Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!

Belaire mechanical was built by local people. It is now the largest mechanical contractor is Arizona. I am a Union sheet metal worker and know the owner personally. Jim is involved in all the union boards and committees with zero compensation. That in itself speaks volumes to me.
