Amazing! My interior doors' locks needed to be replaced. bogus a locksmith The only person who arrived on time and submitted the estimate within three days was the tech. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith upgraded our home security system. Very professional, competitive pricing and superb customer service. Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. Afterwards, they helped me configure smart-things and integrated them into the app. Nothing but praises for my experience.
Another fake locksmith with a bogus storefront address. If you call the number you are routed to a call center out of state which farms your job out to one of their contractors. I just need a key copied. Don’t pretend you are a local locksmith business with a storefront when you clearly are not. ?

It's not everyday that you find an honest technician (plumber, garage door person, locksmith, etc.). Well I think we have found our locksmith from now on. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith technician knows what he is doing, doesn't try to up sell, his pricing is fair and most importantly he is honest! I highly recommend him.

Very rapid response. Efficient, no nonsense service worker, fixed the mechanism quickly. He disassembled the lock, replaced part and reassembled it very efficiently.

It is a 5 out of 5 stars for me!! I would even rate more if I could. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith is really one of the best companies we have hired before and definitely the best locksmith service provider in this area.
Fast and efficient service with very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. I called other locksmiths that said 2hrs and this company had someone over in 25mins and lock was opened in 30secs.
