I live in a rental and the home owner has A.P.E.S come out for a water leak from the AC unit. Adam showed up on time, was consciously social distancing and got right to work. He found the issue, made the repair and took the time to talks to me a about what happened. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 30 years and I know what these guys go through. To have such a great customer service experience at 6 PM or anytime is a great thing.

I contacted the company to let them know about Adam's work. At 7 PM I received an e-mail form Ralph Flores, the president of the company, thanking me for contacting them. Leadership, customer service and quality workmanship start at the top of an organization. These people understand that and live by it.

Mitch and Brent came out right on time and did a super great job. Very personable and I hope to have them next time.Frank was here and was very thorough on checking my house out. I feel confident he is being honest about the maintenance this house is due for.

Great customer service again by Penguin Air and plumbing. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I received an estimate of $2530.00 to replace the faucet fixtures in two bathrooms. that did not include parts and would leave us with two walls to repair. We were told because the parts were old, no replacements were available. The technician tried for an hour to remove faucet valve
A handyman/ plumber came the next day and removed the four Pfister valves, went to Ace hardware, bought new valves and replaced the four valves in the two bathrooms. Job took him one hour and 15 mins. He charged me $ 200., that’s two hundred dollars. That’s a difference of $ 2330.00.
You make the call as if these are competent, honest people.

Our AC went out on a Friday night. We waited until morning to call our usual company but they didn't have any availability until Tuesday. They suggested I try Google to get someone out sooner. SO happy they did. I called Desert Diamond at 8:52am and Ernesto was at our house about an hour later. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and was out the door about 30 minutes after his arrival. He was very professional and friendly. Very fair price. He recommended a tune up and we will definitely contact Desert Diamond for that service, as well. Thank you for saving us from misery!

Klein Heating and cooling technician came over to review my AC system and provide a second opinion based on work done by a previous vendor. He thoroughly went through multiple tests to confirm my AC was working as expected and didn't need to be replaced at this time. I will definitely be using Klein Heating and cooling in the future when it comes time to replace my system based on my experience today. Highly recommend.
