Lone Star Landscaping did a beautiful design for our yard. We had met with 3 companies prior to them, none of which we were happy with. Our designer was professional and knowledgeable bringing things to our attention that others had overlooked. We had a large travertine paver area done with a fireplace and a barbecue with a bar. They were not the cheapest, but definitely reasonable. It was a refreshing experience from beginning to end.

Our new backyard is beautiful. Designed perfectly to our wishes and needs. High quality work and materials used. Highly recommended!

Ben has been very communicative. Any questions or concerns I have had he’s been extremely quick with getting back to me. There work has made our home look fantastic. I would absolutely recommend his company for any of your weeding needs!

The men did an exceptional job in a very short length of time. We liked the design of the lawn. The planning and execution was well timed and product was at the location when needed. Requested a quote. Received a long email explaining their minimum project size is $10k and if I was willing to spend that then I could call to schedule a consult. I did and got a long talking to about how landscaping costs money, clients don’t usually understand the costs involved, etc. It was just shy of insulting because you already prefaced that in an email. I tried to explain that I have done some research and had a quote from 9 months ago that was high but my concept changed and I didn’t have wholistic design. The owner sounded bitter that he does so many quotes and people change their minds. Why offer free quotes and then treat every potential customer like they are going to waste your time? At the point I was almost annoyed he said he’d have his guy contact me about the project. Never heard from him. No follow up.

I signed with someone who is excited to beautify an ugly urban patio of a historic home in a historic district. He never mentioned a minimum. Cost will be 25k.

Bronko was supposed to come to my home this morning for an estimate to install sprinklers and a drip system. I text him to ask what time he would be here to plan my day accordingly. Bronko responded he was busy and it was raining and would come next Saturday. When I replied that we agreed to today and I expected him to keep his word he told me he would come but needed to be compensated for gas and 2 hours of his day. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are actually businesses out there that appreciate customers.

These guys are great! Luis came out for a quote on Saturday and started work the following Monday. Our new sod was laid in 2 days and looks great. Luis is very friendly and his crew does a nice job. I would recommend them for sure!

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

I hired Victors to landscape my small backyard space at my new home. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The workers were all professional and the project was on time. I had gotten a bid from another landscaping company and Victor's by far was much more reasonable. I would definitely recommend Victors for your landscaping projects.

Awesome work!! Communicated well with the schedule times, and then followed through. Went the extra steps to make sure I got what I wanted accomplished, and worked hard to create a great finished product. They completed a standard service (blowout, trim, weeding), and two days later came back to spread 30 tons of gravel on a Saturday. I would highly recommend MH Landscape Services to anyone interested, and will continue to use them myself.
