The initial inspector did a good job of pointing out the various termite paths around my house, some so small and minor, that I never would have seen them. He presented how the whole remediation process would work well.The techs who came out to do the work were very thorough and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, and then set about getting the work done. No dallying, yet thorough. They answered our questions as they went about their business.So far, so good. Now to wait the 2 weeks for the chemical to do its thing to look for any lingering evidence of termites, but I really don’t expect any.

These guys are pleasant. I will give them that. They do show up on time also. BUT, in the several years I was with them, I never saw any improvement as far as bugs inside or outside. I'm going to give them the fact that I was looking for as safe chemicals as I could get, but I was NOT looking to pay for something that just did not work.I was having swarms of giant roaches in my backyard after dark to the point where I can't use my yard at all without creepy crawlies climbing all over my feet! I could not even walk in the back yard without watching my feet after dark due to the sheer number of roaches out there. In the day time, I had to watch for fire ants everywhere. Finally, I was having them getting into my house through my bathroom drains mostly. This was the case even after Blue Sky had been out recently and, YES, I did wait a few weeks. In fact, I have had them coming regularly for several YEARS now, so there shouldn't be a 2 week wait to see results, because I was having them come out regularly! I would call and complain about the roaches OR the ants constantly coming up through my pavers and they would diligently come out and spray some stuff and nothing would happen! Nothing! I should see a few, dead bugs, at least, right?Also, I got some rodent exclusion done and although Blue Sky did fix the problem, as in no more rodents getting into my attic, the price was 3 times as much as the new company said they would have charged for the SAME services and it's not the first company who has told me that price was crazy high.Back to the bugs in the yard. The new company, the day/minute they sprayed my yard, swarms of bugs came scurrying out and died instantly. I wish I could attach a picture of all the bugs that scurried out in my yard and proceeded to start dying the minute he sprayed. That has NEVER happened with Blue Sky. That is what I expected, dead bugs. The price is better AND the bugs are dead or dying as we speak.I hate to switch, because they all are very pleasant and responsive, but results. I need results!Just a next day update. There are dead bugs all over my yard! Hundreds! Why did this never happen with Blue Sky? Isn't that what I was paying for?

My family is from Alaska, so this pest control is new to us. UD was recommended to us from a concierge service that assisted us in setting up out utilities, etc. I'm sure glad they did! Upon meeting Dax, I must say I was surprised how young he was, but immediately thought, I bet this handsome young man has been neck deep in pests his whole life. Yup. That youthful age went out the door in about 30 seconds as it was quickly obvious, Dax knows his stuff. Uber friendly, Dax & I chatted about pests. Team UD services, a little real estate & sports. AZ HEAT IS AWESOME....I cant thank these guys enough. I contacted them on Friday for a quote and Austin was there Mon. to do my inspection and was very thorough and was worked with me to get me a quote I could afford which included a warranty and was very knowledgeable and even answered a question I had after hours right away. He was professional and on time and very pleasant and had me scheduled for treatment for Wed. Afternoon. Between 2-4 and Sean called me Wed at 1:35 with an ETA of 2:15 which is exactly when they arrived. Sean and his partner were nothing short of helpful as I had misunderstood a couple things on the prep sheet and they were willing to help me and my daughter knock the rest of my prep out quickly in order to avoid rescheduling and I couldnt have been more grateful for that. They were so understanding and compassionate of my situation. They really made me feel comfortable and confident that I has chosen the right company. They even called me when the treatment was completed to let me know that all had gone well and let me know when we could return home. It's been a couple weeks since my treatment and we have not seen a single bed bug anywhere and no more bites either. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and great customer service plus they have such compassion and you just cant get any better then that. We had a GREAT experience with Trojan Pest Control. They were very responsive to our questions, were able to come out quickly, the technician was on time and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable for the service. We will definitely being staying with Trojan for our future pest control needs.

Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.
