I have had issues with my Jeep Wrangler starting due to key issues for over a year. I’ve had the dealership, several auto shops, & friends try to figure out what was wrong but no one could figure it out. From the first initial phone call, J&J Locksmith was confident they could help me and take the time to figure out what was wrong, which was a huge relief that someone was willing to take the time to help me! When they came out, they tried several things & eventually were able to find the cause of the issues. I am so glad I used J&J Locksmith to help me fix my Jeep because of the confidence and persistence they had! 10/10 recommend!

Very pleased with this company. My mother in law has a 40yr old front door that we wanted to add a smart lock to it. Due to design, it needed special hardware that you cannot find at regular stores or even online. These guys jumped immediately to help. Saved us thousands by not having to replace the whole door. Plus my mother in law gets to keep the door she loves. Great service!

Jeff was very responsive, great customer service, with quality parts. Very knowledgeable an incredible work. I recommend him to everyone.

These guys are amazing! Answered right away and had convenient availability. Hands down the best prices and options of any of the other locksmiths I called including the dealership. They reprogrammed the key to my Honda Civic when mine broke and even came to my location. Very knowledgeable and professional - would recommend to anyone having car key/alarm issues.

Jeff is the only locksmith that I will use and refer out to all of my friends and family. Not only did he help me in a time of panic but he was so honest with me he even helped me so that my insurance company would reimburse me for part of the costs. Truly a one of a kind!!! I locked my keys in my vehicle again... I do thin 1-2 times a year.. Jeff was by far the best locksmith I’ve ever had come out. He was to me within an hour and was incredible helpful!

I locked my keys in my truck this morning while making a quick stop for work. Jeff with J&J locksmith answered his phone on my first call and came out immediately. 20 minutes later I was back in my truck and on the road back to work. His price was fair and he is very personable and professional! I’ll be adding him to speed dial and won’t use another Locksmith in East Valley. Although I hope to not need his services again.

My screen security door key doesn’t match the doors of my home. Today I decided to take my pup in a drive and have the car washed. I didn’t realize it, but I had locked the garage door. I returned home and was unable to gain access to the door from the garage to my home. I didn’t realize, but when my wife left out of town, she accidentally too the door key with her. I had my poor pup who was a little over heated from the excitement and I wasn’t dressed to actually interact with the public. I walked around the house and couldn’t find anything open. It was a cold, dark, & stormy night. I was locked outta my house and I called up J&J. Jeff showed up in 20 minutes and had me inside in no time. Fast service, nice guy, great attitude. 10/10, would get locked out again.

Door knob on my wooden double doors to my house malfunctioned and the bolt locked in place, preventing the doors from opening. YouTube videos made it seem like the only resolution was to break open the doors. I called J&J on a Saturday morning and he arrived 15 minutes later. He was able to take apart the knob, free the bolt, and replace it without damage to the door. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them in the future for any locksmith issues.

These people are very ethical and honest. I contacted them regarding a questionable breach during a showing of our home. Not only did Jeff verify the breach in verbal and written detail he also confirmed that the people lied about how they gained access to a secured area during the showing. He even took measurements on a key to prove his point as fact. I didnt know you could do that. Very happy I would reccommend.

Lost my key fad they came down and instilled new one but when he left I noticed the I had a big hole on my shifter it was missing a part that he removed to reprogram the alarm called them told me it's working what the problem told him the problem is that I have a big hole you guys need to fix called office told me management will call me still waiting on them this is real bad customer service
