I called & was able to have my key fob programmed the same day. Andrew set an appointment time & when he found he was going to be a little late, he called to let me know. I had told him on our initial call that there was not an emergency so he should take care of lock-outs, etc. first.
After Andrew arrived, he was very efficient and had my new key fob programmed within about a half hour. Works great. I will call again if there is a need. Very happy.

Excellent customer service and communication. Morty made sure to get the information to verify the parts and service needed. He got the key fob the next day and was able to program and cut the new key fob the same afternoon. Morty demonstrated knowledge and professionalism with each contact. Very pleasant personality. Worst service ever! Right from the start the guy can't give you a quote all locksmiths should be able to give a quote based on the vehicle make and model. They get all of your information and a technician calls saying he is on the way, when I had explained I only needed a quote millions of times then another tech call me and says the quote is $200 something what kind of quote is that definitely scammer's do not trust them.

Needed lock removed and rekeyed. They warped cylinder and tried charging me 70 dollars more they charge 50 fee for coming and separate 30 for service. They left the job half done and still expected full price!!! Do not recommend. I recommend Rigos Locksmith who was willing to correct their error for less then 1/3 the price so they charged me $150 for a lock and it wasn't even a knew lock!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Locked out of my house on accident & so I googled locksmiths. When I called West Phoenix Locksmith, I was told it would be $25 call fee + $25 for labor. Of course I agreed because I need to get back into my house. The tech shows up & opens my door within 5 minutes. Then he hands me a $160 bill. I explained what I was quoted & I was then told that he is an independent contractor & there are NO labor fees. There are flat prices per service + the call fee. So my quote of $50 was an ABSOLUTELY A LIE!!! When I called West Phoenix Locksmith back, he then told me that the quote he gave me was not what he said. & now there is nothing he can do to help due to the tech being an independent contractor. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!

I lost my keys and called West Valley Locksmith on a Saturday night. This locksmith showed up very quickly and was a true professional. He had me in my apartment very quickly.

This company SUCKS. I had to have a my car opened due to locking keys in car. In order to get a receipt sufficent for Insurance, NOT a generic receipt this company REFUSES to help me. They dont know english and she wont even tell me their address to come in. I will NEVER use these people again. I do not recommend them at all. HORRIBLE service.

Accidentally locked myself out of my house. Called West Phoenix Locksmith to get a quote. Seemed reasonable so I agreed and had a technician come out. He took just minutes to open my door. I was stoked. Then I get handed a bill for 3x the amount of the quote. The tech says he is a private contractor and the price is the price. Call West Phoenix Locksmith back and am told that I was never given the original quote. Nothing but a bunch of con artists.

I have two electronic keypad locks that I lost the keys for, and one of the locks had a dead battery so I wasn't able to open the door. West Phoenix Locksmith was able to come over and pick the lock with the dead battery and also create keys for both locks in under an hour.
