ran in that area. And they did not disappoint me as they had performed in the past flawlessly.

These guys are amazing. Helpful, friendly, great prices, and high quality work. I brought in a car key that had broken completely in half and was held together with epoxy. Hardware stores and other locksmiths wouldn't touch it. (they blamed the epoxy and the fact I didn't have the vehicle there). A local locksmith referred me to Anderson Lock & Safe. I brought in the twisted, epoxied key and Shannon made me a copy in only a few minutes. I got home and tried it out, and it works as good as new. (They literally saved me hundreds by not having to go to the dealership.) Highly recommended!!

I have never dealt with such a honest company... I was prepared to replace the entire hardware and lock assembly on our front door which would cost a few hundred dollars..As the door is 40 years old I also would had to refinish the door..However Kyler was able to rehabilitate the whole assemble saving me a hundred dollars and maintaining the original look..I have used this company before and highly recommend them..

When I decided to buy a smart lock for my rental property, I knew I had to find someone tech savvy and well versed with technology that could install it on my behalf being 6k miles away. Jaime exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and had the lock installed within minutes. He then called me when it was time to program it offering different options to program the lock. We came across a small hump and just when I thought I bought the wrong lock, Jaime was able to help. One of my clients dogs somehow managed to turn the deadbolt on one of my business doors, leaving me locked out of the room and the dog locked in! Kyler M. squeezed us into his busy schedule and made it out to my business in North Phoenix in under 30 minutes. He had the door opened in just a few minutes and was so friendly from start to finish. Asked about a biometric gun safe. He found one that was perfect for what I needed. I couldn't get to phx to pick it up for about a month so he ordered it said it would be there when I get there. Super helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe.

This company is the best in the valley at moving safes. They bring professional equipment, specialized for the task. They cover any areas where physical contact might occur on your property-in other words, they mask off your safe to keep it looking pretty in case it rubs against a railing on the trailer, etc, etc. Hands down I will not use any other safe moving company. Now that I've seen how impeccable these guys are, I will never hire anyone but Anderson. Believe me, I've experienced the other companies who send two burly guys without much of a clue. Anderson sends the best, guys who know what they're doing and are meticulous at not damaging your safe. Mine has a mirror black finish, and they always treat it with TLC. Go with Anderson. You will not be sorry. The caliber of their equipment is top notch, as well. I've had them move my safe twice.

Our elderly neighbor accidentally locked herself out of her house. After a few scary phone calls with other locksmiths, I hit the jackpot when I called Anderson Lock & Safe in Phoenix. They were courteous, friendly and responded very quickly. Their locksmith, Kyler McKown, went right to work. He got the door open and even made spare keys for our neighbor. Others locksmiths wanted up to $600 for this service. Anderson charged only $90. Wow! I'm keeping their name and phone number handy just in case! Anderson Lock & Safe is simply excellent!

I needed to get gas but my key wouldn't unlock the cap. Drove to this locksmith and he had a lubricant that fixed my problem and no charge at all I was on my way to continue my day. Great friendly competent service ...

Wow so expensive for me. Just to get a replacement key $225 !!!! I was recommended someone else for just $100. Can't beat that. Had to use this comment & gave you a star. The dealer charged me $215 to cut & reprogram the key since it has a chip.

All staff members are great to work with bacon make a key for anything if you need something opened they can unlock it for you if you have an old safe and needed repaired they can fix it and if you need one moved or 10 moved they can also do that they are great people to deal with and their prices are very reasonable

I went to Anderson Safe and Lock and met with John Phelan who made 2 copies of a Ace tubular key for my American High Security padlock. It was quick and right on the money. I had gone to another locksmith and he wanted $20.00 per key made. I am a former locksmith and I could not believe the amount. This is not the first time I have been here and have been treated with respect every time I have been here. John is a valuble asset to Anderson Safe and Lock. I will do all me business with them.

Hit the jackpot finding Anderson Lock and Safe. ((( John ))) is a real-life superhero, #legit I did a quick search for locksmiths in PHX and went to the oldest in business. It worked. They had #VINTAGE Theo Bargman parts to repair my travel trailer's L66 handle AND they made keys for my hatch latch - which I was without!

Asked for Rocio to fix our door after we saw her fix a similar door issue at a restaurant we were at. She was on time, fixed the door issue AND our lock which I thought we would have to replace but apparently just needed to be repaired. Very nice and professional! I definitely would use Anderson Lock and Safe and Rocio again!

I am trying to close out the estate of a dear friend that passed about a week ago and did not leave us the combination to his safe. After calling the safe company they said a local company could call them for a factory open code. I called Anderson to inquire if hey could do that for me. They said sure, the fee for that is $290. That is a rip off for what is done. No special skill, no tools, just a phone call. Ill find someone else.

I was contacted by the owner who apologized and insisted his employee had misunderstood what I was needing, and told me he would make it right.
