I was very impressed with my service today. I was fortunate that the owner of the company, Brad, came directly to my house. He was very informative. Also very thorough. Went above and beyond. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave very good advice. I was pleased to know that i didn't have to sign a contract.

So after some research, I selected this company.The first person was Bryce, he explained in detail all the services and costs and never pressured me into any decision. I selected the annual pre-paid bi-monthly service for preventative maintenance, along with the one time mosquito treatment. We booked for the first technician visit the next business day.Enrique notified me of his pending arrival and showed up on time as agreed upon. He completed his work in a professional manner and took caution to avoid overspray.He was extremely communicative and detailed on what he was doing in terms of spray and other treatments.Glad to be a customer and very happy with the services.Highly recommended!

They were very professional and nice. They did a good job of trying to create as little of a mess as possible and made sure to try and clean up after themselves when they were done.

We get regular service from this company at multiple properties. Over the last year their service has gone from great to not very good. We are thinking of leaving them for service because of all of the service issues.

Weeds started to grow in my back yard 1 week ago, called Fromms Pest Control and Nick scheduled me in for the next day. Very nice work, sprayed to get rid of the weeds and any possible Pest. Highly recommend this company.

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We also started ongoing pest control and after my first service i was shocked at how many dead bugs turned up on my property would highly recommend eco valley pest control

it was easy to schedule an appointment. The person doing the check called, as had been planned and arrived in a timely manner. The check up was thorough.

I have updated my review as I was recently disappointed. The first time they came they communicated with me letting me know when the guy would be at home. He was friendly and on time. However I needed them to return as I found a scorpion in my bed, yes my bed. But the follow up appointment was not a good experience. The truck broke down so they rescheduled for the next day. Then on the reschedule the guy didn't show. No phone call, no text, nothing. He just didn't show up. Very disappointed.
