Nathan and Jay from penguin air and plumbing was out at our house. They provided amazing customer service. Very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what my best options were. They also took the time to answer questions I had about future work I wanted to get done. Very fast and friendly service.

They talk a good game but did a terrible job on my job. Stay away from this company if you want to save yourself a great deal of post-job expenses. Communication was also non-existent when they realized they messed up the job really badly.

Great attention to detail. Zero leaks after the repair and was quick to arrive and handle our water leak.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

We had a shower that was not generating adequate pressure with the issue being the valve cartridge. They came out quickly to help solve the issue for us before our house guests got into town. Very professional and responsive.

When Ernesto came to our home for the initial consultation, he exhibited the utmost professionalism in evaluating our home comfort needs, and in discussing his suggestions for replacement units. He treated us (and our home) respectfully, and answered all of our questions in a direct, honest manner. When it came time to discuss pricing, Ernesto provided a few quotes for us to consider. At no time did we ever feel like he was putting us through a sales pitch. We never felt one ounce of pressure from Ernesto, and we truly appreciate his way of conducting business. It made all the difference in our decision to go with Desert Diamond.

Prior to meeting with Ernesto, we received a quote from another large, heating/cooling company. There was a world of difference in how their sales representative treated us. Unlike Ernesto, their representative put us through a series of obvious sales pitches, meant to pressure us (through guilt) into making a decision at that moment. Ernesto, on the other hand, understood that my wife and I needed time to consider our options, and left our home without ever pressuring us for the sale, or trying to manipulate us through sales techniques.

We’d also like to acknowledge the installers, Ben and Eric, who exhibited the same, excellent customer service as Ernesto. They both treated us, and our home, with respect and did a thorough, clean, professional job on the installation. Ben was very affable, and more than willing to answer all the questions a new AC owner would have.

We recently had our air conditioning replaced and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Replacing an air conditioner is not a fun thing to have to do. Its a large expense and a large overhaul in your home. Chase was very patient and thoroughly explained all our options and pricing until we were able to select what would be best for our home. The technicians who completed the install, Elmer and Jon, were so professional and respectful. They worked from morning until evening to get the job done and came back the next morning to finish up on a weekend! It was a huge job and they were quick, thorough, and efficient. In a time when good service, reliability, and general empathy is tough to find I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire experience. We had several local companies bid our job and valley best was by far the most thorough. Save yourself a headache and just trust them to do what they do.
