I would not recommend them or use them again. A week after my original install date and still no glass. As of this moment, I have not received a call for my new install date and I already made my down payment. This reason and time is the only reason I am seeing this through.

What an amazing company to work with! Prompt, professional and very responsive. We were very happy with their pricing and even when there was a snag with our framing they were able to make it work. Will definitely be using again!

Omgggg this company AMAZING I was calling around to get my broken window fix before the night came and everyone was like will take 3 weeks to get the new window I called DUARTE GLASS and they were here in 30 minutes did such a wonderful job the guys was so friendly and professional I 100% recommended and there not even crazy expensive thank you guys so much now I can sleep peacefully for the rest of my life

Actual installation was great. Front office staff incompetent and rude.

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

I'll probably use Best Glass for as long as I possibly can. Their service is phenomenal; Mary in Autoglass has helped me with two windshield repairs now and is a total pro. The repair quality is outstanding as well and they work quickly without a long lead time for the repair.

I just had my windshield replaced by Clayton. From the beginning this company was so accommodating in every way. They had it approved with insurance and added me to the schedule before we were even off the phone. Clayton was so efficient, calling me with updates on his estimated arrival and even finished in less time than I was quoted. He gave thorough details on aftercare, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It's so great to finally find a company with genuinely nice people and friendly attitudes. I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

We had a shower enclosure/door done in our master bath several months ago. The installer did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great place! I needed a simple cut and I got it in just a few minutes. I even screwed up my measurements and they helped me out without the extra cost for my error. It's not the closest place to me or the most convenient from my location, but this is the only place I'll buy glass from.

Alex Griffin and the team of experienced roofers he has behind him are top notch. I spoke to three different roofing companies prior to making my decision to move forward with him. He was always timely and fast to get me responses. I would highly recommend using him for all of your roofing and construction needs.
