I had a whole wall of mirrors that I wanted taken off and I knew that I'd need drywall repair. Marshall did a great job doing that task. I also had minor repairs that needed to be done for some roof leaks and he did a nice job with that. I have another appt scheduled to meet with a different handyman with expertise elsewhere and I'm looking forward to another job well done. Very friendly company to work with.

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... I trust his work whether it is a complete remodel or a simple replacement part. With Old or new LLC the same care, concern & professionalism for the job is there whether large or small.

This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
