Our landlord had Moon Valley Plumbing come out and replace the faucets and shower heads in our condo. Mark did a beautiful job. He also took precautions, covering his shoes and wore a mask the whole time he we was here. He worked steadily for hours.

Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

Anthony was punctual, professional and extremely patient and polite through the entire service experience. He made sure to communicate the repair process every step of the way and ensure any questions we had were answered and concerns were assured. He showed great respect for our home, taking the time to put on booties and gloves and kept a respectable distance with mask on while in our home. Last maintenance job I had with Parker's, the tech showed up a day early and asked me if my ac unit was on my roof. My house is a new ish build... And the next maintenance job I had they never showed up and denied any responsibility of the event. They even sent me a text days earlier about the window... I'll be cancelling my service.

James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way.
