I don't use my real name on here before they claim I'm not on file. Called to ask where my technician was. Lady on the phone say he lost track of time. Head must've been in the clouds. Her exact words. He needs to be disciplined to respect people's time. Taking extended breaks when people take time off work and wait days to get someone to come out is unacceptable. I'll do my own repair. I lost a lot of money today waiting.

We had a challenging job where we needed artwork wall hangings installed 18’ off the ground. Will did a great job preparing for and executing the job safely and with high quality. Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Derek is the prototype for a great repair/maintenance/handy person. Save yourself the frustration of being stood up by other less capable and more expensive people and add him in your contact list.

John Surakus who works for Arizona Maintenance Service Was right on time, very accurate and skilled on the repair job he did on a door frame in my house. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue on using them myself.

I contacted Priority One over the weekend about a jammed garbage disposal and spoke to Chris. He had a cancellation and was able to fit me in at the end of the day. He showed up when he said he would and was able to remove the jam for a very reasonable price without having to completely replace the disposal. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks.
