Great Service from start to finish. We had a little trouble getting the office to get somebody to get us a quote, but after that was ironed out we were very impressed by the service we received. Arrowhead came to our site for not only a quote, but also to consult and propose solutions to our challenging pool deck and backyard travertine remodeling. We requested 4 quotes before we made a decision to go with Arrowhead, not because they were the lowest price, but because they presented us with practical solutions to some of our unique problems.

Once the remodeling started they stayed on the project until finished. After it was completed we discovered some minor issues that they promptly addressed.

We were very satisfied with the great job Arrowhead did on our pool deck and adjacent backyard area. They were easy to deal with during the remodeling and they transformed a very bad situation into an extremely attractive pool deck and adjacent patio.

2 star only because they don't service Kingman Az., love this decking, has great features and the commercial I saw the people looked like they really believe in there product, but they look like they'll go out of there way to please there customers, it's call DEVOTION and belief in there product!!!

People make all the difference. From Corey the salesperson, who demonstrated his concern to be sure we got the best roof possible, to Johnny the project manager who insured all was done right, we felt we were in good hands. The crew was terrific. Our neighbors commented to us that the crew was exceptionally professional in the way they approached their work and went about their busines. They all worked the entire day.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.
