A few weeks ago I locked my keys in my car and I was in a big rush to get to church. It was very important that I got there in a timely manner and I was worried I wouldn't due to my own fault. But I called your company and I can honestly say I got some of the best service from Hector. Just called to get an estimate and try to schedule someone for tomorrow morning. I was amazed at how little the person knew about the service. They couldn't tell me how many keys I'd get with the re-key and they couldn't tell me how much it would cost for each additional key. They seemed really disorganized. I did appreciate that they could give me an appointment almost immediately, hence the two stars. I did not choose this company because they did not seem to be familiar with their own pricing and their own services.

I locked myself out of my house so I called Discount for help. Brian arrived shortly after I called and started picking the lock. He mentioned the locks I have are more on the difficult side. I have Schlage deadbolts. He worked on it for a bit and success! He picked the lock and I was back into the AC! Wonderful quick service with fair prices, especially compared to the other companies I checked out.

I haved locked my keys in my car more times than I can count on my hands an toes. That being said, I've dealt with a lot of locksmiths. I was nervous to call for a locksmith this last time I locked my keys in my car because they always seem like they are in a hurry, don't really bother with service, and are rather pricey. Hector put all of those worries at ease. He arrived in the window of time he promised. Hector was kind and friendly. He opened my car within minutes, no damage, no hassle. When I asked about having a spare key made, he provided me with affordable options. It almost felt like I had called a friend for help and he was advising me with my best interests in mind. Most other locksmiths just see you as a walking dollar sign. That's not the case when your dealing with Hector. He simply sees you as a person in need of help. Of course he does do this for a living so he charges for the service, but this is the best service I've gotten for the most affordable price!!! If I ever lock my keys in my car again ( let's hope I've finally learned my lesson) I know I'll be calling Hector.

A called to get a key made which I had on hand...the dispatcher was rude. She said they don't duplicate the key I needed and proceeded to give me attitude , When I asked what other types of key they DID do.

I drove to their office expecting to be able to walk again and apparently they are ONLY mobile service.

It was the tech that discount locksmith sent that one I think is not professional at all.
One of their tech (nephi) call and said it take him 25 min to be there... it was 40, he wanted to charge 25 for the drive plus 145 (it was just regular entry knob)
I told him it was too much, he charge the 25 and after some discusión he agreed to charge me “only” another 50 plus 6 that HE TOOK as tip, and I said took because he was supposed to give me 10 change and he only gave me 4 saying it was his tip.
Always saying that we was doing me a favor, after that, he asked how I found him, I show him and he ask for my phone to see it, and literally write his own review which of course a already delete.

After a recent break-in at my warehouse I contacted Discount Locksmith. Mike & Denny(?pretty sure) did a fantastic job. Quick return call, prompt arrival and quickly solved the problem without trying to sell products I didn't need. Thanks Guys it's appreciated.

Every time I call, system advises transferring to operator. However once I am “transferred”, there is a busy tone then call disconnects. Need emergency response yet unable to get through to anyone.

First and foremost this company offers a discount if you give them a good review. They also fail to tell you that them and a group of locksmiths use a advertising service .Unaware i had contacted a advertising company while looking around for a decent price i was quoted a price nearly 3 times lower than what the tech told me. When they contacted me to confirm my address. I decided ro cancel the tech before they were dispatched. Mind you i found discount locksmith through my own research .i decided to call back discount locksmith after i was put on hold for nearly 7 minutes i was told that ethicly they can not do it because i had contacted a advertising agency and they would be stealing me from somebody else. Even after explaining what happened she still persisted that it would be ethicly wrong to steal me last i checked me and the company never went into any sort of contract so how i became their customer made no sence. I ethicly believe you should warn cutomers that you use a advertising service and if they decide not to use the other companies you are associated with that you will no longer be able to ethicly use them you deserve no stars.

My locksmith was very prompt, quick, polite, and courteous. The whole process from calling the locksmith to getting in my car was only about 20 minutes in total! I fully recommend this company :)

Best lock smith by far I saved there contact info because they’re pricing is the best and The employee named Hector he was the best, super fast super friendly and most importantly didn’t bs me they gave me a flat rate and got straight to business!

I called at 11:00pm and it took about an hour and a half. The locksmith couldn’t pick the lock and it had to be drilled. It was a standard $10.99 lock from Home Depot. Tech didn’t have invoices so had to pay cash.
