Dominic was an incredible professional in everything he did. He came to inspect a leak (on 2/1/23) and was an honest worker. He was friendly to my nephew and even the dog. Thankful for him.

My recent experience with Hayes was great. Called them to do a routine AC service, and they were in and out in no time. My service tech Justin P was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

I had a link in one of thr pipes. Brett fixes the pipe and suggested to redo my pipes in my house and let me know about the payment plans and what they can do for me was very professional and had very nice customer service.

I had several big name AC companies come to my house and seriously up charge the cost of parts. Chas Roberts wanted $1000 for parts I was able to get for $206. I tried 1st Choice Mechanical based on a friend’s referral. What a difference in service. Mike Rhoades and his son Tim came to my house. They were very friendly, honest and personable, they fixed my issues for a very fair price without trying to sell me new units or anything else I didn’t need. I will only use them in the future and will highly recommend to my family and friends!

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. She had the Operations Manager out Early Saturday morning. Fred went over our options and we made the decision to get a new system installed. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional and do not try to sell you something you don’t need.

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape.
