I found Lone Star through their website after seeing a picture of an outdoor fire pit that I liked. Chris emulated the project perfectly by getting Phoenix permits handled, tapping into a pre-existing gas line, extending the gas 70 feet and building a beautiful flagstone fire pit with boulders complete with new electrical outlets. The project turned out exactly as expected and we're pleased with a whole new area of our yard. Additionally, as the projected wrapped up there was a loosely-related electrical issue and he responded quickly to the problem after he had been paid, which is uncommon and highly appreciated.

We are so happy with everything and love our front yard more then we thought we would. I highly recommend Straight Line to anyone looking to get their landscaping done. Chris was so great to work with. The workers are amazing. Holly was great with design. Everyone is very patient and wants the homeowner to really love their yard so we really appreciate that! We just moved in to a house with only dirt in the backyard. Jeremiah came out and listened to what we were thinking for the yard and then gave us suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. Jesus and his crew did an exceptional job with all of it. They all were not only great at their job, they were kind and very considerate. Supervisor, Darrel, kept us updated on all aspects of the project. From the island grill and the fire pit to the pergola and landscaping, they truly transformed our bland backyard to our own personal paradise. We would highly recommend Masterscapes to anyone wanting to improve or totally makeover their yard. They do high quality work with the best materials and great workmanship. These qualities are extremely hard to find these days.

I called AMS to stake some trees that I had just planted and were getting beat up in the wind. They came out right away and were extremely helpful even though I don’t use them for regular maintenance. They will be the only company I go with when I get regular service!

Francisco, Luis, David and the Devine Design Team did a great job on our whole property make-over. Francisco's attention to detail and striving to do things right the first time we refreshing and much appreciated. If something was not done right, it was fixed without asking. This was a very big project, and a big transformation for our property. Very glad we chose to work with Devine Design and highly recommend them.

I’ve worked with this contractor directly for the past year. He’s very reliable, and upholds his word. Does phenomenal work, also it was very affordable.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our contract expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the receipt now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and do the right thing by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just grassy weeds which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like we've had people out sick for two months.

Been using these guys for years. They work fast and it's always no hassle.

Something went wrong with my sprinkler drainage pipe they previously installed and they repaired it right away.

We designed with another 5 years back and the garden looks as good as new even after so long.

Brandon and his crew did an amazing job on a yard clean-up. The weeds had grown taller than the picnic table in the backyard of a rental house. The crew was prompt, efficient and incredibly thorough. We are so pleased with the final outcome. We will continue to use Pristine Green for our landscaping needs, including monthly maintenance. Very disapointed.

Only know how to butcher nice trees and bushes till dead. Workers are rude and inconsiderate around residents Vehicles. Main tool used is Leaf (dust) blower Sending everything onto private patios. Over trimming bushes and trees killing them or not repairing sprinkler system providing water to them. Seem like as soon as the foliage is blooming the trim all the flowers and blooms off.
