We have hired these people three times, was very happy with them. This time they did a good job in our back yard but did not do our palm in front yard, so they sent someone to finish the job. They had no idea how to trim a palm, our palm looks like it was chewed up buy a beaver.its done and all they could say I’m sorry. I think they owe me a new tree. Guess you can’t even trust a professional company. I will not use them again and make sureyou think twice about using this company

These guys did a great job. They were punctual, did the job fast, cleaned up the yard and were reasonably priced.

You came out to our property over three to four months ago (April-May) Jeremey walked the property and was supposed to give us an estimate/quote, even provide a layout of the property to help them with trees that needed to be removed and trimmed.
We have been waiting since that time, I have made over 5 plus phone calls and left many voicemails only to speak with an answering service on a recorder line, while asking them to have someone to call me to finds out where my estimate was in regards to the service we requested. Final went on the web page for an email contact Than they tell me they are not talking any commercial properties. Why wouldn't they just contact me in the first place a couple months ago to let me know this ...VERY POOR BUSINESS MANNERISM....Very disappointed.. SAD SAD SAD

Stay Away!!!! Lazy talentless workers and a RIP OFF!!!

Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Amazing service, highly recommend I contacted Mayscape tree trimming in the morning and that afternoon they were out and my palm was trimmed perfectly. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you for everything!

Bill and his crew done an excellent job trimming two Mexican Fan palms and two Queen palms. Cleanup was pristine! Highly recommend and will use every year for our tree trimming needs.

DONT WASTE YOIR TIME

We attempted to get our trees trimmed recently. Called them once to schedule a quote and no one showed. Called them back two more times with voicemail and no one returned our call. Waste of time- don't bother!!

They provided great work for our palms in the backyard and have since provided great maintenance to our home.

Good communication about arrival time. Tree trimmer showed up within 15 min of estimated time. He was very knowledgable about how to trim trees for best health. Reasonable prices for services. Will definately use this service again.

Let me tell you, these guys are absolutely amazing their prices are great and their customer service is on point! We had a Palo Verde tree in our back yard that was needing a major trimming, these guys came out and knocked it out the park tree looks amazing now! We were so happy with the service we called them back out to do our front yard, needless to say our front and back yard both look amazing now, they do fantastic work and definitely know what they are doing. Will be using them from here on out! Thank you guys again ?.

At my request, Dr. Dave made a house call so I could have him take a look at my mesquite tree. You could tell the tree had been there awhile. It took up half of my back yard and branches extended over a wall into my neighbors yard. There also was a long branch laying over part of my roof. With monsoon season almost upon us, I was getting more than a bit worried. What if a strong wind caused it to shift towards my house or my neighbors. I decided to have it removed. Branch Management did a great job. The men were very experienced and professional. I'm glad I chose them. You would be too.

We contacted AZ Desert Tree care for some overdue trimming of several trees in our yard. Edward was very knowledgeable and professional when assessing our trees and pointing out issues that needed addressing. The quote was sent over quickly and was reasonable. Julie was pleasant and responsive to deal with via text and over the phone in getting the service scheduled. The cute tree emoji she included in her texts always made me smile. The team that came out was great. They did an excellent job, were efficient and cleaned up. Our trees are now healthier and prettier. If you're considering tree trimming, you will not be disappointed with them.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.
