My A/C unit went out and I went online at 4 am and got an appt for a technician to come out the same day for repairs! The tech was awesome, he fixed the unit and explained my options to me. Due to the age of the A/C unit and because we had already talked about replacing the unit soon, we decided to just use Parker and Sons to install a new unit and fix some of our ducting issues. They were able to schedule and get the new install team out the next day!! The cost of the repairs that day was deducted from the cost of the new unit and we are very pleased with this company. I am unsure about costs, I chose not to compare pricing, I knew this company was fast, responsive and reliable, so I went ahead with them. Now my house is cool as ice, and my hot spot has since been fixed with the ducting repairs they did dame day. Definitely recommend calling them for all your A/C needs!

Tom called ahead of time to confirm our appointment, he arrived promptly and went right to work. He was efficient and tidy. He explained everything he did and offered excellent suggestions to maintain our equipment. I called them on Sunday. They came in the evening of that Sunday. Alfonso was our rep, he explained what he was doing, properly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that night. Saved us from cooking alive! Wasn't cheap, but, you do get what you pay for, quality repair work is what we want. We'll definitely use penguin air again. They serviced us in buckeye. The service call fee was only 69.99 which for a Sunday is amazing! They also offer 24hr support.

company that is a pleasure to work with . We had 3 estimates, theirs was the most reasonable for the same equipment and installation by far. Our salesman, Evan Hynes was excellent. He lined up everything and was very professional. Crews showed up by 8:00 am and were done with installation and cleanup within 5 hours. We purchased a new total split system 2, 3 and a half ton units. I highly recommend speaking with Evan at Chas Roberts, before you purchase a new system

His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable. I recommend him highly and will DEFINITELY be calling him the next time I need a plumber!!
