Bill's Pest and Termite Control offers free termite inspections. My neighbors have termites, so we were concerned the termites might be at our house too. Customer Service was top notch. They were able to schedule an inspection the next day. They checked out our house and our rental property for free. No termites! No upselling either. Their view is that of you don't have termites there is no need to treat. It just gives you a false sense of security. They do recommend having your house inspected yearly. I was stunned. We had paid for Termite Control over 10 years ago and they had an upfront cost of over $1,000 plus yearly cost of $200 to maintain the warranty. This too was with no termites in the house. Refreshing to have honest and reliable service and evaluations. Highly recommend them!

I've been using this company for three years now, and the most recent service from Tony was perfect. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to do.I peeked out the window and spied on him while he was treating my back yard, and he was more thorough than I expected.I'd highly recommend Urban, and if you live on the west side, ask for Tony!

I can't use any harsh pesticides due to health reasons. Also, I have a dog that gets seizures from environmental chemicals. I love Green Home Pest Control as they use only non toxic materials when treating my home. I'm very pleased with their service.

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

Excellent service all the time. The workers they send are very professional and courtesy. I am never annoyed or afraid in any way to let them into my house. They are on time and communicative too. Great company with great service.

We’ve used Family First Pest Control for nearly two years at two homes in the Phoenix area with great success!! Josh is very communicative and has never missed an appt. He has treated outdoors and indoors for any and all creepy crawlers. He has exceeded our expectations and we trust him completely. Tyler was our last tech and I must he did a fantastic job. The last few times he’s been out he educated us on why we are swing more activity in the summer. He got the problem areas. The other thing, Insektek employees always have a good attitudes. We are please and happy Tyler

JJ and Brayden were the technicians that Moxie Pest Control sent to our home in Goodyear, AZ. They did a thorough job of replacing pest traps and catching and wiping down spider webs and spraying the property for pests. We highly recommend Moxie!!

I am not in the habit of reviewing business much but I have to give Kudos to this one. I have been using Trojan for all my pest control and home inspections for several years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

We were customers of AZ exterminating for about 15 years before it was bought out by Western Exterminator. Once they took over customer service went downhill. We realized we were no longer dealing with a local company when all of our calls went to a phone service in California and it took forever to get on the calendar when termites appeared at our home. We gave them a chance for a few years, but ended up cancelling with them on 1/29/21. Our last service with them was on 12/5/20 for our scheduled pest control. 8 months later we received a collections notice stating that we owed WE $103.50 from an outstanding bill. Hard to pay a bill when we weren't aware there was an outstanding balance. We did not receive one past due notice or phone call in that time period saying that we had a bill with them. And on top of this our bill was paid by autopay every month for years. They had our credit card on file for payment. I called WE when we received the collections bill and the billing department would not even discuss with me the fact that they we had never sent us a bill or that we were on autopay! This was the fault of WE and now they are screwing with my credit. In the nearly 20 years that we were with AZ and WE exterminator we never once had a past due bill. Do you research WE before you send out a collections notice. Just another example of your poor customer service. Update: still waiting for you to reach out to me WE.May 2022 update: I never heard back from WE! It's been 7 months since my complaint.

We have been using Eco Valley for quite awhile now for semi-monthly service for general bug spraying around the perimeter of our home. They are very good about courtesy calls before showing up and always ask if we have any concerns and address them promptly if so. Tyler and his crew are awesome and we are proud to remain customers.
