I can't say enough nice things about this company, I called talked to Patrick , told him my ignition needed to be replaced , he was out to my home within an hour , I was totally blown away by his efficiency. His prices are get and his customer service was top notch. I will refer anyone I know needing lockout service or ignition repair to him .

Amazing work on a stubborn Nissan that another locksmith couldn't get to turn on with a tough steering wheel lock. Berrot rebuilt the ignition due to bad springs and gave us a new key for a very fair price and only took him a couple of hours to sort out. We thought we'd be towing the thing to the dealership with such a grim outlook give to us by the previous locksmith. I will be using them as my go to from now on and recommend them to any one with an issue with their locks!

The electronic parts of my car key had broken and I had super glued it all back together. Peter was able to carefully take it apart and file off enough of the glue and save the computerized components, so that he could create a whole new key. We were impressed with his knowledge an skill. Top Grade A service! On time fast and very helpful. Had to get my rv gate opened for my contractor and the key was not available. I called and in a few hours they showed up on time. Not only did I get a new standard key but the second was a master key with the do not duplicate stamped on. I did not ask for that but it was provided. A great key to have for landscapers and contractors. This company is top notch no wonder they are partners with AAA! Cheers and will share their info with friends and family. Very impressed. I called on a busy Friday, and Patrick responded courteously and said that it would be about 90 minutes due to the rush of calls. He texts back shortly thereafter and tells me he can arrive earlier, texts me updates along the way, and opens my difficult door in about 10 minutes. Both gentlemen were awesome!!! helped me immediately with a relatively complex issue with Land Rover keys. they were able to repair a botched key cut somewhere else and make two duplicates for me from my key that had significant wear on it. Also were able to program the Land Rover keys within minutes. Highly recommend them!!!

Can not say enough about Patrick’s professionalism and help! Our Eagles Safe battery died and their was not a clear solution on how to open our safe once the battery died. Was looking at options to drill it open and then the safe would not be usable. Recieved a quote from a different service provider for $400! Patrick asked key questions to diagnose our issue including pictures. He researched a hard to find owners manual...He recommended using a new 9V battery and placing it on the start button. It immediately worked! Able to open the lock (and save the safe!). Immediately changed the batteries. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call him next time for my home or my business needs!

These guys are great. Over the years they hv saved my life several times. large snap-on toolboxes, small tool carts & truck boxes, locked my keys in a company truck at my home, etc. They could hv pinched me $ real good each time. They didn’t. A fair price on me being stupid, a break on the price when they could. One time they only charged me 1/2. I trust them and I think you can too.

Advanced Lock is the vendor that AAA set me up with after they couldn’t retrieve my keys that I locked in the trunk of my car. - no fault of AAA - I hit lock on the key fob prior to closing my trunk. AAA called Advance Lock for me - and I was given a pretty reasonable quote. The locksmith called me right away to schedule an appt for the next morning - as it was getting late. Patrick also understood the mechanics of my car and explained that BMW’s are like Fort Knox once you try to gain access without having the key. The technician, Berrett, called /texted his eta exactly when they said they would. He arrived on time and got the keys out quickly and painlessly, in addition to resetting the BMW security system. Berrett explained the AAA claim form for reimbursement and was friendly and very professional. I won’t hesitate to call Advanced Lock in the future if I need a reputable and knowledgeable locksmith. I will most likely call them for business locksmith needs in the future as well, as our company locksmith contact is sometimes booked out. They made a stressful situation stressless.

Patrick was a life saver locksmith hero yesterday! I and my husband were ocked out of our van with my elderly mom and her service dog and grocery shopping in the car and in a area I had not really known well ! Not only was he and his company amazingly fast responding but helped make us all feel better about the situation and got us on our way ! Reached out late Friday afternoon after I had
Triple AAA come to unlock my 2018 Prius.
Patrick asked me to research if the Key FOB was
a certain FCC letters, it was FBC. The Toyota dealer wanted to charge me $372 for the Key FOB & Blank key, plus $299 to Reprogram and tow my car to their
Service Department. I would use Advanced Lock Service again, they only charged me $293 and they came to my home in Chandler, AZ on Monday at 10:30 am. They were all done within an hour!

First time for everything. Locked my keys in the car. Long story. I found Advanced Lock Services on Google and called. He has very responsive and provided me with a time frame on when he will arrive. Then he called again to let me know he was 15 mins away. He was on time and did a great job! Very quick. No damage to the car. I’m holding on to his business card for sure.

This was easier for him ! But the 30 years of experience make totally the difference. I buy this new “old Mercedes ” and get only one keys ....this keys is over 40 years old! But after some magic and 15 minutes in The secret van ... the boss give me a new keys and said : try it ! As he know is going to work !

I am from Pennsylvania and stayed in a lovely condo in Phoenix this past week. Being that it was 115 degrees out and my husband I had just come back to the rent a condo with groceries I was much just made to find out that we have lost our key. I had the Good Fortune of choosing this business off my web search and was delighted with the outcomes. The technician that did our work was very professional very patient and very knowledgeable. The lock was unusual and difficult yes he stayed with the job until the end and even had a lock to replace the one that had to be drilled out. I couldn't be more pleased with a service and with the price. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitstion. I also really liked that the service representative let me know he would need proof via a rental contract that we were renters there. Honesty and integrity , rare in this day.

Great little local lock shop. Did my special lock job in less time than expected and for a reasonable price. What I really liked is that he thanked me for choosing them over someone else. You just don't get that kind of service from the big box stores.

This would be the second time patric saved the day the first time i lost my key so he made a new one and programmed it to match my car and the second time was someone tried to steal my daughter's car by jamming a key into the ignition, Thankfully patric was able to repair it without replacing it, i couldn't be more Thankful for their professional service and fair prices.

I purchased an old wooden desk on CL done time ago to replace the one I lost a few years back. The center drawer had a built-in lock that, when the drawer is pushed in all the way and locked, would activate a locking mechanism for all the other drawers and would prevent them from being opened. Great feature if you have the original key which in my case, I didn't. I was hoping to get a key made but unfortunately the lock is so custom that keys aren't made anymore small enough to fit the key hole. But, the guy behind the counter said he'd talk to the owner and see if there's something else they could figure out. Since I had taken them the front art of the drawer that had the lock I decided to leave it with them and decided to wait for their call. I wasnt home an hour before they called saying they had a solution and wanted to know if they had my permission to go ahead and install a new lock. When I picked the piece up I could only tell that it was a new lock by the silver color where the original was more of a copper color. I put the drawer back together and let the glue dry before sliding it back into place and everything worked perfectly!!! Not only did the bolt line up perfectly with the notch on the underside of the desktop but the locking mechanism workes perfectly as well. Going into this I didn't have a great deal of faith that it could be fixed but these guys really blew me away. I still can't believe it's fixed.

Don was extremely helpful in getting a spare key made for my 2017 Dodge Charger. The price was also unbeatable. I paid $125 for a spare key and the dealership quoted me $390. Incredible savings!

Needed a spare key for a Lexus. These guys communicated all the details with me up front, and got the new key cut, even working around the fact that my existing key was bent. I found that by going through this company I could request service,when I locked my self out of my studio, nia there chat/text messaging online via there web site. All I did was send then a picture of the lock and give them my location, and I was given a flat rate fee that was affordable! I was back in my place in less than thirty minutes total.

AMAZING! the staff have been so helpful and supportive. We had an unnamed company take my moms keys stollen from her. Advance was able to come out and redo the locks and reprogram her car. 4 days later who ever has her keys tried to come steal her car. And trashed it when they realized it had been rekeyed and reprogramed. Advance came back out and put her ignition back together, and made her car lockable again. Will recommend them to everyone, and will always be this familys first choice.

I am a single mom of 3 young children. I called this company over the weekend. First they quoted me 45 minutes which was okay at the moment. I called them back 53 minutes from my first call and was told the tech was 15 minutes out...20 minutes later I call back. Was told he was 2 minutes out. Spoke to the gentleman for over 2 minutes and still did not see my tech drive by or come near my property. I asked the tech to call me directly. He did. The tech was awesome. Very polite towards me however I was pissed to find out he was given my address but in Surprise not GLENDALE!! By now it is near 4pm. I called them at 2:43. He finally got to my home around 4:30. REMEMBER I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY HOME WITH 3 YOUNG CHILDREN NO FOOD NO WATER AND YES EVERYONE I SPOKE TO KNEW THIS!!! He worked on 2 doors until 6pm and still could not pick my locks. He was not equipped with a drill... eventhough it was his idea to drill thru the lock. I saw my neighbor finally come home...so I went over there and with their help we were able to resolve the issue. This company in my opinion is not staffed accordingly to handle the locksmith business. I don't know whose fault it was giving the tech the wrong address either Debbie in the office/the dispatcher or the tech who inputed in incorrectly in his GPS. Either was this is unacceptable. After it was all said and done I asked for a managers call back first thing Monday. Well today is Monday and can not get either Eric or Patrick on the phone. I have recently learned they are the owners??? Really? Owners and they allow this time of behavior. I shouldn't be surprised though. They cant even call me back or even take my call. That night I had 3 sunburnt heat exhausted children. None ate a decent dinner. One was so exhausted and tired he wasn't fully making sense. Yes I did bring this up to our family physician and they gave me at home things to do. I will close in this, there has been one person through all of this that has been professional and polite. Liz in the office has been awesome. She has better customer service skills than anyone thus far. Thank you Liz!!!

Very rude. Refused to rekey a door lock and would not tell me why. They said they could do it on the phone the day before. Made the drive through traffic to get there only to be refused service. Wouldn’t even tell me why. He kept saying “I will not help you.” I asked why but he said “I don’t have to tell you. I will not help you.”

When i got up set at there bs they waid they would not be servicing me. I am a veteran and i will never use them or advise they be used. these people are terrible

I've had Advanced rekey my house and business and each time they've been nothing but professional...they are quick and efficient at a reasonable price. Cannot say enough about these guys! I've been scammedbefore by a nameless locksmith I've found on a Google search...don't fall for it! Advanced lock is the only locksmith I will use now.

I was quoted two different prices. One was $100 over the phone and the next time it was $220. I found someone for less than the first quote. I would not use these guys.

Advanced lock service was incredible to work with. Patrick has exceptional customer service and did a great job. We had an older door with a funky handle, he was able to remove it and redrill the door so we could upgrade the lock. He made sure the job was done right for a fair price. They will be our go to for any lock needs from now on.
