Alonso did a fantastic job! After inpecting my home he was able to educate me on what was needed to make my home ac unit work more efficiently. After providing me a prompt estimate he was able to come and install a brand new ac unit right away. I highly recommend Alonso for any of your AC needs. He is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.

We had a high profile tenant moving in and we needed a couple units serviced ASAP. Another company came and quoted us 2 GRAND to move the condenser to the roof because it wasn’t getting enough air flow.

Thankfully we called Phoenix Air Dept. They came
out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem and actually create a REAL solution for less than half the original quote from those other guys.

Now our tenant is happy as can be. Phoenix Air Dept saved us time, money, and gave us true peace of mind.

Great staff! Had an old, inefficient AC unit that was breaking down on a regular basis. Jeremy explained, in detail, all of my options for replacing the unit. Installation was clean and fast. The new unit is far exceeding my expectations. The house feels much cooler than it ever did with the old unit, set at the same Temp. Prestige did an awesome job!

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. As the maintenance person for a machine shop, we were having a hard time finding a company to clean and service some smog hog air filtration units. I was also in need of Nordfab ducting over two pieces of equipment. Not only could Ducts, Inc. provide the special ducting, they tackled the servicing of the Smog Hogs without hesitation. Work was done efficiently and without much disturbance to our machinists in the area. The duct work looks excellent and was installed with professionalism. My points of contact were Sharon, Owner & President and Bob, Vice-President of Operations. Both were very friendly, accommodating and professional. After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

I had Ariel coming to fix my old AC unit, bring referred by a neighbor that had high praise for him. Ariel fixed the AC on the day I called him and it was reasonable and timely.

Later I decided to replace the gas furnace together with the AC, with a heat pump. Ariel and his team did a great job, at a very affordable price.

I'm very satisfied and recommend this company for all HVAC installation it repairs.

Not something that was normal.

Tried to get AC maintenance. They canceled on me twice and never contacted me to do a reschedule. I had to call my home warranty company to get another company scheduled because not even they could get in touch with Consolidated Mechanical. I understand being backed up, but don't accept jobs you can't do, customers have busy schedules, too. Update: They called me today to tell me they aren't doing any maintenance...a month after they were supposed to be out. Hilarious. I went with Semper Fi, which only cost me $17.50, they were out the next day. I need a new AC soon, so going to buy one from them, too.
