Leslie cleaned my AirBnB for the 1st time. When we talked over the phone, they gave me a window of time. Beacuse I it was the first time and I wanted to explain couple of things I asked for a narrower window, while I am still at the AirBnB and explained that I need to leave at certain time. She said no problem and cleaner will be at the time I requested. They did not show up on time and when I called to check, they said cleaner is delayed but can be on her way soon. We than talked few times and cleaner arriver 90 min late. She also did not complete the job and they needed to send another cleaner. This create an issue and stress and when I gave them feedback that I was disappointed, instead of taking responsibility ownership she said As we had previously mentioned our afternoon appt is within an arrival window. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 2 is that they did try to get someone and cleaning was OK (took a bit longer though than what I typically I had before).

All the cleaning ladies do a great job and are pleasant and cooperative. Renee Bollinger who did my most recent cleaning job willingly did some extra chores because I had very recently had back surgery.

The Queen of Maids team has been cleaning my home for a few months now, and they consistently do an amazing job. I have actually never met or seen any of them - they simply let themselves in using my access code. They always arrive and leave exactly when they say they will - and the team is super responsive when I need to reschedule my recurring service. I would highly recommend Queen of Maids to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and qualified cleaning service.

Kerry is the absolute best! I needed an emergency deep cleaning and a fellow mom recommended her services, spoke wonders of her so I decided to reach out. Luckily she was able to fit me in for the following morning and took care of all the areas that were bothering me, I was more than impressed with her work. She uses environmentally friendly products, she pays attention to detail, very cordial and her energy is contagious. I’ve hired other cleaning lady’s in the past and have never been as satisfied as I was with Kerry I will definitely be calling her again. Spring cleaning was detailed and efficient.

This group listened and paid extra attention to my wood floors. The house and office looks great.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

Kristin did a wonderful job on our home during one of our routine biweekly cleanings. Nothing like coming home to a clean house with personalized touch. Highly recommend.
