I will use their service in the future but today they were just here to do a termite inspection. It was not only perfect because we don’t have termites in the house but also because the person who came was knowledgeable, friendly and on time!

Nothing has changed in the years that Blue Skys has been taking care of our desert scorpion and crickets etc. Except the fact that, we have not worried about our grand children playing in and out of the house.From the professional office staff and of course the field team of folks who do the spraying, both inside and out side. I had used multiple pest control companies at my house for the past 5 years and always had a continuous scorpions. I thought I would just have to live with them forever. I can now say I haven't seen a scorpion for over 3 months now (A NEW RECORD!!!).

Alex, with Copper State came out. He was on time, friendly, and definitely knew way more about what he was doing than all the other techs from all previous companies I've used.

He went into detail about why what the last companies were doing wasn't working, and he also found entry points where the scorpions were getting in and sealed them up on the spot for me.

On top of all this great service he provided to me he also went way above and beyond and leaf blowed my yard to make it look nice and clean for no extra cost. Alex truly does care and it shows. I will now be using him and Copper State Pest Management for life!

They need to have night hours for people who work for a living and cannot be there during the day. Great Service, IF you can get them to come while you are home.

We had been getting bites for a while, but never saw any evidence of bugs until we final tore the frame apart and actually saw them. With relatives coming in 2 days Chris came out and was able to a Home Heat treatment the same day, they offered a 1 year warranty even though they didn't do the whole house. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous, and I would definitely recommend the heat treatment over spraying, do your research, its the only way to really kill the eggs.

Update: Almost a year later now... we started to see evidence of some more bed bugs... I sent an email showing a picture and Chris call me back WITHIN AN HOUR!! He came a couple days later and did a follow up spray at NO CHARGE! This company stands behind its work and response time was incredible! Thanks Chris!

No response to three requests for service. Really disappointed. In Marana they were great. Here, apparently they don't want to continue with a customer.

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.
