Pricing was reasonable, the guys were clean, well mannered, and very respectful of the property. Excellent experience was had.

The technician came quite quickly, was exceptionally skilled and charming, and knew exactly what was required to repair the door locks. I would without a certain employ this business once more.

Called Arizona Locksmith at 9:30 am and they came out to fix our lock 1 hour later. Tim was very professional and fixed the lock quickly and explained the process for us so we knew what was going on and why the lock needed to be replaced. He even made extra keys for us. I used this company to change my locks a few years ago, so when I needed then changed again I immediately contacted them. Tom answered my call promptly, and asked whether I was experiencing an emergency (requiring immediate assistance). I had time to take care of this, and Tom courteously kept in touch with me over the next few days to best accommodate my schedule (he even texted, making sure we were on the same page at all times. Tom was very helpful, and very nice to work with. He spent a lot of time on our front door lock. He went to 2 different places to get the best price on a cylinder to fix the door. Turns out the inner part needs to be rethreaded to sit in there properly, but that will be a fix for a future rekey project. He charged us a reasonable service charge, and left us with a functioning lock. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good locksmith.

Tom came out to open up an old wine bar that we had lost the skeleton key to. He called ahead to make sure an adjusted time to come out would be ok, and was very prompt for the time he stated he would be here. After he arrived he was very professional and was able to unlock my wine bar within 10 minutes. He also pointed me towards a business where I could get a new key for my wine bar as a skeleton key is a challenging thing to re-key.

I was locked out of my home. I called their number. CJ showed up in 15 mins and did good service for us. The only thing is, they charged me 150$ for spending 2 mins to pick the standard Qwikset lock. This is unbelievable!

Arizona Locksmith installed two mortise locks on my entry gates about a year ago and since that time I have had a couple instances where I have needed them re-keyed.
