A great window. We did our entire house. 35 windows. Some small glitches but everything worked out great. They went above and beyond.

The wait time was long 6 months .We called salesman to change color it did not get changed. Caulking on windows was about half inch out from frame very sloppy. They said this is how it is on stucco.
So if you have textured stucco be prepared for large caulk around windows.

Professionals that know what they are doing. Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated and the quality of work that was done. I will use them again.

Highly recommend this company and Wesley, the technician. We had a shower door that was installed incorrectly and Wesley came, figured it out and adjusted it properly. He was prompt and even called beforehand to tell me when he would be here. I also like that this company responds to text messages, which to me is very efficient.

AMAZING company. Personable and fast and the fairest price we found. Actually saved us over $300 vs their competitors price who dangled us for weeks to get a repair for our sliding glass door that shattered. Called Sunny State glass, they gave us a quote over the phone that made us really happy, and they were out the NEXT day! Quick, easy, professional. Highly recommend!

After they told me they couldn't see me till the next day, as soon there was an availability they came by the same day and fixed my window. I'm so impressed how diligent and courteous they worked. Juan with Duarte Glass was wonderful! He was experienced, prompt, and he knew how to correct the previous attempt to repair the window (which was not done by Duarte Glass). Juan handled the repair efficiently and quickly and beautifully, and was just an all-around great guy! I will definitely use Duarte Glass services again.

First let me say that I have absolutely no vested interest in this company and we have received no incentive of any kind (except quality service and a great price) to post a review for them. Yesterday we had our sliding glass door replaced by Vision Windows & Doors. The process began with Dave, the regional manager, coming to our home to measure, explain the product choices, and give us an estimate. After doing a little research on their door manufacturer (Anlin Window Systems) we found that their product is highly regarded, made in the U.S.A., and comparable (if not better) than the products offered by the premium window replacement companies. We were offered a VERY competitive price and were told that Vision would do a complete job in the installation of our new door, removal of the old builder quality door, and total clean up. We agreed, and gave them a deposit for the work. A few days later their installer, Kris arrived to take exact measurements for the replacement door.
After waiting just 3 weeks for the manufacture of the door Dave called to set up an installation appointment. Within a week Kris arrived and got to work. I must mention that he was very conscious of social distancing and was wearing a mask upon arrival. He was punctual, proficient, and extremely detail oriented. Working alone he completed the install in a few hours. Based on his measurements the new door fit so well that aside from the requisite bead of caulking around the edges there was absolutely no touch-up required to either our interior or exterior walls.
So- there were absolutely zero negatives using Vision for this project. They are personable, professional, and customer oriented. Their product is amazing- superior quality at a great price. We have already noticed a difference in the amount of heat radiating through the door (far less!) and the noise insulation is amazing as well. And the locking system, one of the primary factors that made us look for a replacement door, is superb. If you want to spend $10K on a replacement patio door then by all means go ahead and call Andersen or Pella. If you want quality work and a great product for a fraction of the cost then call Vision. You'll be glad you did.

I just had my new Milgard windows installed by K&J Windows. Everything was professional, informative and no nonsense from the very beginning. Tony came out to give us pricing and product information and Dennis and Paul came out to do the install. All three guys were highly knowledgeable, polite and made sure the job was done right. The windows look great! Thank you for going above and beyond!

We like our windows; Greg Johnson was good to work with and Kenny the installer was great as well. We had a little issue with the screens (regular screen and high transparency screen). Greg worked out the issue. There is a small difference between the regular screen and high transparency screen. I'm not sure if it's worth paying for the high transparency screen but we love our windows.

Alex and his team at Everlasting Window & Door were great! We had a huge wall of sliding doors put in an they made the process easy. We couldn’t believe how clean they kept everything. Highly recommend!

So i attempted to have an in-home quote but they will not come out until I have a contractor tell me the cost of my demo which wouldnt influence their pricing obviously. All I wanted was a quote on their service and materials for a 10+ foot accordion style patio door as well as 5-7 other large windows for my house. Their sales guy just flat out didnt want to come out to take a look and give a quote ven after scheduling a time and day for it. So now he just wants me to come into the showroom on my own time but the point of an in home estimate was to see the actual site since I know what I want. This makes it much more inconvenient for me.Cant say this company was that excited for my business. Never heard of a company canceling an in-home quote.The 2nd star was because the person was cordial.Per the owners response below: I had specs and a very specific idea of what we wanted/needed, my wife had already told me to start with the specifics with a company ie: she told me to reach out and make the decisions. Whether I have chosen a contractor or not is immaterial as I was looking to purchase materials from Lifetime. 22k later I am happy with my decision to go with Pella and I recommend them highly.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

March of 2012 my wife and I had all of our windows and outside doors replaced by Krasiva. The change was dramatic. The house was much quieter with a lot less air leaks. Utility bills went down.
On Oct 2019, one of the patio glass door handle parts cracked and came loose. This door is used more than any other door in the house because
3 dogs go in and out and we spend the most time in that part of our yard.
I first talked to Ray at Krasiva on Nov 1st. She was amazingly pleasant and efficient. She immediately started a service order to get the handle replaced. Later that week she called to say that the parts would be covered and they were being sent. On Nov 8 Derrick notified me that the handle had been shipped to the store at no charge. Today, Nov 11th, he told us that the handle was in and we could pick it up. Less than 30 minutes after we got the part home I had it installed. The new handles fit and look great. Krasiva and their employees are fantastic! Awesome customer service.

The work done by PWR was fast, reasonably priced, and convenient. Work got done within 24 hours with the OEM part, and they came to my home to install for no extra charge. Would most definitely refer others to them. Thank you.

This company was hands down the best window company I have ever done business with. They covered all furniture, cleaned up after themselves and really did a great install. I am a general contractor and will definitely use them on all my projects!
