Awesome overall experience. Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.

My wife and I needed some MAJOR plumbing renovation work done (inside & outside) and decided to trust Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing to do it. We were NOT disappointed! Frank Wynn and his team out of Phoenix were very professional, competent and courteous! They kept us updated through every stage of the project and made sure we knew what was going to happen, when, why and glady gave us options when needed. This is now our go-to company. Their response time and installation was fast! Not to mention their price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anyone else that could beat them! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our AC professional , Anthony, was amazing. He came out and diagnosis our system within minutes of being here. Once given a discription of our problem he had a short list of possible problems and was able to find out issue within minutes. I would not only recommend this company if you get, Anthony, your getting a true professional. I will ask for him anytime I need Service. Pricing was great! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family in the valley. I appreciate a great company and even more a great Service pro who came out during the dead heat of summer! Called at 9am as my AC went out. James showed up by 11am and had it back up in running within 20 minutes. He took pictures and showed me what’s wrong as well as prices for the part needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Chuck just replaced the coil in our Trane. It was covered by the warranty. Chuck always does stellar work, and we have relied on his expertise and professionalism for ten years now. He helps us with tips on how to get the best performance from our unit. He keeps us in the loop as work is progressing. We request him every time we need service.
