Our air conditioning continued to run non- stop for 2 days. We called Penguin Air and they were able to come to our rescue the same day. Jimmy the technician was wonderful. Thoughtful (mask and shoe sleeves all on) and professional. He knew immediately what to fix. No time wasted. Give Jimmy a Raise! And Yes we did sign on for a Maintenance Plan! Thank you Jimmy!

Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day! We've used this company for our home and commercial properties. I've referred numerous friends and colleagues to them as well. Owners are amazing, rates are affordable and there isn't anything they can't fix. They've always done our yearly tune-ups and repairs also replaced large units in commercial building. I've worked with the owner Taps numerous times, he always shows up on time (even off-hours) and gets the job done right the first time, his employees are also top notch. I trust these people and will use them anytime I'm in need of heating or air repair/install.

Good professionals are hard to find. I enjoyed my interaction with Mountainside Air; they were prompt, communicative and professional. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks for getting my system squared away!

Our A/C recently went out on a Thursday, and as we have a home warranty through American Home Shield, I called them to report the breakdown and they referred me to Crispy Air. Crispy Air called to set an appointment and told me they could come out on Saturday!! I explained that we are 73 years old, and we could not live in 110° heat for three days. I was told sorry, that is the best they could. To make it worse, the appointment window was from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A 12 hour window! I was at their mercy because of the home warranty. The tech arrive about 5:30 p.m., and quickly determined the motor was locked up. He said they would send the claim to AHS, that coming Monday, and upon approval the repair would be made the following week. I couldn't believe it.We could not survive another three, four, or five days with no A/C, so we borrowed money from our son, and on Sunday I called Parker and Sons. They came out, put in a new motor, and had us going again the same day. On Monday, Crispy Air called and said they would have the part by Wednesday. Leaving us a minimum of seven days with no A/C.Crispy Air, had absolutely no empathy to our situation nor any concern for our health and safety.Another thing, Parker and Sons, said if they could not effect repairs the same day, they would leave portable units in our home to provide some relief.I wish I could leave zero stars.

Responded within 3 hours to my home and worked on the system to make it operational and then ordered the necessary parts to correct the problem permanently. I was made to feel like I was really important and not like that they were somehow just doing me a favor. Thanks to the whole Adams Family!

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.
