They got to be kidding me, the repair man came in not prepared, all he did was talk, he did not want to do anything I had to chase him out the door. Do not and repeat my self do not call this company. Wow what a mess, no experience at all sad to say my drain is still leaking had to call anther company to finish the job.

It is Saturday... the start of Labor Day weekend.... and the AC goes out. Just my luck! I immediately called my home warranty company and advised them that it was 115° in Arizona and I needed to make sure my 14-month-old son keeps cool. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and they mentioned that 1st Choice Mechanical LLC was in the area and they would be out to fix the air-conditioning ASAP. Indeed they did! Tim was very professional, polite and friendly! He was able to figure out and explain the issue(s) and fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Mechanical and use them again! I always appreciate a great company and their caring staff! ?

Miles diagnosed a problem with our HVAC unit and had the knowledge and experience of his trade to to educate us on what was going on. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

We needed a new AC but they replaced all the parts and now it's running like new! King Mechanical, LLC was quick to help us with our needs. They also installed a new thermostat and it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, on time, inexpensive and fast!!!

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team. Thank you Mr Eduardo for resolving the matter.

Comfort One Air Conditioning is the best AC company out there! Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Jon came out on the 4th of July and had our air running within an hour!! Highly recommend!!!
