So whoever I spoke to on the phone was great and had great solutions to solving our cricket issue and knew exactly where they could be coming from. Well when the technician arrived, she had no idea we even had a cricket issue. I told her the lady on the phone explained all these things the technician would be doing and everywhere they would be spraying. Well the tech had no clue about any of this. So I called the company hoping to speak to the same lady (who I think may have been one of the owners?) well someone else answered and I told her the tech didn’t seem to know what I was trying to explain and I was wondering if someone could explain to her where to spray. the girl on the phone laughed and told me the tech probably knew what to do and no one needed to call her to explain anything. The tech sprayed the home but I was really dissapointed when all she used to spray was a little can that we could’ve bought on amazon or the pest control store for $40.. and we were already looking to buy the same product but assumed they used something stronger. She only sprayed the window sills?? Even though the crickets were not coming in there. They were only in the bathroom dropping from the exhaust fan. She said the monthly spray was the same as thing and they only spray the window sills? Which I was super confused by. She forgot to have us sign the invoice and when she remembered she came back and we signed it and on the invoice we see “cricket issue, please spray j-trim and fans”........ so clearly she did not read this prior which was upsetting. Well there’s still crickets and this company unfortunately didn’t fix our issue

Urban Desert has handled all of our pest control since we bought our house 1 year ago and has always down an awesome job. Today, we had our home treated for termite protection. Matt, Codie, and Keegan came by right on time, did a very thorough job, and were very, very polite and easy to work with. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

Insectek has been our go-to exterminator for more than 5 years. They do bimonthly visits to treat and prevent insects and they do an incredible job. In 5 years I have never seen a cockroach in my house. We barely ever even see bugs outside. Also, when we moved into our home, the property was under warranty for termites through a separate company. We had termites treated multiple times a year for about 4 years until we decided not to continue the warranty and instead pay for treatment through Insectek. Since Insectek treated for termites, we haven’t had any further activity. Not once. Insectek is affordable and gets the job done. Their employees are friendly very responsive when treatment is needed. They’re the best! Period. I highly recommend their service.

Pilipo is an amazing guy all around. I’ve been using the same company for about 5 years now, & he’s always consistent on time and communicative. And doesn’t mind my crazy dogs! & also was a nice touch getting a Christmas card! Thank you Pilipo for everything! We appreciate you so much

Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

Technician was very good, polite, pleasant, communicated very well, and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the treatment and returned the yard to its prior state. The owner who came out for the inspection and quote was very polite, professional, thorough, and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly.

I have updated my review as I was recently disappointed. The first time they came they communicated with me letting me know when the guy would be at home. He was friendly and on time. However I needed them to return as I found a scorpion in my bed, yes my bed. But the follow up appointment was not a good experience. The truck broke down so they rescheduled for the next day. Then on the reschedule the guy didn't show. No phone call, no text, nothing. He just didn't show up. Very disappointed.
